We have spared no expense to make sure every guest has a wonderful and comfortable stay, from the premium bedding, all brand new beds and furniture, to the custom bunk beds in the study! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make an extended stay or a quick weekend. We have provided a new Keurig k cup machine as well as a Nespresso for those who enjoy the pick me up of an espresso! Relax in the brand new 6 person hot tub on the private balcony over looking the beautiful sprawling mountains. The balcony also has anew natural gas grill. The two main bedrooms have new King beds with premium mattresses and bedding for the perfect night’s sleep. Each bedroom, including the bunk room, has new smart tvs. We have also included a highchair and pack and play for little ones. This is a second floor unit which has high ten foot ceilings and a corner gas fireplace to cozy up to on those cold mountain nights. A new front load washer and dryer are located in the condo, all toiletries including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are included in the bathrooms. We also have a pack and play, high chair, and games included for the little ones. The dining table has seating for 8 plus the kitchen island has four comfortable chairs. The main living room has a new 65 inch smart tv with a comfy leather sofa which is also a queen sleeper that has an upgraded memory foam mattress. This 3 story home, full of natural light, sits on 1 acre of wooded landscape with southwest facing views of the Continental Divide and Byers Peak through the trees. Spend the day enjoying the outdoors and then relax in our private 5 person hot-tub or by the indoor gas fireplace. A remodeled and well appointed kitchen allows for home cooked meals which can be enjoyed around the indoor dining room table and breakfast bar. If you're still not tired of the outdoors after a long day of skiing, biking or hiking, enjoy dining and that glass of wine or Colorado craft beer on our back deck or flagstone patio. Our patio is set-up for outdoor living in the summer and Fall months with a gas grill, chaise lounge and a fire pit great for toasting smores. If you're lucky it'll be a clear evening and the stars and the Milky Way will put on a show for you. It's amazing how the sky lights up when you're away from the city lights! Time to come back inside? Gather your family and friends by the gas fireplace and watch a movie on our 42" HD flat screen television. Home is equipped with WiFi and Chromecast for streaming movies. Or play one of the board games we have available. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft and 3 1/2 baths. Two of the guest bedrooms are on the lower floor, 1 with a connected full bath and the other bath right outside the bedroom door. The lower level has been newely renovated. The master bedroom is lofted, and is located on the top floor. It has a private deck and a newly remodeled bathroom. Bathroom has a large walk in shower that makes you feel like you are showering amongst the tree tops! There is a small lofted area just outside the master bedroom with a single daybed, great for up to 2 children or 1 adult to sleep and/or for you to hide away to read that book you brought with you or that you borrowed from our book shelf. There is also a washer and dryer available on the lower level for your use. During the ski season, we always hope for snow, but cleaning off your car is no fun. Park two cars in the garage and up to 2 others in our large driveway. Don't feel like driving at all once you get here? No problem. This home is only 1 country block away from the ski resort shuttle bus stop. It picks up and drops off every 30 minutes during the ski season. Other conveniences include Safeway grocery store and liquor store less than 1 mile away and many restaurants in the towns of Winter Park, Fraser and Tabernash. Don't want to leave fido at home? I have a Border Collie of my own and totally understand. The home is pet friendly (2 max) with an incremental pet fee to cover the cost of housekeeping fees that we are charged. We think you'll love our mountain home as much as we do! It's in a great location, Grand Park (Fraser CO), with easy access to all the activities you enjoy. Our new home has everything you need for a great getaway. The kitchen is not only beautiful with high end granite counters and appliances, but is also stocked with just about everything you can think of including pots and pans, cutlery, small electrics (4 slice toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, stick blender, Belgian waffle maker, panini grill), electric griddle, Ninja blender, etc. We have dinnerware, flatware, drinkware (18+ settings), fine china plates for holiday and special dinners. Our pantry is stocked with basic dry goods and spices. There is plenty of seating for dining (15+). Our large dining table easily seats 8, and up to 10 or more with the built in leaf. The kitchen island seats 3, and there is a small game table in the great room that can seat another 4 people. In the bedrooms you'll find all new mattresses and bedding. We also have plenty of new towels for everyone. There are flat screen, smart TVs throughout our home with cable television and DVD/Blue Ray players. And we offer free wifi access. Our great room is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. We have plenty of family board games and dvds for your entertainment. Upstairs in the loft area we have a cocktail table arcade game with all your favorite retro classics like Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, Galaga, Centipede, Frogger and more!Finally at the end of the day you can relax in our 7-person hot tub. We're located just minutes away from world-class skiing at Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resorts, snow mobile rentals, Fraser Tubing Hill, snow-shoeing and there's access to hundreds of acres of groomed cross-country trails practically right out your front door. In the summer enjoy Winter Park's Alpine Slide, horse-back riding, hiking, biking, mountain climbing, golf, fishing, nearby lakes for paddle boarding. Also Winter Park is home to many great festivals throughout the summer and into the fall, and you'll be treated to free outdoor concerts every week. We have a grocery store less than a mile away and great shops and restaurants, too.
