"Booked this hotel for a layover, just hoping for something cheap and clean. It turned out to be surprisingly good. Early check-in was offered for an extra 100 RMB, but I opted to wait in the lobby instead (it was quiet and tucked away from the front desk). Before long, the front desk assigned me a room, free of charge."

"My stay at the swiss belinn was comfortable and decent. It was worth the price! The service especially during breakfast is good. I had someone ask everyday of my stay if a room refresh was required and was topped up with necessities like water when needed! The only downside is since its a smoking hotel, the corridors (even non-smoking floors) have the smoke smell. However it wasn’t so inside the rooms so was acceptable!"

"I had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price. As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort. The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable. Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, a convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and a warm atmosphere truly exceeded my expectations. "My name is Bader Alali from Bahrain, even though the hotel is a 3 stars hotel, I was actually extremely surprised by how amazing this hotel is, it does deserve more than 3 stars with the excellent services provided. Cleanliness, interaction, house keeping, location, literally everyone was extremely nice and extremely helpful and hospitable. I had the experience from the 18th of November till the 22nd of November. Extremely happy and satisfied with every single second in the hotel. I assure that any other time i am coming to doha, ill 100% book the same hotel. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED."

"The hotel was perfect for a short overnight stay between flights. It's located near the metro (red line), offering direct connections from the airport. There's also a 24-hour supermarket nearby."

"It was terrible and disgusting. There were bed bugs in room 501! In the morning, my entire body was covered in bites, and they had gotten into our clothes and flown away. My vacation was completely ruined, and I had to spend two days visiting doctors and getting treatment because there were so many bites that I developed an allergic reaction and inflammation. Half of the clothes I wore after washing at 90° were ruined. This was the worst experience I've had with any hotel. Don't stay at this hotel! If you get a 501 number, run!"

"there was no security in the front desk when i reached there so i entered directly to the front desk. then after few minutes the staff ask for my baggage to be scanned. Though I understand that this is a hotel protocol, but asking me back for check is a bit offensive. the first thing I checked when I entered the room is the toilet. it was clean and very nice. second i checked was the city view. then other things inside the room. very disappointed to call the front desk several times just to connect to the room service. Drinking hot coffee in the morning usually boost your mood however the water boiler for coffee is not working. the pillow cases has holes. the bed sheets has stain (not sure what the stain is from). i did not sleep much because i can here the noise from the other rooms coming in and out of their rooms."

"Overall, the hotel is not bad. The staff is friendly, the administrators are polite. The rooms correspond to the photos, I stayed in a standard and a suite. The only downside is the cockroaches... I won't say there were many of them, but they were encountered regularly. The location (close to the museum, metro) and the price allow me to give the hotel a solid four."
