"Friendly Staff and Great Tips for Visiting Venice We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Centrale. What really made the experience special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They kindly explained to us the easiest way to visit Venice without driving into the city. Instead of driving and paying expensive parking fees in Venice (which can be at least €25 or more), they suggested taking Bus 7 or 7E, which goes directly to Venice with the last stop near the main area. The journey only takes about 20 minutes, making it very convenient. They also recommended a nearby parking area costing around €12, which saved us quite a bit. The hotel itself is comfortable and practical. The room was a good size with everything we needed, including a nice hot shower after a long day of travel. Breakfast was good, and the hotel seems quite popular. There is also a little shop just next door so you can just buy whatever that you need. The surrounding town is simple, but the hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting Venice. We also appreciated that dogs are allowed, which made traveling with our pet much easier. Overall, the friendly service and helpful local advice made a big difference to our stay."

"Breakfast was decent, and they even had a DIY waffle station, which was fun. Perhaps because it was Carnival, it was very busy with lots of tour groups. They even set up an additional buffet area in a separate corner to manage the crowd during peak times. The hotel is in a newly reclaimed area, making it quite remote. The only transport options are the water bus and the slow, driverless monorail. It's more suitable for those traveling by car or with a tour group. However, Venice itself is quite small. If the weather is good and you don't mind walking a bit further, you can still reach the main city center on foot."

"My experience at Hotel Vienna made my trip to Venice even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to the train and tram stations, yet peacefully quiet. The staff were all very kind, and I loved the breakfast, especially the fresh salads. In particular, Monica was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing us with all the information we needed with such kindness. Thanks to her, I think I will cherish the memories of this hotel and my time in Venice for a long while. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future and see her there once more!"

"A stunning hotel with good location. It doesn't at all burden what is on the island and the center needs to get to the ferry. But there is no noise and a constant walk from people. Everything liked. Small, comfortable, only 13 rooms."

"Becarefull ! Price is not tally as per advertised! They advertised in trip.com writing we just pay 3 Euro at property, but when we arrived the hotel , they want collect with us 4 Euro per person for tourist tax which is same price with what they advertised.we was trying raise this issue to them and say them the trip.com app as proof , they are just don’t care , ignoring and they say you can just raise refund or discuss with trip.com. They are trying to push away responsibility to platform."

"It's literally the best hotel in Venice! It the location is perfect: right between the Rialto bridge and the San Marco square. There is a wonderful restaurant, located on the parallel street if you go north. There is also a point where you can pay for gandola service. The staff (Aurora and the other guy, sorry I forgot your name :( ) was extremely helpful and nice. The only downside is lack of slippers and not the best breakfast in my life. I will most certainly stay in this hotel again :)"

"Staying here was the best decision I’ve ever made! Initially, I was sad because i can’t book the hotel near Venice main station (Venezia Santa Lucia). Hotels near main station are expensive, crowded, stairs and not easy to access. This hotel only 10 mins away from main station and the price is reasonable. Room is big and very clean. Walking distance from metro, restaurants, cafe and big supermarket nearby. We enjoyed our stay and 100% recommended! Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Most of the hotels in Europe don’t provide those."

"Room was small but clean no teas or coffee ın room just bed and towels very basic but clean . Clean bath towels and changing beds every day . Breakfast very basic . Location is good buses and trams front of the hotel , buses from ,to airport infront of the hotel . Price is good too you get what you pay for. I was happy with it cheap and cheerfull . I recomend to ones that they just want clean hotel and visit Venice ."

"Very nice experience staying at B&B hotel Venizia Laguna for visit to Venice. Reasonable price including buffet breakfast at Eur 55-60/night compared to other hotels directly in the Venice city center, it is located on the Tronchetto, for which you need to take either a People mover (monorail, Eur 1.5) or Vaporhetto (Eur 9.5/trip, Eur 25/day, Eur 35/2 days). Room is very clean, spacious. Service is friendly, special hats off to Andrea, the spanish lady at reception and restaurant staff in the kitchen who accomodated me when i mistakenly ordered my set dinner at 4 PM on arrival day, while the dinner service actually only starts at 5:30 PM. Only small downside is perhaps the charge of Eur 5/bag for left luggage after check out."
