"Our family of four (two adults and two children) just returned from a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at Dara Hotel in Phuket, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. This hotel truly delivered on everything important for a family vacation.
The location was unbeatable for convenience. The hotel is in the heart of Phuket, just a short walk from Central Phuket, the island's largest shopping mall. This made grabbing last-minute snacks, shopping, and finding family-friendly restaurants incredibly easy. For exploring, the hotel's central spot gave us easy access to various attractions across the island.
A major highlight was the delicious daily breakfast with a fantastic variety. There were plenty of options to satisfy both adults and kids every morning, from Western and Asian dishes to fresh fruits and baked goods, which was the perfect way to start our busy days of adventure."

"I was very satisfied with my stay at The Arch Phuket Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
One of the highlights was the New Year’s Eve celebration — the hotel provided a complimentary dinner with a salmon set, which was delicious and very generous. We also received a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast on January 1st was also very special and different from the usual hotel breakfast — it was incredibly tasty and impressive.
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from Old Town, and there is no 7-Eleven nearby, so you need to walk some distance to find one. Other than that, everything was great. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel."

After Checked-in we went to the room and amenities were set up it just for 1 ,even was though we booked for twin bed for 2 adults. So however the housekeeper should set for 2 if every Amenities. (There's no even has a tissue set up) It's all about Hk department at the hotel. Seem to me is carelessly. No double check!
Breakfast we didn't have it so I cant recommended.
Overall it's ok so we ask for the manager but there's no one standby, just a little girl from reception gave us for a discounted for a late checkout,so I'm satisfied. Thank you for your kind service x"

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's very bright, the rooms are spacious, and the kids loved the pool. The Thai lady at the front desk was not only beautiful but also provided excellent service. It's super convenient as it's right next to the weekend night market. We'll definitely be back! The clothes and accessories sold there are really cheap, and you can get cold drinks and coconut ice freely. The homemade drinks from 7-Eleven are also amazing. The scenery is so beautiful, I didn't want to leave!"

"The hotel's location is great, and both the lobby and rooms are quite clean. The beds and pillows are a bit firm, and there are no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room, so you'll need to bring your own. There aren't many places to hang clothes in the room. The breakfast selection is sufficient and filling, and the staff are quite dedicated. The hotel is a short walk from the old town, where there are plenty of places to eat and drink, as well as many massage parlors. The room only has a fixed shower head, no handheld one. If this is important to you, be sure to confirm with the front desk or email them in advance."

"Staying for a night near the airport as a layover, it's about a 10-minute easy walk from the airport, very close. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store about twenty meters from the entrance. The AC unit outside the room was indeed super loud, and breakfast was quite average, not particularly tasty, though the restaurant staff were very enthusiastic. The front desk was also very welcoming. There's a beach and a national park near the hotel, which are quite nice for a morning stroll."

GGuest UserThe Burasari is an absolutely exceptional hotel.
Location is superb.
We booked the mood room and it was one of the best rooms I'd stayed in all of Thailand.
Massive balcony, supremely comfortable bed, the bathroom was amazing with a massive spa bath.
We absolutely loved our stay here.
My only problem being that we were 2nd floor and almost every night, the tuktuks with insane stereos were blasting music from 6pm till 6am randomly as they drove past.
The room has double windows and doors facing the street but it still wsnt enough to stop the bass beats.
Also, one time we ordered room service, it took 2hrs to arrive which is completely unacceptable.
Other than that I cannot fault this place.
The pools are amazing and even the 2nd floor rooms have an outdoor day bed with mosquito nets overlooking the pool.
Just a lovely hotel.
Would definitely stay again!!

