"Our family of three stayed at this hotel. One night, a family member suddenly fell ill. We were new to the area and very anxious, so we went to the front desk to ask about medical assistance. We are incredibly grateful to Sofi, a hotel staff member, who offered enthusiastic help after learning about our situation. She not only explained the emergency care procedures in detail but also kindly helped us call an ambulance 🚑. Thanks to Sofi's assistance, our family member was quickly taken to the hospital, received timely treatment, and their condition was stabilized. We were able to fly back home smoothly the next day. We extend our sincerest thanks to Sofi and the other hotel staff. In addition, the hotel's service and cleanliness were excellent. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant staff greeted us in Chinese every day, which felt very warm and welcoming. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with a bus stop and subway station right outside. Bus route 600 goes directly to the airport, which is even more convenient than taking the airport express. This hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Helsinki."

"The hotel is connected to the airport. After clearing customs, you can walk straight through indoor passages. Once you reach the end and step outside, the hotel entrance is right on your right. No kettle, no slippers. Breakfast is not served in this hotel, but in an adjacent hotel. The restaurant environment is nice, but the food caters more to a Western palate, with few hot options."

"Highly recommended! Self check-in was very convenient, and the location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Viking Line ferry terminal and tram stop #4, so it was wonderful to be able to return to my room and rest within minutes after a long boat trip. There's an ocean nearby and a supermarket. Most major landmarks are within walking distance, and you can even walk to the central station (if you're sending postcards, you can go to the Posti main post office next to the central station; the Moomin postcards sold at the K Supermarket connected to Posti are cheaper than souvenir shops, though not tax-refundable; Posti also sells Moomin stamps and offers mailing services). The room was comfortable and incredibly well-equipped: a dishwasher, various cutlery, pots and pans, a refrigerator, an electric oven (not sure what it's specifically called, but it can microwave, which was super convenient and saved money for heating up food bought from the supermarket), and laundry detergent pods... Hairdryers, irons, and other items can be borrowed from the service station on each floor. There are free washing machines and dryers on the first floor; just sign up for a slot by writing down your room number (it's a good idea to sign up in advance as they're quite popular). There's a sauna on the seventh floor – you can wear a swimsuit and bring a towel. It has lockers, a hairdryer, and restrooms. Definitely worth trying out! The first floor actually has many free facilities, such as a kitchen, a game room (I ended up taking photos here instead of my room 😂), an office, and meeting rooms. Next door, there's a large gym that guests can use for free, but I didn't have time to try it out this trip. Also, if you buy drinks, you can save the bottles and cans to recycle at the nearby K Supermarket. There's a recycling machine in the corner of the supermarket where you can get back the container deposit charged for drinks!"

"The room was spacious and had air conditioning. It's a bit of a walk to the bus stop, but the metro station is really close by. There's also a supermarket near the hotel. Breakfast is served at the cafe next door. If you have some free time, you can take a stroll around the lake in the nearby park, which is quite large and beautiful! BTW, it's definitely better than the Citybox in Tallinn!"

"With a very cheap price for a hotel very closed to the central station, I can’t say any bad word. I booked a cheapest room with breakfast. It is a not luxury, but a small room which has everything and everything works fine. Beds are so soft and comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast is really good. I can’t believe this is a breakfast from a cheap hotel, much much better than many of pricey hotels I’d stayed."

"I was surprised by the place. All worked. It was also offered a sauna / swimming possibility. Breakfast sufficient. Price really cheap. Landscapes great. Sure to see you yet.. Maija-Liisa"

"The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with plenty of desk space. There were no issues with the bathroom either. Perhaps because it was a corner room with many windows, the room felt a little cold even with the air conditioning on. Once in bed, the futon was warm so it wasn't a problem. The front desk staff were all friendly and greeted me cheerfully when I entered or left. The free breakfast was also extensive and very delicious, and I was very satisfied. I particularly enjoyed the crispy bacon and berry yogurt and jams. Some people might find the elevator a little intimidating, but I think it's fine once you get used to it. The location is also great, with many public transport stops and supermarkets nearby."

"This hotel is within walking distance of the central station. There's also a shopping mall and department store nearby. The room was clean and comfortable! However, in the room I stayed in, the shower and toilet were very close together, so the toilet got soaked after I showered. The staff were very pleasant! I appreciated the luggage storage service; I was able to put my bags in a large locker and explore the city freely!"

"Surprisingly spacious and cozy room with European-like views from the 6th floor overlooking Viiskulma. The old hotel building exuded history and the views over the rooftops of Punavuori were well worth seeing."

"The free shuttle bus from the airport runs every 30 minutes, which is very convenient. I booked the shuttle bus to the airport for the next day when I checked in, and they kindly arranged a bus for me even though it was in the afternoon. The room is small, so it's difficult to open a large suitcase. Overall, it was a clean hotel."
