You will have the opportunity to experience gorgeous sunsets & miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, or X-country skiing just steps away. You are in the wilderness waking to crisp mornings & cool evenings. We see moose, fox, deer, & bears on a regular basis. Relax on the balcony with a glass of wine after a day of hiking, biking, skiing/snow boarding or just hanging out in town shopping or wine tasting. A huge dining quartz dining table provides plenty of space if there is a full house. There are two separate family spaces equipped with large screen Smart TVs and fireplaces upstairs in the living area and downstairs in the bonus area. There is a huge area in the back that is just outside the back door where dogs can go out. (Note - it is not fenced). There is a view from all of the windows facing the back of the mountains in the distance. The master bedroom & queen guest room also have their own Smart TVs with views of the open space in the back. The neighborhood is dog friendly. There are groomed X-country ski trails at the entry to the Rendezvous development. The path connects to Fraser - you can ski for groceries at Safeway! To make this property affordable for smaller groups, there is an extra guest fee of $15 per person after 2 people (except 30+night stays). The age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome). Parking is for 3 cars; near the top that there is an EV Outlet in the garage and the type of outlet is NEMA-14 outlet - you will need to bring your own cable. Pricing for 28+ night stays is discounted monthly as follows: please inquire first (Do not instant book). For 28+ day stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply: Refundable damage deposit is $100 Refundable cleaning deposit is $350 Although we love puppies, we cannot accept dogs under 1 year old. Note: The cleaning fee for 28+night stays is higher than the short-term cleaning fee in the listing. For stays 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $285. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in. Immediately after booking you will receive our short rental agreement to review and accept. PETS: We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals. We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program. To participate, follow the wick and easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you and your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out and make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out. If you're still not tired of the outdoors after a long day of skiing, biking or hiking, enjoy dining and that glass of wine or Colorado craft beer on our back deck or flagstone patio. The master bedroom is lofted, and is located on the top floor. It has a private deck and a newly remodeled bathroom. Bathroom has a large walk in shower that makes you feel like you are showering amongst the tree tops! There is a small lofted area just outside the master bedroom with a single daybed, great for up to 2 children or 1 adult to sleep and/or for you to hide away to read that book you brought with you or that you borrowed from our book shelf. There is also a washer and dryer available on the lower level for your use. During the ski season, we always hope for snow, but cleaning off your car is no fun. Park two cars in the garage and up to 2 others in our large driveway. Don't feel like driving at all once you get here? No problem. This home is only 1 country block away from the ski resort shuttle bus stop. It picks up and drops off every 30 minutes during the ski season. Other conveniences include Safeway grocery store and liquor store less than 1 mile away and many restaurants in the towns of Winter Park, Fraser and Tabernash. Don't want to leave fido at home? I have a Border Collie of my own and totally understand. The home is pet friendly (2 max) with an incremental pet fee to cover the cost of housekeeping fees that we are charged. Our new home has everything you need for a great getaway. The kitchen is not only beautiful with high end granite counters and appliances, but is also stocked with just about everything you can think of including pots and pans, cutlery, small electrics (4 slice toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, stick blender, Belgian waffle maker, panini grill), electric griddle, Ninja blender, etc. We have dinnerware, flatware, drinkware (18+ settings), fine china plates for holiday and special dinners. Our pantry is stocked with basic dry goods and spices. There is plenty of seating for dining (15+). Our large dining table easily seats 8, and up to 10 or more with the built in leaf. The kitchen island seats 3, and there is a small game table in the great room that can seat another 4 people. In the bedrooms you'll find all new mattresses and bedding. We also have plenty of new towels for everyone. There are flat screen, smart TVs throughout our home with cable television and DVD/Blue Ray players. And we offer free wifi access. Our great room is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. We have plenty of family board games and dvds for your entertainment.
