"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The cleanliness was particularly noteworthy – the room was tidy, well-maintained, and felt perfectly hygienic. Check-in was extremely straightforward. The self-check-in also worked smoothly and efficiently. Check-out was just as easy: simply drop off the room card, and you're done. All in all, the entire process was pleasantly structured and time-saving. The breakfast was rather simple, but the quality was good and absolutely sufficient. For a price of around €58 per night, one shouldn't expect a four or five-star level – however, within this price category, the offering is perfectly solid. My only personal criticism: The bed was a bit too firm for my taste. Ultimately, it's a convincing overall package with excellent value for money. I would book again."

"Conveniently located within 5mins drive of Frankfurt Airport, with free shuttle bus to and from every 30mins. Warm and friendly staff across all departments. A great, quiet spot by the river."

"Upon arrival the Receptionist was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I was placed in a room on Ground Level, facing their little Garden Area. The Room was very big, clean and allowed to be able to open the window, roll down the shutters for more privacy and allowed for outdoor seating. The bed was a Kingsize Bed and they also had a sofa Chair in there which could be rolled out for additional sleeping. They do offer breakfast at the location from 7am until 9am, which consists of fresh breads, rolls, assorted cheese, german meats, eggs, jelly, etc. Very nice and delicious and costs 16 Euros per person per day. The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Bed. It was hard as a rock, not kidding. I used the provided blanket to sleep on, but could not. It was still very hard. So, the first night I sat up in the bed against the pillow and was only able to doze off for a little at a time, but could not fully sleep and was cold as there was not additional blanket for me to use to cover myself. The next day I requested another blanket and was provided one, but even so I now had 2 blankets to sleep on, the bed was still way to hard and again, I was cold for most of the night because I had nothing to cover myself with. Based on that experience I cannot recommend the Hotel, unless you like to sleep on Cement."

"The hotel is relatively close to the airport and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the equipment is not in line with the price level. Other hotels nearby have coffee machines in the room and offer free water - that was not offered here. It was particularly annoying that the pipe water had tasted strongly to iron and therefore was unsageable. I'll probably use other alternatives next time."

"The location of the hotel is beautiful, the staff is warm and service, and it is clean and tidy. The internal facilities are too simple, there is no coffee machine, kettle, etc. Because it is German, there are some difficulties in communication."
