"I chose this hotel for my weekend getaway, and its location is definitely a big plus. It's really close to Fenghuang Lake Park, so I could take walks by the lake in the mornings and evenings, enjoying the breeze and the beautiful lake views – it was incredibly relaxing. The hotel environment is generally quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all. Check-in was very quick, and the front desk staff were gentle and patient in answering all my questions. The room was very clean, with no strange odors. The bed had just the right firmness, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the hot water was stable, and all the toiletries were provided. The room had good natural light and all the basic amenities, offering great value for money. It's convenient for going out to the park or dining nearby. This place is perfect for a short trip."

"Suitable for self-driving tours, there is a large parking lot behind, there is a charging pile. The breakfast room happened to be at a crossroads. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, I watched pedestrians coming and going in a hurry. There was fireworks and breakfast was a bit simpler. The room is smaller than expected, but the health is not bad. The front desk manager has a strong sense of service and a good attitude. He took the initiative to tell us the route to eat, drink and play. If you insist on saying something bad, the young lady who is doing hygiene is not very emotional. No one of the two met in the corridor took the initiative to say hello. By the way, there is no elevator from the parking lot to the hotel lobby."

"The newly opened hotel has a very good decoration environment! The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful! As a reminder, when cleaning and mopping the floor in the hotel, try to dry the water on the mop. When I checked out this morning, I fell down and twisted my foot when I got out of the elevator!"

"I came to Zhihua Town for exchange and study. I stayed for two days in a row. The hotel environment is very good, quiet and clean. Service: The staff was very enthusiastic and even lent me a power bank when my phone was out of battery."

"I was very satisfied with the service and facilities, especially the pillows were very comfortable. I had no hope for the hotel in Kaiyuan. I only booked one night and stayed in this hotel. After that, I stayed in this hotel intermittently. This hotel will be my first choice in the future. Especially this time when I traveled with my mother, she was sick. When I returned to the hotel, I received a small note like this. I must give a good review. Great! Facilities: Good Hygiene: Very good Environment: Good Service: Very good"

"Hygiene: The hotel selected for this business trip really exceeded expectations! The location is particularly convenient, just a few minutes walk to the customer company, downstairs is a convenience store and breakfast shop, there is no need to panic early. The room was clean and bright, the office area was spacious, there were enough sockets in the corners, the computer and mobile phone were not crowded at the same time, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and I worked overtime until ten o'clock last night. I slept well before lying down. The front desk lady also took the initiative to print out the negotiation materials for me, I must give a full score, next time I come here and live here ✨"
