"The location is good and very central. Receptionists especially (F) could be more friendly. Breakfast is almost the same daily except the protein. The best is the coffee from the coffee machine. Surprisingly it is the best coffee I had for my trip to Korea. It seems like they only use two machines during the weekend and for weekdays only one machine is operated. So the The queue is a bit long. I also appreciate that I was given the room with good views."

"The location of the hotel is great and there are plenty of eateries and shops around the area. Definitely ask the staff for (food) recommendation(s), as we had the best food recommend to us by the hotel staff. The sound isolation is also good, so while the hotel is located in a busy street, it was nice to be able to quietly sleep and rest after a full day of walking around and exploring Daegu."

"Easy to locate when arriving by KTX from Incheon Airport. The hotel is in an excellent location for taking the Express Bus to access sightseeing points outside the city, while also being convenient for exploring the city and shopping areas by Metro. Eastern Hotel meets tourist hotel standards; my room with two beds was huge, spacious, clean, and tidy. The air conditioning was just right for the cold weather. I was surprised to find a Samsung Digital Inverter Washing Machine, which allowed us to dry-clean our down and wool jackets after a whole day out in the countryside. Overall, the hotel is friendly for non-Korean-speaking tourists. Highly recommended."

"It is located near Daegu Station, so it is a good location to go to Gyo-dong. It is located a little over 10 minutes away from Gyo-dong, and I liked it because it is 20% cheaper than the price of accommodations in Gyo-dong. The accommodation is also clean and spacious."

"Amenities can be obtained at reception. There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and it's about a 10-minute walk from Dongcheng Road, so the location is great. It's a motel, so don't expect too much service or cleanliness, but if you just want to sleep, it's fine."

It said check-in was until 23:00, but the owner waited for me at the counter until late at night, which I really appreciated. There are Hound Hotels in other areas, so I will remember the name and go there on purpose."