IitsmeringoI stayed at this hotel for about four days, and it exceeded my expectations in every way.
First of all, it is truly a wonderful property.
All the staff members were exceptionally kind and warm, and the hotel itself is new, clean, and very comfortable.
The pool was absolutely fantastic, and with the pool bar available as well, I found myself thinking over and over again how glad I was to have chosen this place.
Even though I was traveling alone, the friendly conversations with the staff became one of the highlights of my stay.
I initially booked a standard room, but I was so captivated by the beauty of the villa that I decided to upgrade from the second day.
The villa was spacious, spotless, and allowed me to enjoy a truly luxurious experience.
Breakfast was delicious, and I was fully satisfied with the quality and selection.
As for the location, it is a bit far to walk to the beach, but the complimentary shuttle bus makes it easy to get around.
If you have a motorbike, your stay will be even more convenient.
I used Grab and Bolt for transportation, which worked very well.
The 7-Eleven across from the hotel has a great selection of items, and the staff there were also very friendly.
I enjoyed buying snacks and meals to take with me to the beach.
Still, the hotel’s pool remained my favorite spot throughout my stay.
From housekeeping and maintenance to the front desk, restaurant, and bar—every staff member was genuinely kind and made my stay heartwarming.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
I will definitely return.

Dissapointed about old toilet system and no have ”bum gun”. I lived in 7 floor there is low water pressure in shower.

GGuest UserWe stumbled upon this hotel by chance, and it happened to be directly opposite Patong Night Market. I found the hotel's location to be absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself was also quite good. If you love a lively atmosphere, you'll adore this place, as everything you could want – food, drinks, and entertainment – is right at your doorstep. The beach is roughly a 15-minute walk away. Our two-day stay here was excellent. I'd highly recommend it for younger travelers; however, older guests might not appreciate the constant hustle and bustle right outside.

AAnisurrahmansMy stay at the Andakira Hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. We were greeted with a cool towel and a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch after a long journey.
Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries.
The hotel's amenities are top-notch. We spent an afternoon by the beautiful infinity pool, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a great mix of local and international dishes, all of which were delicious.
Its location is also a major plus, with easy access to public transport and main attractions.
We cannot recommend the Andakira Hotel highly enough. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we will definitely be returning.

GGuest UserAll the front desk staff were professional and friendly. The resort is a bit old but still very nice. I extended my stay because I liked it. The room was in good condition, and the swimming pool was large. This resort is great for families.There are many food promotions, and you can easily spend the whole day there.I definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.

AALESTAThe hotel is nice, secluded: there’s nothing much around it, which can be a good or a bad thing.
I loved the private sandy beach, now it’s high season, and yet there were maximum 10 people at a time. So it feels all for yourself.
I got upgraded and stayed in a little house with private pool and exit to the beach. Thanks for that.
BUT there were 3 things I didn’t like:
1. noise, I don’t know, probably air conditioning or pool cleaning machine of A NEIGHBOR HOUSE, not even mine. In my room the AC and the fridge were also loud, but I turned them off. Yet I could not turn off the neighbor’s ones. At night it was hard to sleep because of that sound.
2. the pool cleaning — mine didn’t have that. The water there is still , was not changes next day, and I am not sure if was changed before I arrived 🤷♀️ In the neighbor pool I can see the water is always floats and changes, in mine not.
3. Every time I bought something and wanted to pay with my card, I had to go to reception. Every meal, every cocktail. That was disturbing. It was my last day of my holiday and I was short on cash. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem to pay by card, I could do it. But every time I had to climb 7 staircases to do it.

MMs. AMGIf you are looking for something that are far away from the city where you can chill in the beach, pool and not crowded of tourist then this is a gem find.
I love that they have their own beach access where you can swim, do kayak or just chill.
Room is amazing, view by the sea where you wake up with the beautiful sunrise, they have 1 resto all day price is reasonable and affordable.
You can also take advantage of the bus service to old town and robinson or book a car in the lobby.
Though the place is a bit old but the pool beach and room are very comfy and good price, service are really good and fast. I would highly recommed and would surely visit again.
It is a hidden gem away from so much crowd in Phuket.

The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room.
I'm not sure I'll stay there again.
