"Hotel location is good as it’s right next to a shopping mall with shops, supermarkets and dining places. The mall has few kids indoor and outdoor playgrounds where you can drop the kid (~8 euro for an hour). Hotel is newly renovated so it’s modern and clean. Breakfast was good and kids are free too. My family have a great time."

"El apartamento está bastante bien. Aunque si haces la reserva por medio de Trip hacer el check-IN es bastante engorroso. La persona que nos atendió por parte del departamento no se enteraba muy bien sobre lo necesario para hacer el check-In, aunque en todo momento tuvo muy buena predisposición. Además, la comunicación por WhatsApp es muy buena con respuesta casi inmediata. Pero lo dicho, si haces la reserva por medio de TRIP el check-In es bastante burocrático."

"The hotel is large and clean. The view from the window is average. But it is very close to the port and a good beach. The metro and stop are also a 3-minute walk away. There was not enough kettle in the kitchen. And a kitchen towel with sponges for washing dishes. There is also a closet, but no hangers. The apartments are small, but everything is there. The pool was closed at the beginning of April. Downstairs there are lounges with coffee machines and board games. There is a gym"

"First of all, It’s worth to note friendliness and responsiveness of personnel at reception desk. Thank you, guys - you’re great!
We also liked design of the room. It’s spacious enough and tastefully designed- nothing superfluous.
The location is also very convenient for staying several days in the city - you can easily get to the main attractions as well to the beach (walking distance).
Something to improve:
- cleaning was not very good. Sand was on the floor and unavoidably on the bed.
- some devices needed to dry towels and personal items. Humidity is high and you have no place where to put your clothes and towels to dry"

"I found this accommodation to follow the MotoGP of Valencia. The area is trafficked but all overall near the historic center (about 9min from Ciudad Vella) and the motorway snode (20min from the Circuit and 15min from the airport). only negative note is that I thought there was a physical reception 24h/24H and the reception is only day, from 10 to 19. Arrivals around 21.00 and finding the closed reception we tried to call the number of the assistance and, gently and patiently, helped us enter with remote access codes (The door and the apartment have electronic locks).
For the car there is more than one parking under the house and several in the area.
Rooms with full corner cooking of households and welcome kits! I also appreciated the water left in the refrigerator (Often, even hotels 4* do not)"

"I must give a great review to Malcolm and Barrett Hotel! The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, and they quickly arranged the check-in, which instantly eliminated the fatigue of the long journey.

BBenten218The hotel is conveniently located just outside the old town, approximately a 20-minute walk from the central market. The property features newly renovated interiors with a chic design. Check-in was smooth, even at 10pm.
The room, while not large, is adequately spacious for two people and equipped with all necessary amenities. Rooms are arranged around an interior courtyard, which can trap noises like an echo chamber. However, during my stay, guests generally returned to their rooms by midnight, so noise was minimal and did not disrupt my sleep.

GGuest UserVery easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. I don’t think this can be helped as the building is very historic. Overall a great stay!

IIalvsarOur experience here was a 10!! María, the girl at the reception, is very good at her job as well as an excellent person. He explained everything in detail, not only to us but to everyone who was staying there. It is next to the beach. There is public transportation to get to the city center. The bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean with some welcome chocolates. The hotel is very clean and smells very good. The only thing we have missed is more options at breakfast.

From the hotel on foot 15 minutes to the wonderful place of Valencia - the City of Arts and Sciences, where it is necessary to go. To the metro 15 minutes walk on the wonderful parking area (the metro line to the airport). To the city center (old city) and to the ZD-station on foot minutes 35-40 on a very pleasant route (or on transport). The hotel itself is clean, everything is necessary. 24-hour registration bar. Sustainable Internet. The room has all kinds of useful trimmings, such as shampoo, brushes, shaving machine and shower hat. The repair (design) in the hotel is a little bit obsolete, but when everything is clean and comfortable, the haytek is not always essential. One is a shortage - the room of the bathroom is not very good smell from the pipes (the technical staff should pay attention to this).

MM232957****Express hotel standard. The location is not easy to find. It is upstairs in the shopping mall. There is a small staircase from the third floor of the shopping mall that leads directly to the hotel platform. If you arrive late, the mall is closed or you have large luggage, you need to enter from a dedicated hotel lobby outside the shopping mall. A dedicated elevator can reach the hotel floor. There is no big sign on the outside of the lobby, so it is easy to miss. There are two hotels after going up to the hotel floor. The one on the left is the No. 3 Express Hotel Standard. On the right is Hotel No. 4, which is slightly higher grade. The breakfast at the hotel is okay, it's basically cold food, and the hot ones include bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs and coffee. The hotel is very close to the Science City, a 5-minute walk away, and 2.5 kilometers from the beach. Overall, the price/performance ratio is okay.

DDavidOnly booked one night as it was close to the Mestalla to watch the football. Room was basic, no kettle or tea/coffee or even the standard free bottles of water. Room was on the ground floor through a maze of wood paneled flooring which at night meant that you could hear any late revelers coming back to their room quite clearly. Could also hear other residents moving furniture around on higher floors. I mentioned it to reception on check out that where the room was was quite noisy and he just went ”Yeh, sometimes” and when I told him I didn't sleep very well, he just said ”enjoy the rest of your travels”. Not even an apology or anything. The breakfast staff were lovely.
I've stayed in other 3 star hotels in Valencia that are much better than this with a lower price point, so maybe this place is a little overrated/overpriced. Good location though and obviously the selling point

The small swimming pool was quite nice, though unfortunately, the changing rooms were out of order. There are a few shops nearby to browse, as well as a French supermarket and two American restaurants. These restaurants are incredibly popular; you always have to queue up. The food portions are generous and delicious, and the service is excellent! 😍👍

GGuest UserHotel is good. But facilities are not so much. You will not found any fridge, hot water cattle in the room. For normal water you need to ask them every time. In my room they put some straight thing for pets without my request. In the toilet strange kind of smell is always there. No toothpaste, no brush, no tissue paper- quit strange for me.
