The ground floor offers two bedrooms with a Queen sized bed and a full sized bed. There is also a full bath. The washer and dryer are in the second bedroom for your use.On the main floor, there is a bedroom with a twin to king trundle and a full bathroom. The living room offers a dining table for 4 , a wood-burning stove, TV and access to the deck.PLEASE NOTE:The deck has lower banisters and railings than today's standards, so please be aware if you have small children.The loft offers a queen sized bed. A microwave, toaster, and blender are provided along with plenty of cookware, dinnerware, and an assortment of spices. A coffee maker is also provided along with coffee beans and a grinder for freshly ground coffee. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a 40 inch TV. Downstairs is a game room with a shuffleboard table, a table for playing cards and boardgames, and record player with an assortment of vinyl records. The newly built front deck has a wood burning fire pit and a charcoal grill for BBQ. We are just a mile from the Jay Covered Bridge, 15 minutes to Whiteface Mt. & less than 30 minutes to Lake Placid. The sunroom leads to the deck, that boasts gorgeous mountain views. The master bedroom with a King, is located on the main level.
