one bedroom unit off home down by saratoga lake in malta. the elderly people who have stayed there have all liked it. it is very small, so it is easy to take care of and easy to get around. it has a walk in shower with a seat and various handrails. But it is not wheelchair accessible. Please note : 2 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs , the basement and garage to the residence will NOT be available to guests, which will be locked, is also not shared or used during your stay.The 1st floor has updated kitchen, oak cabinets, tiled counter tops, stainless appliances + plenty of pantry storage. Large family room, formal dining room, Living room all with hard wood floors.Fireplace is NOT to be used by guests it is closed off.We want each guest to feel at home during their stay, however, parties are strictly prohibited.
