"It was a great location to go out and have fun. I could get to Kahanamoku Beach by walking for about 10 minutes. It was nice to visit Ala Moana Center because it was close by. The disappointing thing is that the bedding was a bit uncomfortable. Due to its location near the road, it is unfortunate that there is noise. The swimming pool is the same size as you see in the picture. It's small compared to other places. It was convenient to use because there was a refrigerator, and the bathroom was open. It seemed like it was. I think it's good value for money on its own :)"

"Location: The best. Waikiki beach is just a street away, there is a convenience store beside. Room: The room is very spacious except for the bathroom. The bathroom design was old and had little space to move around. Experience: They do daily housekeeping and had very pleasant experience with the front desk. They serve free snacks in the counter and let me borrow their umbrella. Price: One of the cheapest in Honolulu for the service Overall: I would definitely comeback. This is the best option if you're in a budget."

"We were on the 11th floor, and the water pressure was excellent! I'm not sure why some reviews mentioned low water pressure. I highly recommend this hotel (for those who aren't obsessed with ocean views), because our balcony faced the ocean. If an ocean view is a must-have for you, then you might want to look elsewhere. Out of the three Hilton hotels we stayed at in Hawaii this trip, this one offered the best value for money. The only downside was that they called at 9:30 AM to remind us that check-out was at 11 AM? And then around 10 AM, someone knocked on the door asking if we wanted housekeeping. It was a bit odd, but besides that, the hotel was perfect. Parking was $65 a night, which is more expensive than the Ritz-Carlton at Turtle Bay and the Disneyland Hotel (where it was $40-45) that I've stayed at. The beach is just one block away from the hotel. If I go back, this will be my top choice; the value for money is really good."

"The hotel's location is excellent, but the room was tiny. There were no slippers provided, which was quite uncomfortable for me walking around barefoot. The American breakfast was pretty terrible for a Chinese palate, and this hotel was no exception. Of course, as long as Americans like it, that's what matters, considering it's in the U.S. The hotel has its own parking lot, which costs $55 per night."

"This is our go-to hotel in Waikiki. They offer luggage storage, and it's easy to call taxis or get food deliveries. The W line bus to the airport stops right outside the hotel. It's an older hotel but always clean, offering great value for money. It's a 10-minute walk to the Hilton and the beach. This year, a hotpot buffet opened right next door, which is pretty good! Also within walking distance to Ala Moana shopping center."

"Nice hotel in the heart of Honolulu. The room was spacious, but unfortunately the view from the balcony was of the neighboring building and there was no elevator. "3泊4日で泊まりました。 午前に飛行機が到着したので早めに休みたいと思い、予定よりも早めのチェックインをしましたが、追加料金はありませんでした。受付の方はとても親切に説明していただきました。 客室の良い点ですが、ベッドはとても綺麗にメイキングされておりとてもフカフカでした。またバルコニーもついており、ビーチ側の客室だととても心地が良いです。 ホテルの立地はとてもよく、ビーチや市内巡回バス停も近く観光をするにはとても良い立地です。鶏が外にいて、たまに彼らの音で目が覚めました。 客室のマイナス点ですが、客室のドアがとても重い上にうまく閉まらない時が何度かありました。また、シャワーの扉が完全に閉まらなく、シャワー中外に水が漏れてしまうことが多々ありました。 また、コーヒーメーカーのコーヒーがとても古く酸化していました。 ホテルの立地のマイナス点ですが、夜のクラブのような音、周囲の治安（公園の住人がウロついてる）が少しありました。 We stayed this hotel for 3days. Our airplane was arrived early so we wanted to rest. We did early check in, but there was no extra fee. Positive point • Bed making was great, clean • All room have balcony • location was very nice, near the beach, shopping area, high brand shops ex • On every Friday, we can see a fireworks at the beach • In the morning, rosters? hens? shout their noise, so it made me wake up easier. Negative point • Our room’s door was so heavy and sometimes we can’t close it very well. • Shower room’s door can’t close perfectly, so sometimes the floor got little bit wet. • the coffee maker’s coffee powder was very old and included oxygen, so taste was not really good. • Sometimes, noise of the clubhouse was so loud and it made me uncomfortable to sleep."

