"How to say that the actual room is quite different from the picture. The overall layout of the room is very simple. Because it is a homestay type, the bathroom is equipped with shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen has a sink, kettle, refrigerator and ironing board. The bed did not have two 1.9 meters when booking, but one 1.5 meters and two 1.2 meters. Because there are 7-eleven around the apartment building, there are Chinese supermarkets and local 24-hour supermarkets, as well as Chinese restaurants, ramen restaurants, local restaurants, Michelle Ice City and Korean restaurants. "The room was good, and the room service was unexpectedly excellent. The complimentary drinks in the room were a nice touch. The front desk staff was helpful, but there is room for improvement in maintenance. Attention is needed regarding the condition of the rooms; for example, the posters were semi-detached from the wall, there was a crack in the ceiling, the water heater was not working, the toilet door mat was missing, and there was dust underneath the bed. I hope these issues can be addressed, as a 3-star hotel should strive to meet international standards. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay."

"The room felt stuffy and took awhile to get cool down the room with airconditioner. Basic amenities such towels, water boiler, towels, soap and shampoo was provided but no toothbrush available. Hair dryer not available in the room but you may request at the receptionist counter.
On a plus side, the room seems like it well maintained and bedsheet felt fresh to sleep in."

AAnonymous UserA retreat into nature less than 1.5hrs from KL. Start with a serene drive leading to Pantai then turn left to the narrow road deep into the forest where all the villas are located. Kairos Villa is the only one with the paranormal view over the beautiful forest. My 1st feeling is like I am returning home. Beautiful home built with the generous use of local and Brazilan wood, 2 floors of wraparound terrace where we hung out most of the time to relax, detox from the e-world, catch the morning dew and sunset views in crisp air with a gentle flow of breeze. As this was an ex bird nests structure / the ventilation of the whole house is superb.
An accessibility room at the ground floor with shared indoor and outdoor kitchen, outside BBQ area. Here you have access to the organic garden. 1st floor there are 3 rooms with its own en suite bathroom, private balcony. At the landing a common seating area comfortably furnished. 2nd floor is the repeat of the same. The designer looking chairs esp just invite you to sink in to read a book. Seating area is so welcoming - rich wooden floor that is smooth and shiny, wood panel walls with eccentric paintings and photos.
Impressed that the whole house is so clean - I was walking about bare footed and no dirt not even at the balcony. About the only villa that welcome dogs. Local breakfast is served; unlimited tea, coffee and fresh spring water in the kitchen.
Rooms: Our room named Peace is sufficiently furnished with both fan, air conditioning, private balcony facing a green hill, 2 bottles of fresh spring water. The bathroom is basic with toilet and shower.
Food and drinks: Local Malaysian breakfast is provided. Plan to bring your own lunch and dinner. There is a double door fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, gas stove with all utensils for cooking and dinning. Bonus is the garden has four angle beans, chili paid, pandan leave. The host let us use their extensive sauces and seasonings.

1. The soundproofing of the room was not very good.
2. The bathroom tap requires repair, and the water pressure is low, especially when flushing the toilet with thicker toilet paper.
3. The check-in process could be made smoother and more efficient.

AAnonymous UserVery comfortable stay, bed and pillow are very comfy, aircon working well, toilet exhaust fan working well and keep the toilet dry very effectively, toiletries and towel good quality. Room service doing a good job too.
But for longer business stay a bit inconvenient as there is no proper wardrobe for all your clothing, and table is too small to do your work, barely enough space to fit in a small size laptop and ipad, and your water bottle.

One of the day I left in the morning and indicate room service needed, and came back at night only to realized the door was not closed and locked after service, my room was open the whole day through.
Luckily i do not lost any expensive belongings, but imagine what other people can do, as the hotel is above a crowded shopping mall, where the entrance or lift to the hotel do not have restricted access for public, people can go in and hide inside, or set up hidden camera, or any unimaginable behavior.
Complaint to the lobby counter 1st thing in the next day morning, staff politely apologize and lodged a report.
Came back that night to find the room service that day is not up to standard compare to the previous 3 days. Plastic water bottles were not collected, 3-in-1 coffee and tea were not replenished, new plastic water bottles are crumbled that it can barely stand on it own. After finished drinking 2 bottles only realized when i opened the caps, it doesn't felt like its attached to the seal ring, could be recycled bottle with tap water in it, or just my imagination.
Either the room service staff is retaliating or simply service not up to standard.

Positive:
The host is pleasant and helpful.
Overall, It’s a nice, modest place to get away from the city, and no cell connection means you are forced to disconnect. You can purchase a 3 days internet package for a small amount, but connection is poor. This is fine with us as we were happy to be disconnected but able to maintain limited connection to internet for essential things we needed to do.
Be prepared to get the most of your experience:
Prepare your own toiletries, slippers, package food to be comfortable because they provide only a small bottle of shower gel and 2 towels for each person. The kitchen is well equipped for a proper cooking but no condiments or cooking oil, only with a couple of instant coffee and tea bags.
No restaurants near by, difficult to get food, and no Grab cars come in to take you out. (So you have to drive or pay more for taxi they can help to call for you - the taxi drive is amazing man, though a little costly)
On our second day, we discovered a Chinese Villa nearby and ate at its restaurant (need to pre-book)

JJovonneHad an amazing stay at the villa!
It felt extra homely because Rosslee and his colleagues were so friendly and welcoming. Food was great (especially mashed potatoes), with Rosslee double-hatting as the chef. Was initially worried about the accessibility of food so we prepped instant food in case we got hungry at night.. but we were so well fed throughout the stay. If you love snacking like us, just buy some snacks & drinks before driving up since there isn’t any convenience stores nearby.
This villa is literally within the nature, on a secluded mountain, so manage your own expectations on mosquitoes & bugs. Did some homework and prepared some mosquito repellents and coils prior to checking in. Also try to check in during the day as the drive up can be intimidating after sun sets.
Soundproofing in the room isn’t the best too but isn’t it quite amazing how they can build this villa on the mountains already?
Overall 10/10 stay for hubby and I!
