"Sad pool was closed due to Covid but understand there is nothing that they can do about it. Breakfast was decent given the restrictions due to Covid. I booked 2 rooms. One room had a shower “poof” for body wash left over from the person who had the room before us so I’m worried that the room wasn’t cleaned as it should’ve been. In the other room I noticed the complimentary blow dryer was dirty. It had hair stuck to it and the holder was kind of dirty. The room also smelled like grandmas perfume. Just worried again that the room wasn’t cleaned as it should’ve been. And that’s even more important now because of Covid. Think there should be good discounts on rooms since the amenities weren’t available due to the pandemic. Also breakfast is “included” in price. But since you are unable to enjoy the good buffet style breakfast due to Covid I believe the price of the rooms should be adjusted to reflect these things. "

"We planned this trip as a surprise for my boyfriend’s daughter who loves the snow. She was so excited and we all loved the room. The kettle in the room made it very convenient for the instant noodles we packed. Mini fridge to hold our groceries and we brought and air fryer to make other hot food."

"It was wonderful to have 6 EV charging stations at this motel. Even though it was only 7.3kW/hr, it is free and enough to make a huge difference on travel. I booked this location specifically for the EV charging feature. I used the J1772 charger. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast and nice to have yogurt and fruit. The only thing I would do differently is to request a top room floor. We were on the second floor and they do have high ceilings and large rooms, but the party above us was thumping on the floor, ie feet were running. We were in room 201 and I went up to 301 at 1030pm to talk to them. I told them we were getting ready for bed and it was pretty loud as they were right above our room. Although English clearly wasn't their first language, they said ”oh sorry!”. I thought it would start to get more quiet, but lasted until 12:30 am. Honestly, the rooms were dark with the shades closed and if they would have just turned out the lights, there would be absolutely no way anyone could be running around in the dark. That was the only thing negative was the walls/ceilings might be a little thin, but I guess it depends on your neighbors and again, my request would have been a top floor to avoid this next time. Beds were very comfortable, check in easy. And again.... Loved EV charging on site. Thank you!"

"This stay was great! The hotel is in a great location, close to the business district, very convenient to travel, and there are many dining options around. The check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and the service staff was warm and thoughtful, making people feel comfortable from the moment they entered the door. The room facilities are high-end and complete, the bedding is comfortable, the desk and chair height is right, and the wireless network is stable. Except for no breakfast, everything else is very good. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic to help with late check-out."
