The first level has two bedrooms, two private baths. The kitchen is located on the main level. There is no den, but the decks can serve as one. The second floor has a loft area with no bathroom but offers one queen size bed & one single small futon. The upper deck has incredible views of the Guadalupe river, with plenty of new comfortable patio furniture.
