"Given that this is a transit hotel, my only priority was to get some sleep, so I didn't pay much attention to other facilities. The room furnishings were basic and outdated.
When I booked on Trip.com, I wasn't aware that the hotel had North and South wings. As a result, the wheelchair attendant mistakenly took me to the North wing, and then we had to travel all the way back from North to South, an ordeal that wasted over an hour. Although the hotel's confirmation email did include some information about the location, the wheelchair attendant simply glanced at the hotel name and said 'OK, OK', and I myself had no idea about the two distinct wings. This confusion was entirely due to Trip.com's oversight.
The next day, I had arranged for the wheelchair attendant to pick me up at 2:00 PM. However, they only arrived at 2:38 PM. With boarding closing at 2:40 PM, I was extremely anxious, especially since the boarding gate was at the opposite end of the airport, an 8-minute drive away. We ended up being among the very last passengers to board."
