A Tropical Paradise with World-Class Service! We recently stayed at The Aiyapura, and it was hands-down one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing—always attentive, smiling, and ready to help with a ”can-do” attitude. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and sits right on the beach, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. A few highlights from our stay: • Dining: The food was delicious! The Hotel has an excellent location with restaurants and supermarket nearby. My recommendation is to check in only in the beach facing rooms as the view is awesome. From other rooms there is no view. The beach is very rocky but you can walk up a few minutes and it gets better. I have given average rating only because of lack of basic facilities. There is no room service or in-room dialing. You need to contact reception through Whatsapp. Basic amenities like toothpaste, clothes hook, sugar, teabags, milk sachets are not in the room. Only limited coffee pouches are given per day. This is not expected from a premium resort. The breakfast is nice esp. the eggs made to order and cheese platter. Overall we had a good stay due to the location of the room. The management needs to just do a bit extra to make it a top grade Hotel

Excellent hotel, perfect for both families and couples. The breakfasts are superb with something for everyone. Rooms are cleaned daily. There are shops and massage parlors nearby. To get to the beach, you just need to cross the road, and there's even a traffic controller to help you with that. The hotel's water park is also fantastic. Overall, cleanliness and order are well-maintained. We'd definitely return if we have the chance.

Super nice Room. It was clean and really spacious! The staff there is friendly. Our car batterie died and one guy from the staff helped us immediately and wanted to jump start our car. BUT one other guy stopped him so he can sell us a used old battery for 3000baht that died the next day as well... Hotel is nice, just that one guy had only money in his mind haha. Besides that everybody is super friendly. There is a hotel wide free shuttle (only inside the resort). In-house Restaurant for dinner is pricey. I would recommend to try local, cheaper food outside. I booked two floors in two different villas. They contacted me in advance and warned me that one of them would be replaced, as the previous guests wanted to extend their stay. They upgraded my room to a larger apartment with a sea view, which I absolutely loved. This was my first time at Koh Chang, so I give the experience a 5++. A personal, generous KHRAPP to Uncle Seryozha and his son Vladislav, and excellent, responsive service on site. The second room also lived up to all expectations, both in location and service. We were initially skeptical about the breakfasts at 500 baht per person, but ultimately decided they were definitely worth it. A good buffet, organic coffee, and pastries. There's also a small cafe nearby. We tried it—the food was good, but the administrator said that every table was often reserved (and obviously not fully occupied, giving the impression that either the adjacent villas were prioritized or that the staff were reluctant to open). The grounds are gigantic, apparently encompassing several different resorts. It would be difficult to navigate these wonderfully landscaped grounds without a moped. The service staff helped us with this, and after check-in, they brought the scooter right to our rooms. The beaches and beach bars (Shambala in particular) with their pools were absolutely delightful. Having driven around the island, I can say that one of the best beaches was right next to my room. I'm posting views from the beach opposite Apartment 1128. I don't have any photos of the accommodations, only videos, so I'll try to cut them up and upload them later.

Отдыхали в начале сентября. Приехали на 3 дня что бы отметить день рождения. Нам все очень понравилось. Все как мы и хотели: комфортно, красиво, уединенно. Наше бунгало выходило на море, у нас были свои шезлонги. Большой общий бассейн при отеле, с удовольствием там плавали. В море мы не плаваем, но гуляли по берегу утром и вечером. Завтраки отличные. Рядом находятся виллы разного размера, которые можно арендовать. Отель находится недалеко от пирса, что тоже плюс, не нужно ездить по серпантину

First of all, I would sincerely would like to say Thank You So Much for your service and we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Everything about hotel is extremely good and we couldn't find the best suitable words to describe it. Location, cleanliness, foods, friendly helpful staffs and quiet environment everything is great. The most satisfying service is the helpfulness of the staffs in transportation processes and they can handle every request. We would like to give 9stars and it should be 10 if the price of breakfast buffet were a little less compared to the variety of foods displayed.

The location is excellent. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but everything is delicious, and they have coffee machines. There's some renovation going on, but it didn't bother us. The only major issue is that there are hardly any free sun loungers for hotel guests. The few they have offer little to no shade, and there are even fewer umbrellas than loungers. Conveniently, though, by the small pool near the beach, you can rent very comfortable loungers for 1000 baht a day. And the basic ones by the main pool (about 14 of them) cost 500 baht a day. So, hotel guests essentially have to pay for sunbeds, which is a huge drawback. Everything else was good.

The hotel did not include breakfast, the hotel looked very stylish, the room was okay, the location was good, there was a lot of food around, but the hotel room had mold and odor, and there was a serious mold odor when we entered the room. It's the same for both rooms, and then requesting another room is the same. The order cannot be cancelled, so it can only be sent for one night.
