All living areas and two of the three bedrooms have wonderful sea views. Please note there are self-closing fire doors throughout the property.The open plan kitchen/living room is a superb room overlooking the estuary and the coastline with French doors, which open out onto a balcony with panoramic views. The living area is tastefully furnished with original paintings, oak furniture and wood laminate flooring, giving a contemporary feel. The dining area has a glass and oak table with six oak dining chairs with original paintings as a back drop. The sitting area has a large leather corner sofa with chaise longue, coffee tables and a small double sofa bed. There is a TV and DVD player together with a CD player and chairs for the balcony.
