"Beautiful hotel in Muscat with an awesome design and a very comfortable room. The space felt cozy and welcoming even without a view, I was really happy staying there. If possible, adding body lotion in the room amenities would make the experience perfect."

"I recently stayed at the Aero Hotel at Muscat Airport and was very impressed. For transit travelers, it's practically the perfect option. The hotel is located right in the airport, which makes transfers incredibly convenient – no need to travel anywhere, everything is just a few minutes' walk from the terminals. Muscat Airport itself is very comfortable and calm for transit flights. There are significantly fewer people and less hustle and bustle here than, for example, in major hubs in China or Dubai, so waiting for your next flight is much more pleasant. The Aero Hotel made a very good impression. The room was modern, clean, and tidy. Everything looks new and well-maintained. I got a room with a view of planes taking off and landing – it was interesting to watch the activity on the runway. Overall, I can say that this is an excellent option for resting during a layover. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and very conveniently located. I can confidently recommend Aero Hotel to all transit passengers flying through Muscat."

"Arrived in the early morning hours and the reception checked me in promptly. Breakfast was good and value for money. Eggs can be fried to your choice of style. The room was sufficiently big and facilities were adequate. Know this is a 3 star hotel only. Would recommend to stay if on a budget. Sound proofing was not too good but I don't mind as most of the time I was out."

"A pleasant, cozy hotel in a convenient area. It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruwi bus station. A bit dated, but still comfortable. Good price, and hearty, varied breakfasts. In our room, the TV tuner wasn't working, and the refrigerator and TV outlets were swapped (the fridge would turn off during the day when I left the room, I only noticed in the evening that it hadn't been working all day). There was a very unpleasant incident at breakfast on December 15th with a staff member wearing glasses. I arrived a bit earlier than my friend for breakfast, gave room number 415, and mentioned that my friend would join me in 5 minutes. When my friend arrived, the staff member asked for his room number. My friend couldn't remember it and was trying to check his card when the staff member's phone rang. He answered the phone, completely ignoring my friend. My friend stood waiting for several minutes while the staff member talked on the phone. Another staff member eventually invited him to breakfast. Later, the same staff member approached our table and announced that breakfast ended at 10:30, then started taking my friend's plate while he was still eating. Only after I told him we would be done within five minutes did he leave our table. I've never experienced such disrespect for guests. Usually, at other hotels, when breakfast ends, they close the buffet but guests are calmly allowed to finish what they've already taken; no one is rushed out. However, there were no such incidents on the following days, and we finished breakfast before 10:40. All other staff members were very polite; I don't know what caused that specific behavior."

"A very clean hotel, and quite close to the airport, so getting a taxi was easy. The only minor drawback was that my room didn't have a window that could open, so the air circulation wasn't great. The service attitude was good, and the Wi-Fi was fast."
