"This hotel is genuinely great! My kids woke up late while we were traveling, so we didn't go to breakfast until after 9 AM, but even then, the spread was still complete. The variety here is already richer than other places I've stayed, which is something to commend. The hotel lobby is grand, and the facilities are all new and very convenient to use. The service, too, is beyond words! As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff smiled at me and even proactively offered children's slippers and toothbrushes for my kids. Hotels at this price range only have two small bottles of mineral water per day, and there is no free drinking water, which is unreasonable. The pillows are not as low as normal pillows, and the buckwheat pillows have a strong smell. Not clean and the bathroom smells bad. The breakfast buffet is unhygienic and there are many flies. The bottom of the porridge pot was burnt, but it was also provided for breakfast. Some dishes were not provided on the same day, and the quality was not guaranteed. The refrigerator is not cooling, and a bottle of mineral water is placed in it, but the temperature does not change. When I woke up in the mountains in the morning, the air was so fresh. The room was well-equipped and the layout was perfect and elegant.
