"The room was a bit small, and the bathroom had black mold. The service wasn't great either. On our second morning, we had to queue for breakfast outside the door for about 15 minutes because the breakfast area was too small. However, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to the National Museum, and the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif are also within easy walking distance. I also discovered a Chinese restaurant called 'Dragon Restaurant' about 100 meters across from the hotel. The food there was delicious, so we ended up having dinner there two nights in a row, although it was a bit pricey (a meat and a vegetable dish cost over 200 RMB). I saw a lot of people eating hot pot there, but I didn't check the prices for that. I hope this information is helpful for future travelers."

"Given that this is a transit hotel, my only priority was to get some sleep, so I didn't pay much attention to other facilities. The room furnishings were basic and outdated. When I booked on Trip.com, I wasn't aware that the hotel had North and South wings. As a result, the wheelchair attendant mistakenly took me to the North wing, and then we had to travel all the way back from North to South, an ordeal that wasted over an hour. Although the hotel's confirmation email did include some information about the location, the wheelchair attendant simply glanced at the hotel name and said 'OK, OK', and I myself had no idea about the two distinct wings. This confusion was entirely due to Trip.com's oversight. The next day, I had arranged for the wheelchair attendant to pick me up at 2:00 PM. However, they only arrived at 2:38 PM. With boarding closing at 2:40 PM, I was extremely anxious, especially since the boarding gate was at the opposite end of the airport, an 8-minute drive away. We ended up being among the very last passengers to board."

"Booked this for a layover at Doha Airport. It's actually 7km from the airport, a bit far, but I didn't seem to spot any other hotels along the way. It's quite close to the National Museum of Qatar, within walking distance. The cleanliness was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was very palatable for Chinese tastes, plus the prices were cheaper than in Shanghai. While not luxurious, it's on par with a domestic Ji Hotel or Atour Hotel, just with a smaller lobby. Recommended. The airport shuttle frequency is low, so we took Uber to the airport instead. An early morning pickup cost 36 QAR, while a daytime drop-off was only 18 QAR."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Inn Hotel Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The only drawback for me was the location, which was slightly inconvenient for accessing some major spots in the city. However, aside from that, everything else was nearly perfect and I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel."

"I had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price. As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort. The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable. Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, a convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and a warm atmosphere truly exceeded my expectations. "Overall, the hotel does not worth this price. The lobby and building are ok. If you travel alone, that room can be a little bit uncomfortable in vibe. Staff were nice. Cleanliness: the room was clean. However, it smelled like old building, can emit their own odors over time. The scents in toilet is so bad, like sewage when I turned off ventilation during night time. Location: it is closed to Souq Waqif with around 18 mins walk. The area was quiet and safe. It can take sometimes to the airport, so I took Uber to go there. Service: people were friendly and even upgrade the big room for my family. They’re trying to make it easy for you. Amenities: the room and building were too old. Lighting is doomed. It’s bathtub, toilet were worn out and there’s defects. The hairdryer was historical and noisy. There was a lock door inside the master bedroom which is a bit creepy."

"The room is quite big (120 sq.m.) with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with huge living room, full kitchen.This is the best deal you can’t get anywhere. Most amenities is there. It is 20 minutes / 25 minutes tops from Doha airport. The entrance might seem a bit hard to find at night, it is on the side of the building not in front. Having said all that, we are really satisfied with our 1-night stay in Doh"

"The hotel instalations are in fair condition, but some little problems have got to be resolved. The shower, keeps changing the temperature of the water, goes from cold to extremely hot constantly, so you have to get in and out of the shower so you don't get almost burn or frozen. They do provide a safe on the room, but you cannot set your own combination, they have one fixed combination for each room, and it won't change regarding whos in the room. That means if the room is occupied for one person today, the combination will be the same for everyone occupying that room. It's fixed and very easy to be spread for the whole hotel staff. The person attending us at checkout, I wouldn't say rude, but not very pleasant to deal with. The mattress was very soft, it caused us some back pain. The breakfat is very oriented to a specific ethnicity. You have not other options if you does not belong to that ethnicity. But, anyway, besides all still a very good option for a quick and affordable stay."
