Find 3-Star Hotels in Kakinada

"A good facility with good staff, especially Sujata and Sushila at the front desk were very cooperative and helpful. The stay was peaceful and the breakfast options were good."

"It very nice hotel in service and maintenance and good ambience and staff also very responsible and hotel center of city"

"I have earlier stayed in grt, sarovar though we should not compare rl-grand with them, i definitely like to compare this with my stay in venky's-residence, kakinada. Rl-grand actually lacks any grand-ness on the ground. It may have general restaurant business with may be active with event organization in hotel. Well, then the resident guests will take a beating. Receipt-ion shows no courtesy at all. Its just casual. Guests are left to their own fate. Rooms are old. But kept neat within their capability. The bathroom windows was completely spoil t but they do not care to repair. There is a provision for fridge in the hotel but with out any physical fridge. When asked receipt-ion he told no such things available in this hotel. The way he communicated, it was quite discourteous. You would never dare to ask a thing again with the person in command. Perhaps he did not mean to hurt, but he is definitely not trained how to talk to the guests. It could be that the kind of guests he gets he has to be like that. But i am in for a surprise. I have booked my breakfast and one major lunch/dinner. He charged over rs. 800- for the purpose. I was in for a very bad experience. I was told to go a general restaurant in downstairs which is managed by a different internal setup. It is looked like a roadside restaurant (photo enclosed. As such there is nothing like a spread to chose things from. He asked what is my requirement. He suggested to take idle or vada. He says he cant give dos a or any other thing. Its like you may pay hardlyrs. 50- or rs60- if you order the same outside the hotel. It ended with a cup of tea. Only difference is that he didnt collect money. The lunch is no different. He simply served veg thali plate. Such a disappointment. Its better not opt for any food in this third rate food-inclusion plan where you stand to lose over rs. 600- on bf-st and lunch put-together. Instead better to eat best meals outside for less price. I informed the hotel for 12 hr stay only, with early checkin at 8am in place of 12 noon. He promptly called me at 18:30 hrs in the evening to enquirer about my vacation when i was busy in work. I got a punch of disgusting feeling. I rushed back and vacated the hotel before 9pm. If you want not to spoil mood and stay in kakinada, this namesake rl-grand can not be a choice."

"First night, we get very small room and room service and room accessories are not properly working but the very next day, they upgraded our room. I recommend upgrading room services. The quality of food is very good, very hygienic and healthy. Specially filter coffee is one of my favorite. Thanks hardik shah"

"We are stayed this hotel. Very friendly staff. Good looking. It's couple friendly hotel. Free wifi, smart tv, hot water, room service 24/7"

"Room cleanliness- can be improved little bit like bed sheet is having some damages. Service - good, staff - very supportive, location- good. Concern- there is a function hall on the top floor and the dj which was played during our stay is too loud that we can’t sleep till 11:30 pm. Since we are travel-ling form a long distance we wanted a peace full sleep with no disturbances but here we had a issue with dj even i asked management to at least reduce sound little bit so that it will not disturbs other customers who are staying jn the hotel. But they didn’t respond for it. This is my major concern to visit same hotel next time. Above are bed sheet damage pics from my stay in venky residency"
