"The staff were friendly and efficient, and they even provided helpful recommendation cards for local attractions and dining. The room was spacious and clean, with a generous supply of amenities. A great perk is that laundered and dried clothes from the laundry room are delivered directly to your room. The complimentary gym was also spotless and odor-free. Taxis to attractions like the ancient town and wetlands are very convenient, and the area downstairs boasts a wide array of dining and essential facilities. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money. My only minor quibble is the KTV next door occasionally playing loud music, but thankfully, the hotel's windows are incredibly soundproof, so it was barely noticeable once closed. All in all, this is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Baoshan for the first time."

"The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel was clean and tidy with complete facilities. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and even upgraded our room for free. The hotel's management is excellent, standardized, detail-oriented, and provides attentive service. Cleanliness is always maintained, and they are responsive to customer needs, helping to solve problems. The hotel breakfast focuses on health and nutrition, carefully selecting and balancing ingredients. While the variety isn't extensive, it includes staple foods, meat and eggs, raw and cooked vegetables, milk, soy milk, freshly brewed coffee, and fruit – the food is carefully chosen. The hotel's management and staff are very warm and friendly, proactively offering service. When I arrived at the hotel, An Jie greeted me at the door, and when I left, he and two employees escorted me to the door, making me feel very welcome. Thank you!"

1. The front desk and service staff are polite and professional.
2. The hotel is located not far from the railway station and Wuyue Plaza, which is very convenient.

As for the shortcomings, they are all minor flaws, but they greatly affect the experience:

"1. The hotel's free clothing experience is very general. They are all worn on the model in the lobby. If you want to experience it, you have to go to the model yourself. 2. Pros: Located halfway up a mountain, offering panoramic views of Tengchong; parking available; convenient location; food delivery services are readily available. The owner was incredibly kind, upgrading our room and thoughtfully providing flowers, fruit, and a cake for Qixi Festival (Chinese Valentine's Day), making our wedding anniversary truly unforgettable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, including Tengchong's must-try Ersi (rice noodles). The hotel's facilities and design were excellent. I especially enjoyed lying on the balcony, gazing at the city and the clouds – so relaxing. Especially with the recent rains making many attractions inconvenient, I couldn't think of a better choice than relaxing in the hotel, soaking in the hot springs, and enjoying the scenery. Even better, I didn't have to squeeze into the hot springs with other guests.
Cons: There's no elevator, so climbing is a bit tiring, but the staff kindly helped carry our luggage upstairs. Also, the room has recessed steps, so some careless people need to be careful.
Thank you to the owners for their hospitality, which made our trip to Tengchong even more wonderful. It was a perfect experience, and I would love to come back in winter if I have the time; it would be even more perfect then.

What truly deserves praise is the hotel's pick-up and drop-off service (many hotels only offer one or the other). Before check-in, they contacted me via WeChat to arrange pick-up. After checking in, they thoroughly explained the ancient town's routes and recommended local delicacies. Upon departure, a dedicated car took me to my destination.
The room was neat, clean, bright, and hygienic, and the service attitude was excellent. Since I was on the second floor, they personally helped me with my luggage and carefully reminded me about the stairs, making me truly feel at home. Although I only stayed for one night, I experienced the harmonious essence of Heshun. Haha, I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!

CcappuccinoIt was my first time to come to Tengchong. I compared several inns on Ctrip and finally chose Mohe; the butler-style service was very attentive. I stayed there for a week and was always responsive to every request. In the evening, they would also cook a pot of local Leixiang tea and wait for guests to return to the inn. Have tea and snacks. We left the hotel at 5:30 early in the morning on the day we left. The butler was waiting to pick up our luggage and deliver it to the pick-up point early in the morning. The highlight of the inn is the viewing platform on the third floor, which has a wide view and allows you to watch the sunset. There is also a cute puppy Momo in the store, who is very dear to you. If I have the chance to go to Tengchong again, I will choose Mohe!

CChyllaxThe hotel contacted us prior to our trip, but since our Putonghua was bad, they gave us a Wechat account of their contact person, Miss Na, who settled our airport pick up prior to arrival. She also gave us excellent advice on what to see, where to eat, contacted drivers to the Volcano and Wetland area, arranged transport to Mangshi, and booked tickets to Dream Tengchong (excellent seats too!). She was constantly in touch via Wechat to make sure we were doing OK. The hotel has a rooftop hot spring, breakfast had many choices and the room was large and spacious. Located at back of the hotel is a little farm, so your wake up call may be a rooster or a cow. Hotel is value for money but the value is the staff!

JJIAJIAStayed in the ancient town for four nights. The location of the homestay is very convenient next to the large parking lot in the ancient town. The bathroom has a drying hot air and floor heating. It is comfortable to use a dyson hair dryer, with a large bathtub, and dry and wet separation. The overall service of the homestay is particularly good. There is also a housekeeper to pick up the parking lot in the middle of the night. In the morning, there is an aunt who prepares to pack corn sweet potatoes and egg snacks for us in advance. The aunts are very friendly and dry our clothes and put them back in the room. GGuest UserI chose the hotel as it is almost beside Laifengshan, the beautiful forested hill park famous for birdwatching (the hide at the top is superb), and i booked five nights. It is very large and hosts many Chinese bus tour groups. Overall happy with the stay: spacious, well-appointed rooms with good light and sound proofing between them. The Chinese-only breakfast had a ton of choice. Unfortunately, I was under the weather and didn’t try the spa. But great bed to lay sick in. Only issue is there don’t appear to be designated non-smoking rooms, but the friendly staff were helpful in finding one with only a trace of smoke.
