"We felt like we'd stumbled into paradise. It's a very quiet, secluded spot. We contacted the hotel in advance, and they met us at Naban Pier and also took us back there later. The ladies at the reception were very sweet. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail (margarita) and toffees. They processed our documents in just 3 minutes and handed us the key to a motorbike (which was free for us, included in the room rate). The room was clean, bright, and beautiful. Everything in the minibar was complimentary (the tea was delicious, excellent coffee, chips, nuts, cookies, raisins, drinks). They provide bathrobes, rubber and disposable slippers, toothbrushes with toothpaste, cotton swabs, a shower cap, a razor, combs, soap, and shampoo – everything you could possibly need. There’s also an extra beach bag and an umbrella. We booked a room with a bathtub and a sea view. The bathtub was large; two people could easily fit, even with my husband being 1.87m and me not being tiny. The view was stunning. Sunrise in the morning, the sea during the day, and Pattaya's lights at night. There were many lighting options you could turn on in the evening to create a romantic atmosphere. There's also access to a small terrace with very comfortable seating and an ashtray, for anyone who smokes. The mattress and pillows were very soft, and the bed linen was good. There were air fresheners in both the room and the toilet. The main pool is small, but you can spend some time there in the evening. I must especially mention the breakfast. It wasn't just tasty, it was magnificent; everything was fresh. We couldn't eat it all – the portions were huge! We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it. We will definitely come back here ourselves, next time for a whole week."

"The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience."

"The appearance largely matches the promotional pictures, but it's absolutely not worth the price. 1. The water pressure in the bathroom is extremely low, and hot water supply is delayed, making it very difficult to shower. Adjusting the water temperature is a nightmare – it's either too cold or too hot, and there are no markings for hot and cold taps, haha. It took us a whole day to figure it out. 2. The hot water tap on the bathroom sink was broken; we couldn't turn off the hot water. Every time we washed our hands, it was scalding hot, which was extremely annoying. 3. Breakfast consisted of fried eggs or poached eggs, along with two pathetic slices of bread, and the sausages were terrible. The breakfast was truly awful. 4. It's close to the pier, but the view is minimal, blocked by other buildings on the left. In the mornings, there's quite a bit of speedboat noise and petrol smell. 5. The scooter rental fee at the hotel is 1.5-2 times higher than outside. There's really no need to rent from the hotel. 6. As soon as you request a late check-out, they immediately ask for more money. While the principle isn't wrong, the hot water facilities in the room were particularly infuriating."

"Overall, it's a great place for a secluded getaway. The villa boasts a sea view, and although it states it's by the sea, there's no direct access to the water – just a sunbathing area. They can arrange transport to a proper beach though. Another issue is that they don't pick you up at the pier. The pool is quite small, not really suitable for swimming laps. The staff, however, are wonderful. Breakfast is decent enough. It's possible for three people to stay, but it won't be very comfortable. The villa is advertised as 100 sq.m, but the actual living space is much smaller. The hotel offers scooter rentals, which is great for exploring the island."

"I loved every corner of the room; it truly felt like a relaxing getaway. There were a few cobwebs in some hidden corners, but I could easily overlook that. If they paid a little more attention to those details, it would be absolutely perfect! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. It got a bit chaotic during breakfast when they were serving, but that's understandable. My favorite part was the room right by the pool – it was great for swimming and offered so many photo opportunities. Overall, it was fantastic!"

"This unusual camping hotel in tents offers a unique outdoor experience in Thailand, where adventure and relative comfort are combined. Mold was found in the tent, which is typical for Thailand's humid camping climate. The air conditioner is very noisy and difficult to adjust so that it does not blow directly on the sleeping place. Shared showers and toilets add to the inconvenience. For one night, it is suitable for vivid impressions, considering the price — minimum claims. You should not stay longer because of hygiene and noise; it is better to choose a standard hotel nearby."

"I really liked this hotel. I'd say its location is the best. We stayed for 10 nights. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. However, some rooms don't have a proper bathroom door, just a curtain, which isn't very convenient. You can request a kettle. Housekeeping comes daily after 2 PM if you leave your key. Breakfasts were a bit repetitive and an acquired taste, but filling. No fruit was provided though. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help. You can rent a scooter for 250 baht/day, or get one for free if you paid for your room directly at the hotel. Island life has its quirks: narrow roads, heavy traffic, barking dogs, crowing roosters, and 7/11 stores are always packed with people clearing out the shelves, plus prices are higher than in Pattaya. There's a market, seafood buffets, cafes, and massage places – everything you need. The sea is excellent and clean. Be careful though, there are sea urchins! They provide an electric cart to the nearest beach. Overall, I recommend this hotel."

"Really nice, clean and quiet. Free pickup from the pier. The staff were really friendly. The pool and area is nice and cosy. Really enjoyed our stay."
