We had an absolutely wonderful staycation here! The ambiance of the entire place was fantastic—very relaxing, clean, and beautifully set up.Most importantly, my daughter really enjoyed every moment of our stay, which made the experience even more special for our family. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the service was excellent.We had such a great time that we are already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

We stayed here because we experienced a brownout at home, so it was only for an overnight stay. The breakfast was decent, the bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the TV in the room. The only issue we encountered was that the bathroom drain was clogged when we took a bath the next morning. Still, I would recommend this place since they have a gym and a pool with a great view.

Our stay at Verdant Villas was absolutely awesome! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The villas are comfortable, well-kept, and the overall ambiance is so refreshing. It was indeed an amazing stay!🥰 . The staff were all so kind and accommodating ❤️ . I love its concept -- being an eco-friendly hotel using containers for the rooms with empty bottles, tree branches for the rooms interiors and lots of hand paintings and own grown up plants all over ❤️❤️❤️ . Love that they are also pet friendly hotel ( a pet playground with waiting area was provided). My family enjoyed games of billiards and table tennis at the roofdeck too!🥰 The place is very instagrammable and unique! We also enjoyed our breakfasts at their Bahay Kafe. They also have function room for intimate gatherings and restos and a spa. Location wise - very near the major road, the first Starbucks in Tagaytay and the nearby tourist attractions! Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday, The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

If we get shower gel or shampoo and complimentary tea, this room would be perfect (comfy bed, good pillows, big room, kettle and coffee, quiet enough for one night) Service is lacking effort in reception. we didn’t need anything, but if they offer we would buy breakfast etc. but no effort from staff at all. Little shame staff is usually what makes the place in Philippines, not here. Location is little far from the views but only 1 km from city center.

The room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable. The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasn’t working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! The hotel has informed me when I checked in, that the photos of the room I booked which I saw from trip.com’s site, was not the same as what they will give me. And since we were tired from the long travel, I just agreed as long as the number of beds that I’ve booked were the same and the room was senior-friendly. The room was, in general, clean and spacious. However, the phone and the TV were not working. I informed the reception about it and was told it would be fixed after 3 days. The toilet was a disappointment as it looked dilapidated and mouldy. Overall, the staff were friendly and the place looked nice, however, I think there would be a better place to go that is the same as the price I paid.

Kind staff and accomodating. Though di gaanong satisfied sa room medyo gloomy. Pero all goods. Gumagana din lahat ng kitchen appliances. Thank you.
