"This brand new Marriott hotel is well located in the central area. The room is clean and nicely equipped as a five star hotel. It has lived up to the standard of a Marriott hotel, with amazing services by the team."

"The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding environment is also good, but the decoration and facilities of the hotel itself are extremely average. We have stayed in no less than 40 hotels in Australia in 10 years. This is the first time we have to wait for a quarter of an hour to return the deposit after checking the room. I think this practice should have been many years ago. For such a high room rate, the service is like this. Nothing to say. I will not stay there again."

"No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change"

"Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The room size was decent, and being on a high floor, we got some city views. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had all the necessary facilities. Breakfast quality was also high with a good variety of options. My only minor complaint was a small bug buzzing around the room, so I'd recommend improving pest control."

"Such an amazing experience! Very nice room with a stunning view! My daughter absolutely loves the room, breakfast and the view! She stated it was her best stay in ADL! We will definitely come back and can’t wait to try swimming next time"

"The bath products are Jurlique, and there are products for sale. There are grape trees at the door. You can go hiking in the Adelaide Hills if you continue walking outside. It's a pity that I didn't book a room with mountain view. I could only take a look at it during breakfast. It was foggy in the morning."
