The house comes with all the comforts of your home including: central air conditioning (many homes in Petoskey area lacking) strong wifi, smart TVs in family room/master/guest bedroom with premium services logged in / on-site bikes (2 mens mountain, 2 child bikes, 1 cruiser (uni-sex) and 1 ladies mountain bike, dishes/pots/pans, bar glassware, beach chairs/coolers/umbrella/towels/toys. We also supply fresh: linens, towels, wash cloths, toiletries, etc. In addition we stock Cafe du Monde coffee and assorted teas in the cupboard with sugars and creamer in fridge.
