"I like the location as it is a bit away from the mall.  We did ask for a king size bed and I don't believe we got one.  Also asked to be away from the elevators... we were right across from the elevators but we couldn't hear them.  I must say the food was excellent and we did appreciate that."

"When I first checked into the room, there was hair on both the sink and the bed. I tried calling the front desk in the middle of the night, but couldn't get through. However, after reporting it the next day, they moved us to a different room and upgraded our room type, so the service was still quite good. The sea view from the higher floor was beautiful, and the breakfast downstairs was delicious. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, though."

"Overall, I liked the hotel. I stayed there with my spouse and our two-year-old daughter. Our room was spotless. The shower was excellent, and the water pressure was strong—I absolutely loved that. The gentleman at the reception  was very polite and attentive; he even allowed us to check in early. The hotel's only downsides were that parking required a fee and the televisions were a bit outdated. Aside from that, we were very satisfied with everything."

"The facilities, cleanliness, and environment are all good. It's very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus is almost always available. You can take the shuttle to the airport and then transfer to transit to the city, which is very convenient. We did the same thing on our return. Service: Very worrying! Initially, we were given a key card for a room that was already occupied. This was awkward. When we opened the door, the other person was visibly confused. ❓ They also made duplicate charges (I had already prepaid in full through Ctrip, but they still charged me for the room. I was so impressed with their service that I checked, and there really was something wrong. The front desk staff kept saying the deposit would be refunded, but in reality, they charged me twice: the deposit and the room. It's best to ask for a receipt after checking out). I contacted Ctrip customer service to get the money back. The front desk staff seemed extremely unprofessional. I have no idea what they were doing! The shuttle bus was convenient, but the driver was also very indifferent. Tipping is not expected."

"The room is clean and spacious , with the essentials amenities which are very good. There is a microphone inside the room for us to heat up the food , so convenient. One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information. But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though."

InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, an IHG Hotel, is Bellevue, Washington's premier luxury hotel and a refined alternative to downtown Seattle. Set within the landmark Avenue Bellevue, the hotel features Feng Shui-inspired design, curated art, and signature dining at Fresco and LE BAR. Guests enjoy one of only three Les Clefs d'Or concierge teams in the Pacific Northwest, plus easy access to Sea-Tac Airport and Puget Sound, perfect for leisure and business travel.

"I really enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Bellevue. Since it’s a newer hotel, everything feels modern and fresh. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were super nice—they even gave me bottled water right away when I asked, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very luxurious feel. Even though the hair dryer wasn’t Dyson, the one provided in the room was just as powerful and worked really well, which was a nice surprise. The location couldn’t be better if you’re staying in Bellevue; everything is central and convenient, and it’s an easy trip into Seattle too. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. My only small complaint is that there isn’t a pool, which feels like it should be standard at a 5-star hotel, especially considering there’s also a nightly amenity fee. Overall though, a great experience and a place I’d happily recommend."

Great
GGuest UserI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle. I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need. The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

CCKWtripSheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.

AAnonymous UserIt took us quite a while to finally get into our room due to issues with the key cards not working. Had to make two trips from the 20th floor down to the front desk only to find out the problem was a low battery in the door lock. Once inside, we noticed the room wasn’t properly set up for four guests, as there weren’t enough towels provided. The bathroom design was also inconvenient. There are two sliding doors neither had locks, which makes privacy difficult. The air conditioning blew directly toward your face while lying on the bed, and the vents were too high to adjust. In addition, electric kettle, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered a wide variety of choices, and the service was outstanding, making it a highlight of our stay.

AAnonymous User• They also give you a welcome cookie. Chocolate cookie • The room is spacious and the sofa bed and two queen beds were both clean. • It is close to the Seattle-Tacoma Airport car shuttle facility, about 2.5 miles by car. • I was able to have a satisfactory experience with the friendly service of the front desk and housekeepers. • If you have a rental car, it is very convenient to park in the large parking lot. However, there is a parking fee. • If there is no traffic to downtown, you can go straight on I-5 and get off, so it is easy to find the way without much trouble. (About 20 minutes) • The downside is that the toilet water pressure is weak. • The downside is that there is a coffee machine, but no coffee pot.

GGuest UserThey upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks. The bathroom was extremely clean! Breakfast was not included, so we had a five minute walk to Starbucks. The concierge accommodated us with a $15 shuttle ride to the cruise ship dock. The shuttle service was excellent and they took care of all of our bags.

GGuest UserNot thrilled with the every other day room cleaning. We were told by an extremely rude evening front desk clerk, that we were told about this upon arrival, which we were not. He also said it was written up in the hotel's description online. Who really reads all the small print? He argued about it with my sister, while waving his hand in her face. He also said he was out of shower caps, which should be provided in the rooms anyway, especially with the overhead rain shower feature. He also screamed at us to move, for smoking in the chairs outside, where there are no posted signs. We didn't feel safe in that neighborhood to smoke on the dark street, as we had a few run ins with the ******** *** homeless.
