"Very cozy hotel. The room is very clean, warm floor, air cleaner, all the shower facilities except a few creams of different purposes. There is a computer for video games. The most important thing is a bath with thermal water - private Onsen in your room! In general, a wonderful hotel, I recommend. But a very unpleasant rainfall from the person who took me on the respiratory. The rude and arrogant attitude of a young man towards an old woman has spoiled the first impression. It is good that I haven't seen him anymore, and others have been polite and responsive. I hope the hotel manager will conclude that it isn't possible to take guests as aggressively as they are."

"I don't like camping, but I recommend it to those who want to have a barbecue and a fire in the open air! "This hotel is great for a hot spring trip. We chose a double room for two people. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, which was really nice. The staff were also friendly. There's a hot spring bath on the basement floor, and on the first floor, there's a restaurant for breakfast, a cafe, and a convenience store, which is very convenient. I also noticed that rooms with private family baths are available from the 7th floor up. The parking lot is large, and the location is easy to find. Overall, I was very satisfied. "I love the setting environment, I was more of an apartment style hallway vs a hotel atmosphere. First walking into the room, I didn't expect the front entrance to have a separate entry into the room, it's an added bonus especially for security. I love the bathtub and rainfall shower but felt kinda uncomfortable with the glass door to the bathroom, wished it had a curtain just like the window separating the bathroom from the living area. I was confused at first with how to turn on the air-conditioning since the sign on the wall said to use the remote to turn on heating. Only to realize it meant that the remote controlled the room temperature (ac/heating system), along with the lights and TV. That's the first I've seen of that. The hotel personal hygiene bag came with some goodies to special treats for couples 😉. But I really loved the extra amenities such as the ladies and men's lotion and perfume/aftershave and also the hairspray and combs that were provided. That's a huge plus for the hotel. But one of the big turn offs was that later in the night the bathroom started to smell like cigarette smoke coming through ventilation. Then also the late check in after 7pn was also a downside. But other than it was a shock to see a hotel provide a desktop computer in the room."
