"The servicev of this hotel is unspeakable. I was there with a friend for the Shimanami Kaido, but Got a nerve trapped and had to rest. I booked a single Room for a night but later decided I needed 2 nights for recovery. I had to change Room from a double to a single Room - and the reception made it clear to me that I had booked for 3 nights 1 + 2 nights - not alterer the original booking from 1 to 2 nights. I made it clear i Only needed 2 nights as my friend returned. The hotel Said itcwould be ok - but when I looked at my bank account 3 nights were charged. When I mentioned that to the reception they Said they did not do a refund - but I would rater have used my Room for a pieceful night of sleep and so would my friend than being ripped of by a greedy hotel."

"Checking into the hotel was a breeze. The hotel is very comfortable and a 2 minute walk from Onimichi Station.
The bathroom is slightly smaller than usual, but being a solo traveler it was fine for me.
Small window allows for a view of water, and for fresh air instead of A/C air. Long sleep wear is provided as well."

"Superb view and super large room, including a kitchen dining room that can accommodate 8 people, open living room and yard facing the sea, can accommodate 4.～5 people bedroom. The disadvantage is that the hotel is in the middle of the mountain, far from the community, and does not provide meals. You need to bring your own ingredients. The kitchen has a microwave and oven to use for free. The hotel provides coffee beans and hand-made equipment. It is very pleasant to grind beans and make coffee by yourself. There is a stove in the yard to make a bonfire at night. Oh! It is a pet-friendly hotel! You can bring cats and dogs to live. At night in the yard to see the stars when a kitten took the initiative to run over, and slept in my yard in the middle of the night!"

It's very open to take a bath while looking at the sea.
L'Occitane shampoo and rinse made me feel attached to amenities.
Cosmetics were also prepared, and this was also very good.
Also, the veranda is wide 々, you can relax in the hammock, have a chair and table, and have a barbecue (this time it was cold due to bad weather and rain, so I had grilled meat in my room). I was able to enjoy the extraordinary.
They also prepared a bread baking machine (powder) and a rice cooker (rice), and they also prepared water, delicious orange juice, jam, and jelly, which was exhausted.

GGuest UserSuper satisfied! Far exceeded expectations! The whole building is bigger than it looks in the photos! There is a Japanese garden in the building! Super beautiful! The location requires a boat or a bike. If you have luggage, don't worry about taking the boat. It is also very convenient. The hotel is right after you get off the boat!
The service is particularly good! Enthusiastic! The food is really great! The pillows are really hard!
If you pass by nearby, I really recommend you to experience it! We arrived late and there were no bicycles to rent, so the owner lent us his! He was afraid that we would take the wrong boat and chased us out to help us find the way! Great!!!

AAlex F travelerWe settled into this guest house after a day of the journey from Imabari on Shimanami Kaido route. We arrived in the dark at about 21:00 and the staff member probably waited for us late. She spoke only Japanese, but she showed and a bike parking and a tea machine very clearly. She patiently explained all the nuances and said to ask questions until she left, as the working day is over. The room was normal, with air conditioning, clean bed linen, windows in the yard. It was a comfortable room in Japanese style. We settled and lay down, but then every 15 or less minutes under the windows began to distribute a visceral sound. We went to the registration bar, but there was no one there. The sound repeated every 10-15 minutes and lasted a minute or a few times a minute. It may have been related to water supply or something else. But it was right under the windows and we couldn't do anything. The sound was loud, heard with closed and open windows. One of us couldn't sleep, the other slept in the intervals. We took a few videos with these sounds and passed the information to the website so that it wouldn't bother future guests. She also told us to evict at 10, although the site had information about evict up to 12. When we left, we also met no one at the registration counter, although the corridor was already possible to see the staff member. The service trip.com helped to contact the guest house and explain the situation, thank you for this.
Also in the guest house there was a girl who helped us translate from Japanese to English. I regret not taking her contacts. If she read this, I'd be glad to contact her.
