It is the preferred route for walking terraces. Passing by Xiangdian, metropolis will stop, have a cup of coffee, have a snack, have an iced beer, and chat with foreigners who come to China to explore their secrets.The vision of the incense classic is full of Hani elements, and the folk flavor is strong and attractive. Each room is equipped with floor glass windows facing the terraces. Large terraces are framed in the glass, which is the most natural picture of the circulation of the four seasons in the room. Occasionally, swallows fly low in front of the window, and the whole picture moves.Xiangdian features four seasons medicine bath (spring tea, summer flowers, autumn leaves and winter wine), Hani characteristic picnic, authentic bamboo tube roast chicken, and a long street banquet of more than 20 meters when it comes to festivals. "The terraced fields outside the window, with mist swirling through the valleys, were a stunning sight. With the floor heating on, I could just recline on the sofa and truly relax. If only I had more vacation days, I'd happily stay for ten days or even half a month. One honest detail I appreciated was that the branded tissues in the room were brand new and sealed. The bath products were from AFU, and they were both effective and smelled great; I'm planning to buy some for myself. The room seemed to have been renovated some time ago; the shower head in our room was loose and couldn't be hung securely. There's a pool/hot tub in the courtyard, but it wasn't open, probably due to the cold weather. I really enjoyed both the Chinese and Western breakfast options. However, I think authentic Yunnan locals might find the Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles a bit bland. The front desk lady was not only beautiful but also gentle and polite. She contacted us in advance with important information and helped with our luggage pick-up and drop-off. Who knew the May Day holiday would be so cold? The rice paddy fishing activity was canceled. But my child managed to catch a fish in the irrigation ditch and finally got to see a water buffalo plowing the field, which was a highlight of the trip. Oh, and I met 'Black Cat Detective' (a famous cartoon character) in the village, I definitely have to share a picture, haha! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!"

"Staying at the Duoyishu Banshan Hotel with my family was a truly comfortable and breathtaking rice terrace vacation experience. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Duoyishu viewing platform. Guests don't have to wake up early and jostle with tourists for a good spot; they can easily watch the sunrise and sea of clouds from their room's balcony or the hotel's exclusive viewing platform. It's also very convenient for families with children, as the hotel provides kids' slippers, toothbrushes, baby strollers, and children's meals, and kids under 17 stay free using existing beds. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the amenities far exceeded our expectations. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. If you want to experience the grandeur and tranquility of the Yuanyang Terraces with your whole family, this is definitely the top choice!"

"Facilities: The hotel, opened in 2023, boasts relatively new facilities, including smart toilets and a fully integrated smart home system. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The location is exceptional, offering panoramic views of the terraced fields. However, the road leading into the village is quite steep and winding, with sharp turns, so drivers need to be extra careful. Service: Extremely satisfied with the service. The staff members are all very genuine and hospitable, making you feel right at home. The red rice chicken soup rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the coffee was also excellent. Don't miss their hot pot tea experience or their restaurant, where the dipping sauce chicken is absolutely scrumptious!😋 Already looking forward to my next visit!"

"1. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right in the heart of the Azheke scenic area, so you can enjoy stunning views of the terraced fields from your window or balcony. Plus, it's incredibly convenient for visiting Azheke Ancient Village, just about 100 meters away. 2. Overall, the hotel facilities are great. All the amenities provided are complete and of good quality, though the mattress was a bit old. 3. The service was excellent, and responses were prompt. 4. The food was delicious. Breakfast was substantial and much higher quality than what you'd typically find at most guesthouses. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is a short walk from the parking lot (about 7-8 minutes on foot, as cars can't directly access the area right next to the scenic spot), but thankfully, the hotel provides luggage transport. Highly recommend!"

"We traveled from Puzhehei to Yuanyang. By the time we reached the mountaintop hotel, the fog was getting thicker, so we didn't get to see the full panoramic view of the hotel. There's a gravel path in front of the hotel where you can park. **Service:** The hotel staff proactively helped us with our luggage, and the front desk was very welcoming. After checking in, they even gave us recommendations for visiting the various rice terraces, including the best viewing times and special features. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and they even had seating with terrace views, which was a nice touch. However, dinner was much less impressive; not only was it expensive, but the taste was also just mediocre. **Facilities:** The room was very spacious and high-quality, with complete amenities and good cleanliness. The bed was soft and comfortable. Our room had a balcony, but it didn't have a view. We also received welcome fruit and bedtime milk, which was a thoughtful gesture. **Environment:** The hotel is a moderate distance from the various rice terrace attractions, making it convenient to drive to. The roads can be a bit narrow, and it's easy to get stuck in traffic near the attractions, so be sure to plan your timing carefully. The room price is reasonable, offering good value for money. Highly recommend to everyone!"

"I stumbled upon a gem hotel by accident! 😁 I have terrible sleep, but I slept soundly through the night here – it was incredible! The hotel was very quiet, and I loved the atmosphere. The environment was also very photogenic, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and perfect for pictures. 🥰 The butler and staff were also incredibly helpful, assisting with my luggage and even turning on the underfloor heating in advance (the temperature difference between day and night is significant in the mountains). I'm truly satisfied with this trip."

"The hotel is located within Hani Town and is quite large, offering detached or semi-detached units with spacious rooms. However, the cleanliness outside the rooms was subpar; I smelled sewage as soon as I approached. The hotel service was generally poor. We arrived very late that night, and even after entering the hotel grounds, when I called the front desk for directions, they couldn't provide clear instructions. Someone did lead us to our room after we got the key card, but they didn't help with luggage. The next morning, since my child was still sleeping, I wanted to pack some breakfast to take back to the room, but this was not allowed. In summary: the hotel is a 30-40 minute drive from the attractions, but the facilities are good, so it's up to personal preference. Breakfast was sufficient but uninspired. Service was average, so don't expect too much."

"The hotel is architecturally beautiful, with a good location that offers some view of the terraces. However, due to unkempt vegetation, majority of the promised views have become obscured. Can still walk to the nearby public viewing platform 200m away for a better view. Service crew is prompt and tries to be as accommodating as possible. Have to understand that Yuanyang itself is a remote rural area with few buildings. For meals, there is no food delivery unlike other touristy areas. But, the hotel kitchen whips up very satisfying home cooked menu using fresh produce at an affordable price. We enjoyed the crispest and most delicious plate of stir fried cabbages here. More on the food, they do less oil less salt options that are still incredibly tasty and easier on a foreigner palette. Breakfast was simple and tried to focus on natural flavours of the produce, also meaning it had toddler friendly options."

"The location is excellent, very close to the Bada Scenic Area, just a ten-minute drive away. A ten-minute walk in the other direction leads to Shengcun Village, where you'll find some local restaurants. There's also a market outside the hotel on Saturdays. Parking in the hotel courtyard is very convenient. We booked a wooden cabin, which was very spacious. Besides the heating, it even had electric blankets! Winters in the southern mountains can be damp, and the electric blankets immediately kept the bedding dry. The bathroom also had a separate heating system, and the showerhead was very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, and complimentary drinks and instant noodles were provided, which we appreciated even though we didn't eat them. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and there was even a coffee machine. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, was very welcoming and provided excellent service. Picture 3 shows a bonfire; you can light one for a lively evening if there are many people. Highly recommended hotel."
