Guest are required to place all used bed linens and towels in the washing machine and run prior to check out. 18. Guests are required to clean any spills on the wood floors immediately. 19. There is a $25 fee for every 15 minutes of any unapproved late check out beyond 11 am. 20. As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down between 9pm and 9 am. 21. Guest are required to take the trash bins to the curb on Sunday evenings and bring them back in on Monday afternoons. If your reservation doesn’t fall within these days, this rule is not applicable to you. 22. BBQ Grill: $50 use fee (charged post-booking). Clean the grill after use; $50 cleaning fee if left dirty.
