The guest relations manager even called before check-in to ask about my room preferences. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the station. "Our stay at this hotel was a great experience. The room facilities were complete and new, which is understandable as the hotel just opened in 2025. What's really special is the in-room hot spring bath – we could enjoy selenium-rich hot spring water right in our room, and they even provided complimentary disposable bath liners, which was a nice touch. The room was spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were all very welcoming and provided excellent service. We came with our family and kids and had a really enjoyable stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance!"

"This time I stayed at Yichun Mingyue Mountain's Suide Mountain Residence, it was really a enjoyment from body to heart. Let me talk about the scenery first. The mountain residence is located at the foot of Mingyue Mountain. The window is stacked with greenery. The clouds and mist in the morning are like a fairyland. I feel healing just sitting in the yard in a daze. Besides, the room, every layout is very tasteful - log furniture, plain tea mats, soft warm light, both Zen and modern comfort, the details are full of care. The service is not to be picked. From the intimate reminder before check-in to the responsiveness after check-in, every staff member is warm and thoughtful. The shower head in our room was broken and sent to the new one in less than five minutes. The response was very timely. The most surprising thing is his family's dishes, authentic mountain flavor, fresh ingredients, just right cooking - eggs, meatball soup, each one is endless aftertaste.
In short, this is a treasure mountain residence that is impeccable from environment to service, hardware to catering. Highly recommended to friends who want to come to Mingyue Mountain to relax, you will know what ”home away from home” is!"

For a Cantonese person like me who loves taking showers, the only downside was that ”the bathroom facilities were very good, but the water pressure was low, so I didn't dare wash my hair.” The room phone was practically useless.

The experience and environment of staying at this hotel are very good. Xiao Song at the front desk is thoughtful. The check-in is very fast. The room type is upgraded for free. NikepingmengtianI came here for the scenery of lakes and mountains, and the environment and scenery are truly outstanding. After arriving at the store, the front desk also provided a free upgrade service, thank you very much! The room has a large balcony facing the lake and distant mountains. The room was newly renovated and there was no smell at all. The hygiene is also very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel's restaurant produces very good food and tastes good. We recommend the steamed Menghu mandarin fish. The restaurant has a large 180-degree viewing glass, and the scenery is amazing. The hotel is very spacious and the garden is beautiful. In the hotel, you can also enjoy playing table tennis and billiards for free. Will come again if I have the chance.

It is very suitable for taking children and walking around. It is very comfortable. The balcony scenery is beautiful, but there are no tables and chairs, and the ones in the room are very bulky. It is inconvenient to move around. It is a pity to have such a comfortable environment; I like the bathroom very much. Now most hotels are glass-enclosed walls, but here are solid walls and solid doors, which are soundproof, light-proof, and private. They also help to put on non-woven toilet pads, which are very good! However, the floor drain has serious water seepage. After taking a shower, the three floor drains in the entire bathroom are oozing water, and the entire bathroom is wet. We basically don’t go to the bathroom after taking a shower every day. The toilet paper is particularly rough... Pure Chinese breakfast, the variety is also rich, you can eat very well, there is a noodle stall, not the mini portion of ordinary hotels, but the amount of a bowl of breakfast shop. The service staff are very reasonable, the service quality is online, the hygiene is also very good, and the cost performance is very high. 1，空調自動調節温度，有點過低，人工調高有點費勁（因為會自動調節到22-24度，夜間睡覺不友好，過冷了~~不知道是不是我不會操作）
2，衞生洗漱間，屬一體式且與房間相通處無門（開發門），隔音差，上廁所，洗個手，水流聲超大（夜間去洗手間噪音太大），希望改善
優秀的地方：房間超級無敵大，單人床是與大床分開隔着的（一個小內室）這個是我最喜歡的，大寶可以分開住，有私人空間。其他設備基本都自動化，比較OK
總體來説臨時來住基本可以解決一家四口人住一起的方便性，在縣城來説已經非常不錯的了

They have a partner laundry service, and when I handed my clothes to the front desk and told them repeatedly, they ignored me and gave me the cold shoulder. Is this the kind of service they expect? Doesn't the hotel management see this? I can only say I admire the level of service you've achieved.
