"I stayed at this Orlando hotel for five nights, and overall it was pretty good! For breakfast, they had bagels, eggs, cereal, fruit, coffee, yogurt, and milk – a typical American breakfast that suited me just fine! They also offer a free shuttle service to Disney and Universal Studios, which was super convenient. The hotel has a pool too! In the lobby, they provide complimentary tea and coffee 24/7. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit old-fashioned and the faucet had a slight leak, but it was still acceptable. Plus, you can walk to the world's largest McDonald's nearby – a great spot for a photo op!"

"Very convenient budget hotel. Room was large, allowed early check in. We only used it for overnight sleeping and getting to universal. It is as close to universal as their own resorts. There was some noise as the walls are thin but other than that the hotel exceeded our expectations"

"The hotel's base rate isn't that high; the main costs likely come from resort fees and the like. While its selling point is probably its proximity to Disney, a taxi ride there is definitely not cheap, easily costing $50 during peak hours. The hotel's layout is a bit like a motel, with rooms opening directly onto an outdoor corridor. The large windows compromise both blackout effectiveness and privacy. Service was mediocre, and I was assigned a room very close to the main road, making it quite noisy. The shower knob was so tight I couldn't even turn it. The shuttle bus picks up from many hotels, so a ride that should take 10 minutes can easily turn into 45, though it is free. The 7-11 next to the hotel was convenient for picking up essentials."

"The room was comfortable and spacious, and the hygiene was excellent. The shower water temperature was also great. Outside the window was a forest, which made for a nice environment. The hotel also offers airport drop-off service, just let the front desk know in advance."

"1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?)
2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable
3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone
4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere.
On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her."

JJohnny B GoodThe hotel was overall ok, decent value for a Universal Studios hotel. It's about a 5 minutes bus ride from Epic Universe. It allows early entry into the parks. The rooms still have a renovation smell. I personally don't like hotel rooms that don't have a door to the sink area, only a door to the shower and toilet. I don't know why they can't have a door to the sink area. The buses to EPIC from Terra Luna run less frequently than from other hotels. Two buses from other hotels show up for one bus from Terra Luna. We waited over half an hour for a bus.

American standard breakfast.
It’s so close to the Universal City Walk.., in about 15-20 minutes by foot.
I’d stay again for sure…!!

For transparency - we paid for parking per night we were there which is a little expensive given you have already paid for a room BUT you can use their free park transportation system which saves you on theme park parking costs which are more than the hotel charges

GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

GGuest UserGot there and found out that my one reservation for 2 rooms was actually 2 reservations, so they charged me 2 security deposits. Then my credit card was $5 short, and they wouldn't take $5 cash. I ended up making an express payment on my card, just to be able to pay the second deposit. The african american lady at the front desk with the ponytail and glasses (never got her name) did not want the cash and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Room had oil stains on the walls and phone in my room didnt work. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was the only meat. No bacon or anything else. And parking was $110 for 4 nights. Then I wanted to check out a day early and was told by the night shift that as long as I left by 11 am the next morning, I would not be charged. When I tried to check out at 8:30am, once again the same african american woman was working and acted like she had to get permission from the manager. She walked off to call him so I couldn't hear what she said and then came back to say I could only leave early one night on my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said when she called him, he was in the shower and wouldn't be in until 9am. I said I would wait. Then I reminded her about how she said we had 2 separate reservations so we should be able to leave early for both rooms. She finally did it. Also, whenever you called them, before, during, and after my trip, it took about 6 hours of calling back to back before anyone picks up the phone. Even when I was there and my room phone didnt work, I kept calling and had to walk downstairs the first night to tell them about the oil stains on my wall and the phone not working, because I didnt want to be charged for it. She said she knew and that the wallpaper was going to be replaced. I have stayed there 3 times and after this time, I will not be going back. That lady was the only one with a nasty attitude.

1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation.
2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed.
3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day.
4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated.
5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night.
6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell…
7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one.
You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website.
I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.
