"Excellent stay overall. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, great value for money. The room was larger than expected, with modern facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to rent a scooter or grab a taxi to move around easily, as most attractions are a bit spread out. However, the location is still quite convenient. It’s close to Central Phuket Mall and only a short ride from many good restaurants. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for comfort and good value in Phuket."

"Five-star review! The hotel experience was superb. The bedding was clean and soft, making for a really comfortable sleep. The pool was spacious and enjoyable, and the kids had a blast. It's also conveniently located right behind a water park, which is perfect for families with children. The location is excellent, right next to Phuket's largest mall and supermarket, making shopping and dining a breeze. We had a comfortable and fun stay throughout, and I highly recommend it to friends and family!"

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's very bright, the rooms are spacious, and the kids loved the pool. The Thai lady at the front desk was not only beautiful but also provided excellent service. It's super convenient as it's right next to the weekend night market. We'll definitely be back! The clothes and accessories sold there are really cheap, and you can get cold drinks and coconut ice freely. The homemade drinks from 7-Eleven are also amazing. The scenery is so beautiful, I didn't want to leave!"

"I was very satisfied with my stay at The Arch Phuket Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the New Year’s Eve celebration — the hotel provided a complimentary dinner with a salmon set, which was delicious and very generous. We also received a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast on January 1st was also very special and different from the usual hotel breakfast — it was incredibly tasty and impressive. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from Old Town, and there is no 7-Eleven nearby, so you need to walk some distance to find one. Other than that, everything was great. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel."

"I first discovered Sawasdee Village by chance while walking around in the evening, and the atmosphere absolutely amazed me. It felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of the tourist chaos, so I decided to plan my next trip around staying here. The room itself was small but cozy and very clean, although a bit old and in need of some renovation. I had read about this in reviews beforehand, so I was prepared for it and booked only one night. Honestly, if the rooms were more modern, I would have gladly stayed for a week or longer. On the positive side, everything worked well: Wi-Fi was stable, the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the canopy and the ceiling with glowing stars. The view from my window overlooked the beautiful garden, and the room even had a humidifier with essential oils, which made it smell wonderful. The property is simply stunning — two pools, a spa, a restaurant, water bars, billiards and table football, as well as plenty of cozy corners to relax in. It was a delight to stroll through the lush garden, sit by the fountains, and swing on the hammocks. Breakfast was included and offered a generous buffet with many choices. In the room I also had a capsule coffee machine, bottled water, tea, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, insect repellent, cookies, and even a flashlight — such thoughtful details. The staff were very kind and welcoming. They helped with my luggage and allowed me to check in 1.5 hours earlier since my room was ready. The location is also convenient, close to the beach and shops, and I loved the little foot shower at the entrance to wash off sand before entering the hotel. As for value — it’s a bit mixed. On the one hand, the unique atmosphere and privacy are worth the price. On the other hand, I noticed that within the same hotel, villas with direct pool access were actually cheaper than the room I booked (although when I reserved my room, the pool villas were more expensive). Still, I think Sawasdee Village is a special place, perfect for a relaxing stay — even for something as romantic as a wedding photoshoot"

"I'll start with the most important point for me, the biggest downside of this hotel is the lack of sound insulation. You can hear all the neighbors through the walls, and the bars nearby play very loud music until 4 AM. It feels like you’re sitting right next to a speaker it's complete madness! We stayed for 4 nights, and there were concerts at the bars every other day. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, the pool is clean, and the breakfasts are good. There is a restaurant on the hotel premises that serves delicious food; I highly recommend it. The massage services available at the hotel are also great!”"

"Location good close to many restaurants and shops, rooms are spacious, only real let down is the doors, zero sound isolation from the corridor and big gap at top of the door. It’s a shame they couldn’t have washing machine in every room or on balcony, only two washers on 7 th floor for the entire hotel to use, it’s not enough and was in use the entire time in a very cramped room. Rooftop pool is very small. Gym not bad, service friendly, plenty of parking on ground floor"

The hotel is conveniently located close to Old Phuket Town and near many island tour meeting points, which is very handy if you are booking trips without hotel pickup. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Considering the location and the price, it offers good value for money and is a practical choice for travelers who plan to explore Phuket and nearby islands."

"I tried to communicate with Trip.com about changing my room type, and we ultimately decided not to make any changes. However, upon arrival, I found out the room type was still incorrect. I reluctantly stayed in the wrong room for the first night and directly contacted the hotel front desk the next day to switch. The room facilities are good, and the hotel's surrounding amenities are comprehensive. The only real issue is the water quality, which is truly awful, especially in the new building. It's genuinely brown and black tap water, and there's nothing that can be done about it! On the second day, I moved back to the old building into a deluxe room, and while the water quality improved slightly, it was still murky."
