"Overall the rooms is fine, although very basic and noisy if facing the busy avenue a few meters away from the windows. The bathroom turns into a permanent pool after the first shower, no curtain or divider between the shower and the bathroom, the water hardly drains as the floor is sloping towards the walls and door rather than toward the drain. Lighting in the bathroom is very poor, one can't see him/herself in the mirror, it makes shaving or putting makeup on, a real challenge. And there are no other mirrors in the room.
Streaming services are available but not free, you need an account, as it is pay per view. No cable TV
No shelves or closet, only 2 hangers on hooks on the wall."

"Our stay in Tagaytay was overall very enjoyable. The hotel offers absolutely stunning views of the lake, which was the highlight of our visit. The spaces are comfortable and well laid out, with a large pool perfect for relaxing.
The staff at the front desk were welcoming and attentive, and the bell service was a very nice touch. We also appreciated the play area, which makes the property especially convenient and family-friendly.
On the downside, some of the furniture felt a little dated, and the response time when calling reception was not always as quick as expected. Still, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience.
A great option in Tagaytay if you’re looking for comfort, beautiful views, and a family-oriented atmosphere."

"We had a great stay at the hotel. Hindi namin inexpect that inside, the interior was really good. The staff are approachable naman and nice but sadly, when I requested sa reception for the shower heater to be checked, the operator said, he'll come pero walang pumunta sa room namin to check and address our concern. The food was okay, masarap din. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I just hope sa shower magawan nila ng paraan kaso baka dahil malamig lng tlaga during that time kasi december. Thank you fynn botique hotel. We look forward coming back. God bless!"

"Everything is good. One ride from SM Bacoor, tatawid ka lang. Didn't expect that they got their own Netflix account free to be used unlike sa Iba na ikaw ang need mag login. Other things were working fine. It's just the bathroom shower Lang sa room namin, di buo ung water na nalabas. Nasa isang side lang sya. But still working Kaya walang problema samin. Didn't expect din Na malakinang standard room. Babalik kami dito. 💓"

"This is our second time checking in at Microtel, and I can only say that their staff are kind, especially those at the front desk. They're very welcoming and always smiling, which gives off a good vibe. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was beautiful and spacious, and our stay was pleasant, even though we only checked in for one night. Their food is delicious; we wouldn't hesitate to return here, even though the location isn't exactly peaceful because it's near the road. However, once you're inside the hotel room, it's not that noisy. They also have ample parking space. But overall, we had a good experience."

"I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it?
Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea.
I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the smiling guards and helpful bell attendants. Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean and relaxing, and every staff member we met was courteous and welcoming.
Our family room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and spacious with a lovely view. The heated pool was perfect for the cool Tagaytay weather, and the staff at the pool and bar were very friendly. Breakfast was good though the selection was limited, and the breakfast receptionist could be more pleasant.
The front desk manager was attentive and accommodating, even offering a free late checkout. Overall, Hotel Casiana is a wonderful place for a relaxing and safe family stay — definitely worth coming back to! 👨👩👧👦✨"

"The Hotel was sm & a bit isolated... about 2 Km away from shops, restaurants & main road. The place was open and had sofas in open areas for you to chill.. and enjoy the views/ cool weather.
The staff were helpful & let us borrow electric adapter (when available) for our phone charger.. you might want to buy one in advance! They also help us rent a full day Tuk-tuk as there was generally no taxi nearby.
The rooms have AC but there's NO REMOTE.. you have to stand on a chair in the middle of your sleep to adjust..."

AAlliahkimMy girlfriend and I had a great stay in Via Appia, I love the place, staffs are great, they also have complimentary drink that you can upgrade with special turon for ₱150, it tastes unique with a twist. It’s a must try.
And they didn’t mention that the place gets romantic at night!!! This is perfect for couples who wants to unwind in a peaceful, romantic with a great scenery. Forgot to take pic but they also have the best sunset 🌅

AAnnemari1125Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, and the staff were respectful and attentive. We were impressed with the amenities, especially the complimentary buffet breakfast—it was delicious and included in the room rate.
To visit the chapel and recreation center, we used the hotel’s shuttle service, which was also free. The road to get there was a bit steep and intimidating, but the experienced shuttle drivers made us feel safe and comfortable.
The heated swimming pool was another highlight—it’s free to use, and we spent most of our time there just relaxing. Overall, the experience was relaxing and well worth it.

DDMerylCONTAINERS-is conveniently located across from SVD Starbucks - with view of Taal Lake. It’s really an Eco friendly- green environment made with all different kinds of organic materials- from outside to inside. Local artists- including owners work ,decorate the space. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Nice bathroom. Japanese Restaurant on site is delicious. Air conditioning in rooms is ok - but a little noisy. Needs some air freshener in room- smells a bit musty.

The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

Security: We felt secured in the hotel. They have CCTVs and guards are on duty 24/7.
The location is just beside the main road so it is very accessible. Tho it is located beside the road, we can't hear any sounds from vehicles or motorists along the road. I had a good sleep here.
Water: They have a strong water supply which is a big plus for this hotel as conpared to others.
Restaurant or in house food: not operational but you can order via grab or food panda. no charge.
Rooms: Clean. Bedsheets, pillow cases and comforters are very clean and pristine condition. No moldy smell from room. Spacious and with veranda. Ref is also available. Hopefully, you can add smart tv since your cable tv has 2-3 channels only :(
Cr: Bathtub is a plus point, with hot and cold shower, bidet, and compliementary hygiene kit.
Price: Very reasonable

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay though it would have been perfect if the housekeeping paid attention to cleanliness - it’s pet friendly so the lobby and the room has a foul smell that could really use some thorough cleaning.
The tray for the free water was dirty, we didn’t use the water glasses afraid it is not clean as well.
The pool was not that clean as well - maybe it was due to the rain, I donno lol. The rain ruined the garden feel and would have been so relaxing to visit their garden :( which we were not able to do.
The reception agents were helpful - they went above and beyond by helping me with the water heater :) thank you!
Amenities like hair dryer, coffee, shampoo and laundry bag were not ready in the room and I have to request them by calling before it’s provided. It was all complimentary so it’s ok :)
The restos are reasonably priced and the food was ok ~ we had dinner at Sweet Knot Haven and breakfast at Bodhi cafe.

AA. BibiIt was amazing! I love the place I booked to stay. Extremely pleased with the location. Highly recommended. Its a corner villa and it was very quiet and peaceful. The care taker was a lady called Chorna and its gated so you can be assured of the security.the security guards were very good. It is safe, its a peaceful heaven. I will definitely be back. Thank you and well done to Hampton Villa. The cleanliness of the place is great and it's a true get away. The 2 bedder villa was fully furnished too.
