"The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included wontons and noodles, enough to fill you up. Upon check-in, I asked the front desk to arrange a quiet room, but they said they were full and couldn't, even though the lobby screen showed available rooms. I only got a room after questioning them, which seemed unnecessary. They should improve their service."

"The overall service staff at the front desk, the cleaning aunt, and the cafeteria aunt are all very good! However, the so-called leadership managers seemed to have no interest in guests. There were bugs on the sheets in the guest rooms. They kindly reported this to the front desk when they checked out. They did not intend to find anything to do. When I checked in and checked out at Ma'anshan Manxin for the first time, the front desk also gave me a small gift. One thing I think is very good is that they need a room card to go up the elevator. The privacy is very good! Girls feel especially safe when they are on business trips alone!

The service was rotten. I went to the music festival and drank two bottles of water. I wanted to ask the front desk for two more bottles. I was rejected. The hotel laundry room is at the end of the corridor. The slogan says that it is not soundproof. I am afraid that the washing machine will affect the rest of the guests. The power will be cut off from 10 pm to 8 pm the next day, and the clothes will not have to be washed when I come back. Is it unreasonable? How about adding a wall to soundproof? Most of you go out to travel during the day, and go back to the hotel to wash clothes at night. Which is the power cut this night?
