"This hotel was initially a nightmare. I booked 2 rooms through Trip for adults and the kids. Upon arrival, the hotel advised that one of the rooms had been cancelled and we only had one room. All my bookings were still showing in the Trip app so neither myself or Trip had cancelled anything. I contacted Trip and they were excellent and worked very hard, but unsuccessfully to get our room back... It was absolutely peak season and the room had been given to someone else. We were able to book a room Westown 2 nights later so the kids ended up staying at the hotel and us adults, luckily were able to find another hotel for 2 nights and then moved back to Westown hotel. When this issue occurred, I felt we were treated incredibly poorly by the hotel. They made it clear... If you book through a third party booking agency, the issue is with you..not our problem... Considering most of their bookings are probably through third parties, this attitude is poor. Once we moved back into the hotel for the remaining 3 days, the hotel facilities were good. Swimming pools were good. There was a cafe, couple of restaurants, and small gym. Location was 10 mins on a tricycle into the centre of town and there were always tricycles available. A shuttle was available to and from the airport. Negatives were as follows: - Hotel saying we cancelled one of our rooms even though we hadn't. Kids had to stay by themselves in the hotel. - Hotel didn't care less about us because we made the booking through a 3rd party. - Disappointing that probably 50% of the menu foods were not available in the Filipino restaurant while we were there...usual excuse of supplier issues was always given."

"The hotel is situated slightly off the center, requiring a taxi to access to restaurants or bars. Room is large, unfortunately the view on the sea was obstructed by wide balcony walls, The pillows were uncomfortable. A thumb up for prompt housekeeping services. Breakfast buffet was basic. We were overall satisfied with our stay"

"The owner is the only Mongolian in Cologne, so the design of the yurt is very authentic, which is a very special experience. The refrigerator in the room is quite noisy, and the neighbor's chickens will crow very early, so the earplugs provided in the room are very useful. There is unlimited supply of water, ice bath, etc. The price of the shuttle bus to the airport is also reasonable. At this price, it is good value for money"

However, we found the pool to be a bit dirty during our stay, so we didn’t try it. "Really nice resort only 10min away from the port by Tuc Tuc. The room very clean and with all the essentials for the staying. My room wasn’t exactly view on the pool as expected so I would have to say a little bit overpriced. Nice breakfast. They arranged me an half day tour of the main spots in Coron and they were really flexible. The only thing that often happens to me travelling solo is that at pool bar for lunch I asked half portion of a serving because it was meant to be for 2/3 people (in the Philippines they often have family sharing portions) but they said it wasn’t possible that they could serve me half portion but the price would’ve been the same and I found that annoying. Other than that they offer shuttle bus to the airport and everything else was as good as in the pictures!"

"location is perfect just few block for a market and walking distance to the marina we're the boats for excursion is dock and load. The hotel accomodations is just basic small bed low and very thin mattress, pillow and blanket is excellent soft, water supply is abundant although electricity us intermitent on and off, our aircondition unit has been affected that doesn't giving cold air glad it was just out last night. pool is beautiful and cleaned , food for breakfast is superb better and giid quality selection. the staff are very polite and respectful, very helpful and get job done as much as possible, they pack a sandwich breakfast for us as we have early trip to El Nido that was very nice if rhem. The water supply is not drinkable so they provide bottled water and you can ask for a refill. They will give you a welcome drink of a fruit drink. This is really a good location, my only dislike is the bed, as it's very small when they say twin bed it is a twin bed, other than that it's ok. Yes its more pricey compare to the sorrounding hotel but the food and pool are the best."

"Super satisfied, highly recommend this hotel, the king of cost! Location: 5 minutes drive from Coron Town, 20-25P one person. Environment: The picture is consistent, we have set a deluxe room, although the hotel looks small, there is a hole in the sky, there is a beautiful swimming pool (free use of life jackets and ankles), as well as lounge chairs, swings, etc., elegant and pleasant. Service: The waiter is very polite, cleaning is super clean (remember to tip) Breakfast: The free breakfast is very rich, and it is not heavy every day, full! Equipment: There are safes, hair dryers, disposable toiletries, hot and cold water. From the hotel overlooking the sea, it is very beautiful, then the hotel also has a spa (on the opposite side of the two swings), behind the showcase selling jewelry in the hotel lobby is a small supermarket. If you want to buy daily necessities, but do not want to go to the town, go out of the hotel door and turn left to go 100 meters to have a canteen (cheap than the town), turn right is the road to the town. "How to say it? Let me start with the bad parts. The facilities are too old. The bamboo room is not soundproof. The sea view is not vast and there are mountains around. There are many mosquitoes. The swimming pool is very small. There are many colorful lights installed in a very ”medieval” style. The attitude of the waiters is also a little inferior. The good places are affordable! The food is not bad. The semi-buffet breakfast is delicious (the picture shows breakfast). There are many choices of international styles for dinner! At night, you can see flocks of birds returning to their nests at the sunset at the pier bar, which is very romantic!"
