"I stayed at this wonderful hotel in May. It's a perfect place. Every detail has been thought of, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. 1) The hotel grounds are large and well-maintained, with lots of greenery. The bamboo arch and several bridges are particularly eye-catching. Every corner of the hotel invites you to take a photo, and it will be beautiful. The lobby is spacious, with a beautiful view. Monitor lizards roam freely throughout the hotel. 2) The rooms. I stayed in the most basic room. Again, everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is spacious and perfectly clean. The bed is super comfortable, with plenty of pillows to choose from and crisp white linens. The TV has a wide selection of channels. The room has plenty of shelves for storing things, which sets it apart from other hotels. A large bag with large towels for the pool is provided in the room. The terrace is spacious. I felt as comfortable as at home. 3) Pools and beach. The central pool, although small, is clean and chlorine-free. The water is always clean. There's a second pool where there weren't any swimmers. I liked it because it's suitable for professional swimmers. Klong Dao Beach is clean and well-maintained, located near the hotel. In the evenings, there are great sunset views. During the day, there were very inexpensive happy hours on drinks from the restaurant. 4) Spa. Special thanks to Su, who has golden hands. It was a wonderful relaxation experience. I want to come back again and again. In May, there was also a free happy hour. The spa at this hotel is worth the money! 5) Food. The breakfasts are varied and varied. It's impossible to go hungry. The breakfast spot has a gorgeous view from any angle. The coffee is delicious! In the evening, you can dine on delicious dishes at the Barracuda bar. I recommend the tuna salad and minestrone soup. Finger-licking good! 6) Staff! These are the people I want to express my deepest gratitude to and thank the hotel management for such great staff. Michelle, Nina, and others whose names I didn't recognize helped me every time I asked for help. Whether it was me not being able to turn on the TV, or there was a huge scorpion outside my room, or I urgently needed laundry, they always helped promptly. The staff is pleasant to talk to; everyone is smiling, tactful, and ”in their element.” At breakfast, in the bar, by the pool, in the lobby, at reception, in the spa, and even the drivers in the car—everyone is very pleasant! 7) General. The hotel is located on a clean beach, near the pier. After the taxi, a minicar will meet you and take you to reception, then to your room. You can rent a bike and ride around the island. There is a place for volleyball. I liked the hotel perfectly; I promised to come back again! It's a shame you can't stay with children during high season, but that's the hotel's policy. Everything is done to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for guests. 🤷🏻♀️There are three separate, comfortable areas for smokers. Smoking is prohibited on the terraces. The only minor drawback for me was the forks. They were so uncomfortable that I wanted to buy a plastic fork and eat with it. We will definitely come back here! I recommend it 100%!! 👌❣️"

"The host is very responsive, kind, accommodating, and helpful. The bungalow has everything you need for cooking. The location is a bit off the main road of the island and its bars, restaurants, and beaches, so it's a quiet spot, but not within immediate walking distance of shops (a little less than 10 minutes). The host also offers scooter rentals on-site, laundry service, taxi bookings, and helps with finding excursions."

A few things to keep in mind: • The WiFi connection is unreliable, so if you’re planning to work during your stay, make sure you have a good eSIM or mobile data backup. • The rooms feel a bit outdated, which is especially noticeable in details like worn towels. • The toiletries provided are of low quality, so you may want to bring your own. Overall, it’s a great option for a peaceful stay in Krabi with an excellent location and friendly service."

"This hotel is really showing its age. It's a shame they haven't replaced or renovated some things, like the wardrobe and the clothes dryer that are practically falling apart, or the shower with its moldy grout. The cleaning was generally done, but there was dust on ledges, on top of and inside the wardrobe, etc. And the sheets weren't changed once during our 5-night stay. Some of the staff weren't friendly at all – no 'hello,' no smiles. Thankfully, some were. The hotel beach is nice, but there aren't many shady spots. Unfortunately, these are often taken by non-hotel guests who don't buy anything, and the hotel does nothing to supervise this. The bar is right next to the beach, which leads to plastic cup and beer bottle litter that's never picked up during the day, even though the bartenders don't seem to have much to do... Good to know: all the tourist boats doing 1-hour excursions disembark at the hotel beach entrance (not at the pier, as we had assumed). The pool wasn't accessible for the first two days, and we weren't informed about it. Despite all this, we had a good stay; the island is beautiful, and our room on the upper levels had a magnificent view (be aware, not all rooms do: some overlook opposite balconies or tin roofs)."

"Beautiful rooms, very spacious. Bungalow directly on the pool. Breakfast great, lots of choice and friendly staff. Beautiful location on the beach. Lots of children, which was fun for us with a baby. Very beautiful sunset. One time the room was not cleaned when our little one was sleeping. Later I asked for clean towels and they were no longer available, which is a bit strange for a hotel like this. Otherwise delicious!"

"We arrived by motorbike in the afternoon, tired and hot after a long journey, and they checked us in before 2 PM (the official check-in time)! They made an effort to clean the room quickly for us. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast; you can order anything from the menu, and it takes about 15 minutes. The beach is a short walk away and it's a good one. We liked the pool, the water was pleasant. IMPORTANT: The room was cool, with a good, quiet air conditioner and a quiet fan. A huge thank you!"

"Beautiful resort outside of town - the pool and almost private beach was amazing! The room was very spacious and had really nice amenities (good aircon, TV with online streaming, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion). The housekeeping would come daily if you wished and replenish the water, coffee, towels and sheets - if you didn’t want them to come in, they would still deliver water and toilet paper for you. The staff were always very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. The breakfast was good, as it wasn’t busy season you could pick from a variety of western or Thai dishes from a special menu. The gym was well equipped and they had a free pool table, along with an onsite massage and restaurant (we didn’t eat at the restaurant, we opted to walk around the corner to the local restaurants, which had nice Thai and some western food). Things to keep in mind ~ the resort is very far away from the main areas (no nearby 7-Eleven or connivence store). They don’t have Grab on the island, so you will need to hire a scooter if you come without transport should you wish to go anywhere. The resort has onsite scooter hire for 1 hour, 12 hours and 24 hours. They also picked us up from town when we arrived which was amazing, but to get back into town for departure was 500 baht. Due to it being monsoon season, they weren’t offering the kayaks to be taken out. They did let you borrow a snorkel and mask if you wanted to go snorkelling. Overall it was absolutely lovely and made for a really relaxing stay ✨"

"I can genuinely recommend this hotel. We enjoyed everything. Yes, the grounds are huge and not entirely manicured yet – it seems they're still working on it. The bungalow isn't new, but it's very charming and comfortable. Our room was cleaned well, and the beach is pristine with stunning sunsets. There aren't many sun loungers, though. We didn't include breakfast in our stay, but I took a look and tried some – it's very simple and unpretentious, but not bad either. The service was good, and all the staff were polite. I rented a scooter from the hotel, and they provided a brand new Yamaha Fazzio. Koh Lanta is definitely worth seeing, and this hotel will allow you to do so in comfort!"
