"I stayed on March 27, 2026. I was excited about the first container type hotel. The facilities were minimal, but the air conditioning was not good. Also, when I entered the room, I didn't know if it was the smell of the person I used before or the original smell, but I smelled sweat. I opened the door to ventilate and replaced the air using air conditioner, but I was worried about the smell that I didn't feel in ordinary hotels. The next morning I stayed, the lowest temperature was 3 degrees and the outside air was cold, but when I turned off the heating in the container room, it became cold. I didn't like to sleep with heating on, but I was surprised that the container would be so cold. Hot drinks and frozen foods were prepared at the front desk, and I felt that I had everything I needed at least, and the front desk staff also responded politely. Thank you."

"Hotel has a good view of the river. However I didn't expect the hotel to charge me for 3 set dinners when I booked the 3 bedder for 2 pax. Does not make sense."

"There is a large supermarket nearby and it is not far from the station. The room is actually no different from the general hotel room, the experience is good. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The accommodation includes a microwave lunch that can be selected. The only small problem is that there is only a bathroom where the room has a mirror, but there is no socket inside to plug in the hair dryer. It is recommended that the room can put a small mirror and the like."

"This time, it was a trip planned by my wife and parents to commemorate the 30th anniversary of marriage ＆ retirement. I was happy to have something surprise because there was a column to fill in a special request. At check-in, the front desk told me to take a commemorative photo at the time of meal, but the staff who called out to me instead of taking a photo by the professional and i was taking it with my smartphone. I was honestly surprised that another staff member was going around the color 々 seat to take a picture. So it was a pity that there was nothing in particular about the surprise."

"Hotel route-inn Ena is in a good location, within walking distance to Don Don, restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast was not crowded and the food was average. This time we were traveling as a family of three. Since there were no triple rooms available, we booked a single room and a twin room. The size of the room was just right for two or one person. Hygiene is ok. Will stay in Hotel route-inn chain again in the future. Thanks."

"This place is so beautiful, traditional style rooms and sliding doors, lots of natural wood. It felt like I was in a luxury hotel! The woman who ran in was so kind and friendly, I loved my stay here. I stayed here to hike a portion of the Nakasendo Way- Magome to Tsumago. It’s not close, you have to go to take like 2 or 3 transits to get there, I think it was like 2 hours to get there if I remember. It’s an old, traditional Japanese village- the buildings are really cool. There wasn’t much going on though while I was there, not many restaurants open. I ended up stocking up on food from 7/11 in Ena or Nakatsugawa I think it was to take back with me because there aren’t any stores like that in Iwamura that I found. You can get cash out from the ATM at the post office. This was a very peaceful place and a cool insight into a non-touristy area of Japanese life. Would definitely recommend this accommodation."
