"Pros: The room is clean , no pest, no cockroaches. And they provided lotion in the bathroom, which is very helpful, because the hot water on shower was very hot on skin. The front desk workers are nice and kind, and response email very fast ! The cons: hot water in the shower is too hot, and feel burning on the skin when taking shower, even adjust to the lowest still burning hot. And the hot water machine in the lobby was broken, so no hot water to drink in the cold weather, and breakfast is cold. If they fix these two minor issues, I will gladly stay again ! Generally it’s a nice place."

"Reasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The hairdryer was faulty and they took more than an hour after 4 calls for them to deliver a replacement. Front desk manager made it up with meal vouchers. Nonetheless, it was a decent stay but disappointing in several aspects."

"The room was very clean, and housing keeping was provided every day. The front desk was very good, and they also helped to provide boxes and packing for sending things. The breakfast was rich in variety, highly recommended!"

"The location is very convenient for going to Universal Studios. It's a pity that the room on the first floor has a strong musty smell. The air conditioner and refrigerator in the room are very loud. The welcome drink ice lemonade is great. There is a water dispenser in the gym for guests to add drinking water. The breakfast dining environment is very clean and comfortable. The service staff will carefully observe the needs of the guests and provide help and tidy up the dining environment at any time."

"I stayed in Orlando for six nights. The hotel facilities were average; the rooms weren't particularly large for a hotel of this size. The service was good, especially the self-service laundry, which was very convenient. Parking was free, and the lobby coffee shop and free tourist information were all helpful. It's a hotel with good value for money. I booked two double rooms, but upon check-in, I discovered one was a twin room. Since the conditions were similar, I didn't specifically mention it, but the key card kept malfunctioning."

"Location is really really good. Close to everything I drive the pointe and even close enough to Kia center! Got a chance to check out a magic game at home. The uber ride there was less than 30 minutes away. Got a chance to see them play for the first time and they won had a great time. Can’t wait to travel back to the area too. The hotel is a good bang for your buck. And no resort fees!"

"King bed was very comfortable. Very clean hotel, shuttle was easy to use. Only had to call from the free airport fix phone. "I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!"
