"Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups)."

"Looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Belfast without compromising on comfort? Stay at easyHotel Belfast for an unbeatable city-centre location, just behind the City Hall in the historic Linen Quarter and close to Grand Central Station. Whether you’re here for work, a city break, or to explore Northern Ireland’s capital, our cheap hotel puts you right where you need to be. Our clean, comfortable rooms feature style mattresses, en-suite bathrooms, and a smart, space-efficient design for everything you need, without the unnecessary extras. With St George’s Market at the end of the street, buzzing bars, and top restaurants close by, you’ll have Belfast’s best on your doorstep. Cathedral Quarter and Victoria Square are a short walk away, while a 15-minute bus ride will get you to Titanic Belfast and SSE Arena Belfast making it easy to explore the city’s top attractions.

"This hotel is incredibly stingy; they charge for everything. Luggage storage costs 5 pounds, and there's no complimentary water (you have to buy it for 2 pounds a bottle). Early check-in will set you back another 20 pounds. What's even more ridiculous is that the hotel doesn't even have a proper lobby. It's just a tiny, narrow entrance. All guests waiting to check in are crammed into this small space around a miniature front desk, with no area for anyone to sit and relax. Since there's no actual lobby, everyone is forced to squeeze onto a very narrow bench or, out of frustration, just leave. Apparently, there used to be a café, but during my visit, it seemed to be under renovation or they simply didn't want guests to use it. I saw staff members go into the café to put things away, but customers weren't allowed in, making the already tiny front desk area even more unbearable. I even saw a frustrated guest waiting to check in, with no place to sit, resorting to doing their makeup while standing. The room was also incredibly cramped. It was my first time staying in a hotel where the table and chairs were folded and hung on the wall. Once unfolded, the aisle became impassable, let alone having space for luggage. The two double beds were pushed together, essentially making it one large bed. The only positive was its excellent location, almost directly opposite the City Hall. Other than that, it was truly disappointing."

"Hygiene: The hygiene was pretty good; the towels and sheets were clean. However, there was no place to hang towels. Environment: The surrounding area is excellent, right in the city center. The airport shuttle bus stop is just a few hundred meters away. Service: The service was neither good nor bad. Staff members weren't at the front desk; they were hiding in the back. Breakfast wasn't provided, and the room rate was incredibly expensive recently, at 1200 RMB a night. Facilities: There was no hairdryer, and the room lighting was very dim, though the room itself was quite spacious."

"My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area."

BbonnieloveGreat little spot relatively close to the city centre. We walked into the city in about 20 minutes! It’s a self check in and check out system with very clear instructions and opportunities for help if needed. The room is very clean with a nice en-suite. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

GGuest UserWe arrived early wanting to leave our bags but luckily our room was ready. Room was clean just maybe a few things in the bathroom like a bit of limescale on the pipes nothing big. We had food in the restaurant food was lovely service was good especially one of the ladies who had a lovely way with her. Seen her again at breakfast. Only issue we had was at 2am the room next door where very loud and noisy woke us from our sleep and took ages to shut up. Should have maybe complained but was so tired didn’t bother. Mother than that our stay was great

GGuest User#Praise#Satisfied with the cleanliness of the toilet, Wi-Fi; Belfast used to have free parking on the street. In fact, the environment inside is still good. I called in full English to find the door. In fact, there is no front desk for self-check-in. I will send you a check-in email.

GGuest UserEverything is fine. bus stop and many shops nearby. Purely. Friendly hostess. The room for three is a bit cramped. Well, the problem with all bed and breakfasts is the lack of soundproofing. In the presence of other noisy guests, you will wake up in the middle of the night. but you might be lucky with quiet neighbors. Breakfast is good + ability to cook

The most satisfying hotel in this trip. The location is near Queen's College, there is a bus at the door, and 10 minutes to Europa Station when walking. From the train station near the Giant's Road, you can sit directly at the small train station opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition to Ctrip's order to make a double bed room to the hotel, the other did not feel any discomfort, the hotel breakfast is super delicious, it is too much weight.
