"The location was ideal for the work we were doing, being very close to the A7 motorway. Excellent service: very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, although a bit dated (an update wouldn't hurt). Parking was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and we didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the restaurant."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is very tight and entry access is particularly difficult but it’s doable. The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a gluten-free section 👍 But the coffee machine wasn’t working so the only hot drinks were from an express machine which wasn’t great. Location was good and we got a taxi into Murcia centre for 9euros. Decent hotel to use as a base for exploring the area."

"The location is good, in the city center, there are many supermarkets around, it is convenient to go anywhere. It is said that there are many gypsies in some areas. Safety is my first consideration. I am satisfied"

"Very good location, in the city centre, the reception service is very good, its quality buffet breakfast, quality in cleaning and products, the minibar that had a plus in the room and its special fantastic terrace, I was able to use all the services in my room during my stay. "Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked. Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night. Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection. Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious."

"Beautiful boutique hotel very close to both the harbour restaurants and the lovely Levante beach. Excellent buffet breakfast and rooftop bar. Our room had a large balcony too where we were able to sunbathe."
