"The room was clean and tidy, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a small terraced field. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the room wasn't damp at all and felt warm. For breakfast, you could choose between Chinese and Western styles; I went with the Chinese rice noodles, which tasted great. The service was excellent too. The only minor drawback was a slight odor in the bathroom. You couldn't smell it in the room when the glass door was closed, but it was quite strong when opened. Hopefully, they can look into that."

"Staying at the Duoyishu Banshan Hotel with my family was a truly comfortable and breathtaking rice terrace vacation experience. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Duoyishu viewing platform. Guests don't have to wake up early and jostle with tourists for a good spot; they can easily watch the sunrise and sea of clouds from their room's balcony or the hotel's exclusive viewing platform. It's also very convenient for families with children, as the hotel provides kids' slippers, toothbrushes, baby strollers, and children's meals, and kids under 17 stay free using existing beds. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the amenities far exceeded our expectations. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. If you want to experience the grandeur and tranquility of the Yuanyang Terraces with your whole family, this is definitely the top choice!"

"Facilities: The hotel, opened in 2023, boasts relatively new facilities, including smart toilets and a fully integrated smart home system. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The location is exceptional, offering panoramic views of the terraced fields. However, the road leading into the village is quite steep and winding, with sharp turns, so drivers need to be extra careful. Service: Extremely satisfied with the service. The staff members are all very genuine and hospitable, making you feel right at home. The red rice chicken soup rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the coffee was also excellent. Don't miss their hot pot tea experience or their restaurant, where the dipping sauce chicken is absolutely scrumptious!😋 Already looking forward to my next visit!"

"1. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right in the heart of the Azheke scenic area, so you can enjoy stunning views of the terraced fields from your window or balcony. Plus, it's incredibly convenient for visiting Azheke Ancient Village, just about 100 meters away. 2. Overall, the hotel facilities are great. All the amenities provided are complete and of good quality, though the mattress was a bit old. 3. The service was excellent, and responses were prompt. 4. The food was delicious. Breakfast was substantial and much higher quality than what you'd typically find at most guesthouses. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is a short walk from the parking lot (about 7-8 minutes on foot, as cars can't directly access the area right next to the scenic spot), but thankfully, the hotel provides luggage transport. Highly recommend!"

"We traveled from Puzhehei to Yuanyang. By the time we reached the mountaintop hotel, the fog was getting thicker, so we didn't get to see the full panoramic view of the hotel. There's a gravel path in front of the hotel where you can park. **Service:** The hotel staff proactively helped us with our luggage, and the front desk was very welcoming. After checking in, they even gave us recommendations for visiting the various rice terraces, including the best viewing times and special features. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and they even had seating with terrace views, which was a nice touch. However, dinner was much less impressive; not only was it expensive, but the taste was also just mediocre. **Facilities:** The room was very spacious and high-quality, with complete amenities and good cleanliness. The bed was soft and comfortable. Our room had a balcony, but it didn't have a view. We also received welcome fruit and bedtime milk, which was a thoughtful gesture. **Environment:** The hotel is a moderate distance from the various rice terrace attractions, making it convenient to drive to. The roads can be a bit narrow, and it's easy to get stuck in traffic near the attractions, so be sure to plan your timing carefully. The room price is reasonable, offering good value for money. Highly recommend to everyone!"

"This is an incredibly beautiful and hidden gem. Location is just perfect in proximity (walking distance) to Hani town, the terraces and excellent hiking trails. Room was just great with a stunning view and more comfort than one might expect in such remote location. The staff is very friendly (only chinese) and the cook caters the best yunnan dishes one can dream of. The only thing which one could ask for is a pool but hey - one can’t have it all 😁. Definitely recommend this place."

"The hotel is located within Hani Town and is quite large, offering detached or semi-detached units with spacious rooms. However, the cleanliness outside the rooms was subpar; I smelled sewage as soon as I approached. The hotel service was generally poor. We arrived very late that night, and even after entering the hotel grounds, when I called the front desk for directions, they couldn't provide clear instructions. Someone did lead us to our room after we got the key card, but they didn't help with luggage. The next morning, since my child was still sleeping, I wanted to pack some breakfast to take back to the room, but this was not allowed. In summary: the hotel is a 30-40 minute drive from the attractions, but the facilities are good, so it's up to personal preference. Breakfast was sufficient but uninspired. Service was average, so don't expect too much."

"The hotel is well located if you are coming from Jianshui. It's a 2h30 drive approximately from Jianshui railway station if you take the express highway. From the hotel you can visit Yuanyang terraced fields with a private driver if you can't drive. We had a warm welcome and the staff was really helpful. They gave us advice on things to do, the best way to visit, the time that we needed... The food at the hotel was awesome. We really like to eat spicy food so we were thrilled with every dish they served us. I would definitely recommand this place."

"The location is excellent, very close to the Bada Scenic Area, just a ten-minute drive away. A ten-minute walk in the other direction leads to Shengcun Village, where you'll find some local restaurants. There's also a market outside the hotel on Saturdays. Parking in the hotel courtyard is very convenient. We booked a wooden cabin, which was very spacious. Besides the heating, it even had electric blankets! Winters in the southern mountains can be damp, and the electric blankets immediately kept the bedding dry. The bathroom also had a separate heating system, and the showerhead was very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, and complimentary drinks and instant noodles were provided, which we appreciated even though we didn't eat them. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and there was even a coffee machine. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, was very welcoming and provided excellent service. Picture 3 shows a bonfire; you can light one for a lively evening if there are many people. Highly recommended hotel."
