There is nowhere to pull out as you go downstream as it leads to private property. Please place the canoe back on the rack when you are done. We do have PFD’s that will fit a teenager however, you may want to bring your own to make sure you have one that fits correctly for an adult or small child. The river is within a short walk. We ask people not to park in the grass or down at the river.Other things to note:This is a tobacco free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the grounds or inside buildings.We have a great deal of respect for nature and do not allow fishing or hunting on the property and firearms are not allowed on the property at any time.This is not a pet friendly home.Please do not ride bikes, skateboard, or roller skate on the tennis and basketball courts.Bath County has a 10:00pm noise ordinance. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other families staying in the rentals close by.The posted speed limit on the campgrounds is 10 m.p.h.Verizon works well. AT&T is spotty.
