"The hotel room is really small for the price you’re paying. Usually, if I pay around $100 per night, I get a much bigger room elsewhere, so just keep that in mind. The room also feels a bit old, and overall it’s just small. The bathroom is small as well, and the hot water doesn’t stay warm for long—it turns cold on its own, which is a bit inconvenient, especially if you’re visiting in winter. That said, the location is great. It’s close to a lot of popular restaurants, including a famous barbecue spot, and there’s a FamilyMart just a two-minute walk away. They also provide umbrellas you can use. Despite the room being smaller and more expensive than what I’d usually pay for this size, I still had a good stay overall—especially since I woke up to snowfall, which was really nice."

"•Free drinks which was great •Service is good •Close & easy walk to the station •Great bathtub •Big room and clean, comfortable bed •Lobby was nice, good view ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The hotel boasts elegant decor and offers happy hour drinks in the evenings. The provided facial and skincare products are from reputable brands. Located in a quiet area of the business district, the hotel is conveniently situated near the subway and a convenience store is just across the street."

"Very close to Sakae, about a 10-minute walk. You can find both budget-friendly and high-end shopping there. The airport bus stop is super convenient: turn left out of the hotel, cross the street, then turn right, and it's just a three-minute walk. The subway is also nearby, about a five-minute walk. I booked a twin room, which came with two chairs and a small round table. The space isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate. There's a laundry room, an ice machine, and even a microwave on each floor. The only downside was the long wait for the elevator."

"The hotel is fine in general, it’s outdated and small, but relatively good location and low price. And the breakfast was good, there were some new dishes everyday However, if you’re above 180 cm you should consider a different place as the doors are low and you would struggle in the bathroom Also if you were thinking to do your laundry here - just don’t. They only have 3 washing machines for the whole building that require a pass to unlock. And people simply don’t come to pick up their clothes and people at the lobby just cannot help. I think the hotel should consider at least putting on signs in Japanese and English so that people remember to take out their stuff and there should be a solution in case no one shows up to pick up their stuff for an hour…"

"Location is superb at Sakae area, with 24hr Donki just opposite and a Family Mart at the ground floor. Stores around include Uniqlo, GU, Daiso, ABC Mart, 3 Coins +, drug stores etc. It's walking distance around 10mins to Oasis 21 bus terminal for the direct bus to and fro airport, which I find is more convenient than taking the train as would need to exchange subway line at Nagoya station. Front desk service is good and friendly. We love the free Miso soup and drinks provided, and also amenities like facial wash, moisturiser, mask, very thoughtful gesture. They also help to store my luggage when i went for Takayama for a few days before coming back to check in again for another few days. Queen size bed room is considered spacious, bed is comfy. Just that the pillow that they provided is some kind of special functional pillow but is too thin and flat for my liking. Overall a great stay :)"

"The room isn't big but it's clean. The front desk staff weren't particularly helpful, but they did store my luggage. It's just a few steps from the subway exit, and there are two convenience stores nearby. A word of caution: if you have large luggage, make sure to find the elevator! Don't be like me and drag a big suitcase up the stairs!"

"This is my second stay here. I chose it again because last time I found it super convenient for airport transfers, with the airport bus nearby, and it's also a short walk to Fushimi subway station. There's a large drugstore right outside, and Nagoya Station is about a 15-minute walk away, or you can catch various bus lines. The hotel rooms are compact but very comfortable. This time, breakfast was included, and it was quite good – noodles, rice, and bread were all available, saving me money on coffee and a lot of time! What truly surprised me this time was that amazing showerhead – I'm seriously obsessed! I wonder if I can install one at home, I really want the same model! All in all, I'll definitely want to visit Nagoya again (I've explored Hida Takayama and Nagashima Spa Land before, and this time I visited Inuyama and Magome-juku, plus many great shopping malls). When I do return, I'll absolutely stay here!"

"This is a very standard, reliable Japanese business hotel overall. The location is quite convenient, about a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station, making it suitable for those catching the Shinkansen or airport lines the next day, or those just staying for a short stopover in Nagoya. The hotel exterior is easy to recognize, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it's quite convenient if you're arriving with luggage. However, it's not right outside the station, so if you have a lot of luggage or it's very hot, you'll still have to walk a short distance. The lobby and front desk area are clean and bright, with a simple business-style decor that isn't flashy but is pleasant to look at. Next to the front desk, there are self-service amenities like tea bags, coffee, and small toiletries that you can take as needed, which is very practical for a Japanese hotel. The staff also handles check-ins in an organized manner, with clear procedures. The rooms are typical of Japanese city hotels – clean, fully functional, and suitable for a one-night stay to organize luggage and continue your journey the next day. This isn't a resort hotel; it's more like an efficient urban pit stop: take a shower, get some sleep, recharge, and head out again the next morning."

"The 13.5 sqm room was really tiny. Even though I was prepared for it, it was still so small I could barely turn around. I only chose this place because the prices were too high during the three-day holiday. Breakfast was also very mediocre; I booked three nights with breakfast, but didn't bother going for the last two days."
