"The owner was incredibly welcoming and kind. They even picked us up from the bus station and took us to the guesthouse. Our room was spotless and fresh, with no unpleasant smells. The first floor of the guesthouse is absolutely beautiful! 😍 And the rooftop patio is amazing – you can relax on the swing, gaze at Cangshan Mountain in the distance, and admire the old town. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing! I highly recommend booking here! It's super close to the South Gate of the old town, which is perfect for an evening stroll and experiencing the night market. Overall, a fantastic experience!"

"The hotel is at the sixth floor of a building inside a compound. The check-in process was very smooth. The location is a bit far away from the main attractions but is close to the train station, and the view from the room is amazing. It is a pity that our stay was so short, but for us it is was a pleasure to have our breakfast delivered to our building with ******* and enjoy it in our room with the nice view. The service was very nice connecting us with a driver for the day, and offering tips around the area. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"Excellent guesthouse! The environment is comfortable and clean, the rooms are a good size and beautifully decorated. The location is also very close to Dali Old Town and Caicun Wharf. Special praise to the receptionist! Although he's a bit gloomy, his recommendations for food and activities are very reliable, he's always responsive, and he's incredibly kind!"

"This hotel is super close to Erhai Lake; you just cross the road and you're there. From their 7th-floor terrace, you can see the snow-capped peaks of Cangshan Mountain in the morning, which is absolutely stunning. The breakfast is also really generous, and the chicken rice noodles are delicious! The rooms are very clean, and every staff member is incredibly polite and enthusiastic. It's a fantastic hotel!"

"The design of the inn was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable, we had breakfast served during our stay as well. The staff were nice and helpful as well with moving our luggages and answering our questions. The location is also not far from the south gate of Dali Ancient City, and is just a short walk away from night markets and other food options. The only small complaints we had was that the toilet seat in our room was quite loose and room slippers were not replaced on our second and final night. Other than that, it was a great experience."

"Cleanliness is paramount, and it's my top criterion when choosing a hotel, so I was quite satisfied here. The hotel is within walking distance to Erhai Lake, which is convenient, but it's a bit further from the Old Town and some of the main Erhai attractions. However, it's easy to catch a taxi or rent an electric scooter right downstairs. When we checked in, the front desk attendant gave us flower cakes, which my partner enjoyed. Our requests were also promptly met. I really appreciate hotels that aren't intrusive but are quick to respond when you need something. I'd definitely book again on my next visit!"

"Pros: Near shopping mall and amenities, plenty of restaurants and grocery and clothes to shop Cars can stop directly outside the hotel for drop off and pick up Room is spacious Good hot water shower. Hot water boils very fast and last very long. Bed is very comfy Cons: Not a foreigner friendly hotel Wifi cannot be linked as the wifi uses wechat verification Hotel desk phone unable to use, need to call reception using local number, which will be international call for foreigners Our wall plug was faulty on both side beds. Toilet is not segregated so can smell and hear everything thats happening in the toilet. We had to buy our own air freshener if not we can smell it from our bed. Likewise the cold wind will come in when showering. The shower floor is mosaic tiles, quite sharp if showering barefooted. The curtains cannot close fully. Will have a gap and light coming in from outside at night. Theres a whooshing sound coming from the corridor due to strong wind. Can be heard throughout the night. The light switches are everywhere. Not consolidated into 1 place. Need to move to 3 different light switch areas to switch off different lights. Design is very not user friendly, doesnt make sense at all infact. Main room light is by the second bed, switch off all light button beside first bed. Laundry area was provided but dryer was not working. Clothes unable to dry in cold weather Does not have a non-smoking level Our toilet has a string of poop stuck at the pipe. No matter how many times we flush we can still see it."

"Located in the ancient city, the hotel offers a convenient base for exploring. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful; when I went to Erhai Lake and forgot my hat for sun protection, they proactively lent me one. You can also rent electric scooters directly from the hotel, which is both convenient and affordable."

"Had a really comfortable stay, and it was so convenient for getting around! There are all sorts of snack bars, breakfast spots, pubs, and convenience stores nearby. Facilities: Very new and well-maintained. Bed: We booked a twin room, but both beds were large, and incredibly comfortable. Soundproofing: Excellent soundproofing; even on the first floor, it was quiet. Amenities: The super-large projector screen was very clear, and the smart assistant in the room was really useful. The mini-fridge in the lobby offered complimentary drinks and water. Service: The young lady working there was hardworking and enthusiastic; she even sent us a travel guide and food recommendations after we checked in."

"Stayed here for a business trip and was very satisfied. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and helped me check in quickly even though I arrived late at night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was definitely worth the price. I'll come again. Exceeded expectations! The hotel is new and stylishly decorated. The location is convenient, and most importantly, the soundproofing is excellent – I slept soundly until morning. Five-star rating, highly recommend. Pretty good, no complaints. Cleanliness, service, and location all lived up to the price. Nothing to criticize, full marks."
