Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunker beds with two full beds on the bottom and two twin beds on the top (sleeps 6!). There is a 3-seater sofa and 2-seater love seat sofa in the living room. These sofas can open up and be quite spacious for a nap. The living room has a futon that can open up as a small twin bed (33”x66”x14”H, good for a person under 5’5”). The middle floor has one full bath with a bathtub. There is also a vanity with mirror in the laundry room for washing and brushing teeth etc. The main kitchen, breakfast area and formal dining room are on the middle floor. There are also two screened patios and one outdoor patios (to get tan) on this floor.Bottom floor has one bedroom and one bath and a sitting room. Bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is situated next to the outdoor jacuzzi! Sitting room has a L-shape sofa, which can be converted into a king-size bed (sleeps 2). There is a 5-foot-tall folding divider that hides the bed from the pool kitchen open space. There is a full bath with a standing shower (no bath tub) on the 1st floor. The bathroom is one step above the rest of the floor.Sofas/futons are set up for sitting by default. But their beddings are provided in the nearest bedroom closet. If you wish us to set up sofa as a bed prior your arrival, do please let us know. HANDICAP ACCESSThe Seascape House can be arranged for handicap guest by activating its elevator. There is a one-time $30 elevator set up fee. WHEELCHAIR GUEST STAY:1st floor unit is on ground level and has double French door access. But its bathroom is 9” higher than the rest of the floor. 2nd floor is assessable via elevator and its bedrooms and bathroom door is 29” wide. Top floor is accessible via elevator and has doors for 35”+ wide.Guest accessGuests have private access to the entire house. Pool maintenance personnel comes to the house one to two times a week. Lawn personal comes once a week. But they do not need to access inside of the house nor garages.ADDTIONAL FEES- Pool heating is additional $30/day upon guest request.
