"Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups)."

"We arrived early wanting to leave our bags but luckily our room was ready. Room was clean just maybe a few things in the bathroom like a bit of limescale on the pipes nothing big. We had food in the restaurant food was lovely service was good especially one of the ladies who had a lovely way with her. Seen her again at breakfast. Only issue we had was at 2am the room next door where very loud and noisy woke us from our sleep and took ages to shut up. Should have maybe complained but was so tired didn’t bother. Mother than that our stay was great"

"Hygiene: The hygiene was pretty good; the towels and sheets were clean. However, there was no place to hang towels. Environment: The surrounding area is excellent, right in the city center. The airport shuttle bus stop is just a few hundred meters away. Service: The service was neither good nor bad. Staff members weren't at the front desk; they were hiding in the back. Breakfast wasn't provided, and the room rate was incredibly expensive recently, at 1200 RMB a night. Facilities: There was no hairdryer, and the room lighting was very dim, though the room itself was quite spacious."

"It's super convenient – just a 600m walk from where the airport bus drops you off. The hotel has all the basic amenities and is very clean. The front desk staff were really friendly; we arrived early and they even let us check in ahead of time. Just a heads-up, it rains a lot in Northern Ireland and it's often too windy for an umbrella, so if you're out sightseeing, definitely wear a good windbreaker. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and you can buy a bus pass to get around."

"Service needs improvement especially during check-ins. We were not properly oriented. There was no kettle in the room, we didn’t know wether there’s a complimentary drinks or not. Location was fairly good. Walking distance to various landmarks and attractions like Ulster hall, City hall, St. George’s market, Botanic gardens, etc. Cleanliness: windows needs proper cleaning with molds around."

Stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 28 year anniversary- great location and an easy stroll in 7/10 mins to centre of Belfast and 12 mins to the Cathedral quarter. Good funky vibe in lobby and very relaxed and chilled. Great room very spacious and clean . Breakfast was self service and had a broad range of food on offer. Staff very friendly and helpful and arranged taxi to port as well as being on hand to offer information when asked - very good stay and we left very content . Complementary Cocktails on arrival was a great touch as well

Everything is fine. bus stop and many shops nearby. Purely. Friendly hostess. The room for three is a bit cramped. Well, the problem with all bed and breakfasts is the lack of soundproofing. In the presence of other noisy guests, you will wake up in the middle of the night. but you might be lucky with quiet neighbors. Breakfast is good + ability to cook

The most satisfying hotel in this trip. The location is near Queen's College, there is a bus at the door, and 10 minutes to Europa Station when walking. From the train station near the Giant's Road, you can sit directly at the small train station opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition to Ctrip's order to make a double bed room to the hotel, the other did not feel any discomfort, the hotel breakfast is super delicious, it is too much weight.

Apartment was great, very clean and in a good location. Only problem was that i didn’t realise until I got there was that I had to put down a deposit. I think that this should have been part of the details when I booked. I was informed that it would only be put down as a pending amount but I was charged. Other than that I enjoyed the dream apartments and will stay again
