The restoration is in the final phases and this beautiful home is ready for life again after sitting empty for 20+ years. SUMMER 2025 - We are currently scraping, power washing, sanding the exterior of the house between guests in preparation for a new paint job. So, the house might be in various stages of painting. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES, THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU. This is a historic colonial house with tight steep stairs and some low doorways and ceilings. Both sets of steps have a corkscrew turn in them. Not recommended for toddlers/young children due to steep steps. Older children should be able to navigate the steps. We are located just outside the city limits but you would never know the city was right around the corner with the solitude of the house. Come sit on the porch and watch the birds and listen to the trickling of water. Sit in the spring room and relax and watch the water bubbling out of the ground.
