"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Vienna. The location was perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich and would be happy to stay here again."

"I was highly disappointed with my stay due to several major issues. First, the room description is completely misleading. I booked a room advertised with a ”City View,” but instead, I was given a room facing an inner courtyard with no city view whatsoever. Secondly, despite clearly booking for 2 guests, the room amenities were strictly prepared for just one person. We were only provided with one bath towel, one standard pillow, and one large pillow for two guests. Finally, the blanket was far too small for two guests sharing a Queen-size bed. Even though I am only 167 cm tall, it was impossible to cover my entire body. If I pulled the blanket up to cover my chest, my feet were exposed; if I covered my feet, my chest was exposed. What made it even more unreasonable was that the blanket was so narrow that it could only comfortably cover one person, despite being provided for a Queen-size bed intended for two guests. I would not recommend this property until these basic hospitality issues are addressed. Ich war von meinem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht, da es mehrere erhebliche Probleme gab. Erstens war die Zimmerbeschreibung irreführend. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit „City View“ gebucht, erhielt jedoch stattdessen ein Zimmer mit Blick auf einen Innenhof und keinerlei Stadtblick. Zweitens war das Zimmer, obwohl die Buchung eindeutig für zwei Personen vorgenommen wurde, nur für eine Person vorbereitet. Wir erhielten lediglich ein Badetuch, ein normales Kissen und ein großes Kissen für zwei Gäste. Schließlich war die Decke viel zu klein für zwei Personen, die sich ein Queen-Size-Bett teilen. Obwohl ich nur 167 cm groß bin, war es unmöglich, meinen ganzen Körper zuzudecken. Wenn ich die Decke bis zur Brust hochzog, waren meine Füße unbedeckt. Wenn ich meine Füße bedeckte, lag meine Brust frei. Besonders unverständlich war, dass die Decke so schmal war, dass sie praktisch nur für eine Person geeignet war, obwohl sie für ein Queen-Size-Bett für zwei Gäste vorgesehen war. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, solange diese grundlegenden Mängel im Service nicht behoben werden."

"We took the tram, which was not far from the airport. Public transportation in Zurich is extremely expensive, so it's a good idea to consider round-trip transportation from the airport before making your accommodation decision. The hotel was generally clean, and it was about a 10-minute walk from the tram. There are two ways to get there: take the number 10 tram to Oerlikerhus station or the number 12 tram to Fersehstudio station. The former costs €7 one way, while the latter costs €4.60 (since Oerlikerhus is across the street). I recommend taking the Fersehstudio station."

"The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice; she even showed me how to buy tickets for the high-speed rail. The room was very clean, and it's super close to the bus stop."

"Great room which was well-designed with everything we needed. The service was excellent, despite not being staffed or having a reception desk at the property. The self check-in is very easy but unfortunately I had to contact the hotel to receive the information on how to do this as I hadn't received it. Once I'd checked in online I could see that they'd sent me some messages telling me how to do this, but I could only access this information once I'd already checked-in so I'm not sure how I was supposed to see the instructions before then. Thankfully it was easy to contact them and they were very helpful in sending me the information. They were also very speedy in providing extra pillows which we requested when we were there. As well as an improved system for sending the check-in information and additional pillows, extra hangers and hooks/rails to hang towels would be beneficial but these are all minor points. We were very happy with the room and the service we received."

"The biggest highlight of this hotel is its excellent location. Zurich's city center is quite small, perfect for a city walk. It's only a 5-minute walk from Zurich Main Station and a 10-minute walk to Bahnhofstrasse, a street bustling with luxury brands (next to Hermès is the top-rated Zeughauskeller restaurant, I highly recommend their pork knuckle set meal; there's also a LADERACH chocolate shop, their hazelnut chocolate is amazing). Lake Zurich is a 20-minute walk away, and a boat trip is incredibly enjoyable, with the sky and water blending seamlessly, offering natural comfort – 9.2 Swiss Francs for 1.5 hours. Nearby, there are two major Swiss supermarkets, Migros and Coop, making shopping and stocking up very convenient. A bit further away, there's a Lianhua Supermarket offering a full range of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean foods, which is a great relief for those craving Asian cuisine. The hotel rooms are generally very clean, the bathroom is particularly spacious, and the heating is excellent, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk offers complimentary sour green apples every day. The service from the Asian-looking staff was mediocre, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. The overall quality of Swiss people is very high. For example: 1. While navigating to ETH Zurich on the street, my navigation was a bit slow, and as I hesitated, someone immediately came over to ask where I was going and if I needed help. They also told me that ETH is equivalent to MIT in the US. 2. We bought a 24-hour public transport pass (9.4 Swiss Francs, allowing unlimited tram and bus rides within zone 110). Once, when riding a tram, we saw a male passenger running towards it. A female passenger who had just disembarked held the tram door open for him until he got on board."

"The hotel is not in the Center of Zurich but on Orliekon. Area of workers . And not a cheap hotel too . The hotel very clean , soft beds , we got a very good room . Breakfast simple but very tasty . As it is near my relatives I will take it again"

"Very basis room with cooking utensils( just like what u see in the picture). Fridge, cooktops, pots, fork spoons, plate,bowls all provided with washing liquid. Bed is comfortable but pillow gets flat when u sleeps on it. Location 3 mins walk from nearby tram stop."

"Awesome hotel, perfect for staying a night or two before heading out of Zurich. Located very close to Zurich HB. Friendly front desk staff. Shoutout to Mahesh! All amenities and services as advertised. The room is very clean. Beds, Blankets and Pillows are really good. The AC is pretty weak, but if you open the windows, expect noise from the plethora of bars and clubs nearby till late at night. Has a decent breakfast spread, everything tastes good though."