パパティI stayed in a room with a sunset on the 23rd floor ５. The harbor and sunset from the room are beautiful. The number of towels and sheets that were exchanged depending on the day was different, but if you inquire, you can bring them. It was far from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but it was very convenient within walking distance to the center. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Although the room is not big, the facilities are enough and it is neat. GGuest UserDuring check-in, the staff mocked my lack of English, laughing and making gestures at other staff members, which I found unpleasant. While all explanations were in English, the departure was in Japanese, so I assumed they understood everything. Upon check-out, I was surprised to see a payment of $1,347.40. After returning home, I called Trip.com and they handled the matter, refunding me $1,030.61. However, they had deducted a $316.79 service charge and other charges that were not included in my travel application. The hotel only sent me a receipt by email, with no apology. The staff member who checked me in and checked me out was the same, so I assumed they knew I didn't speak English before making the payment. It was a shame that my trip was so frustratingly disrupted by the hotel's front desk service.

AAnonymous UserWith the weak yen, high prices, and tipping, eating out can be extremely expensive, but you can buy prepared foods and alcohol at the supermarket just a short walk away and relax in this location. I brought pasta and bread from home, so I only ate out once in five days. I wish check-in was a little smoother.

MManaSuisseExcept for the location near the airport I wouldn't recommend this hôtel. It's dirty and noisy. And when the breakfast is included in the price of room, you get coupon for the restaurant. The choice of food for breakfast is very small. And it's either coffee (a very very bad one) or water (a very very small bottle). And then you are allowed to eat in the restaurant and you have to take away and eat in your room as there is no other places to eat. This breakfast is a joke :(

GGuest UserI would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they’re a very deep sleeper. The road noise is impossible to sleep with. I’ll be complaining soon and seeking a part refund. Even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep enough. (There was also no bottled water. Even in countries with drinking tap water, hotel rooms get theirs from tanks so it’s not recommended.)

GGuest UserThere was no bottled water in the room, but I asked a staff member in the hallway for one. Water refills were available on the first and third floors (where the lobby and pool are), and ice was conveniently available on each floor. I booked the breakfast option, which included choosing one of three daily menu items. Fruit, bread, and drinks were served buffet-style, but I felt like the selection could have been a bit larger. I stayed for two nights, Friday through Sunday, and on the first Saturday morning, I arrived after opening time, so I ended up waiting in line and sharing a table. On Sunday morning, I arrived before opening time, but they were already open. I think they probably opened early on Saturdays as well. So I recommend going early. There are plenty of places to eat outside the hotel, so I'm glad I didn't book breakfast included. The building was apparently renovated about three years ago, but it's old, and the door would have closed unless I pushed it from the inside. lol. But thanks to that, it was relatively affordable for Waikiki, so I was able to book an ocean view room! Although it is located on the outskirts of Waikiki, there is a Pink Line bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is convenient, and there is a breakwater right across the road to the beach, so you can swim in the shallow water safely. I recommend it as a beach location.

DDanielWe were a bit disappointed initially with the cleanliness as there was a stain on the bed sheet upon entering the room. Thankfully, housekeeping changed it within the hour. The place is located in a central location, close to the beachfront at Waikiki, with a partnership with beachfront stores for beach equipment, as well as GoPros, sunscreen, lotion etc. that can be borrowed, included in the resort rate. However, the age of the hotel is really starting to show, it is in need of not just a touch up but an overhaul where possible. To be fair, the price, especially that paid for during this period, was a fair representation especially compared to neighbouring downtown hotels, given you do receive much more space and a kitchenette with microwave in the case of the 1 bedroom suite. However, I would say that I would have enjoyed my stay far more if at least some work was put in to modernise the space. In particular, my bathtub had peeling paint, and the colours of the room need some work.

I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems. It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water.
