"The La Gemma is a wonderful place to stay in Florence. Staff was very helpful & gave us a nice upgrade when we checked in for our second stay there. They also put a bottle of chilled champagne in our room to celebrate my birthday. Also enjoyed the lovely spa & rooftop outdoor lounge area with amazing views of the city. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, but you can only go up from one elevator. The other elevator goes to the suite on the 6th floor~ I didn't meet other people on the terrace, it was quiet and comfortable"

"I have stay in this hotel for 3 times , first 2 times they upgrade me to a junior suet but this time they haven't do this. their breakfast is very good, their services is better, they are always helpful. Hope to come back again and they can do better than this time. I will recommend more friends to live here, the room is very comfortable and special. The nice guys is good services and doing very well on everything. Everyday have a different type of food on their breakfast. The services guys always smell with the peoples.

阿阿都沁8877Next to the old bridge in Florence, 403 river view suite, the living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Arno River, the location is good and the scenery is good, but the heating is not too hot. On the third day, we were upgraded to the larger family river view suite 405 next door, with a dining room for six people and two bathrooms, which is even better👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is also very rich. recommend!

1. The guy at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, but he's in my picture! He made us feel right at home. Although the Park Hyatt Milan we stayed at was also very good a few days ago, the service at this hotel felt even more like home.
2. The room was incredibly new and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The complimentary fruit and turndown service were excellent. They even refilled our bottle of water when they saw we finished it!
3. The restaurant in the hotel lobby is absolutely delicious! The chef is the same as at the Michelin-starred restaurant. If you're looking for great taste and value, the lobby is the place to be.
4. If I ever return to Florence, I'll definitely stay a few more nights at this hotel!

CCY-ADuring this trip to Italy, this hotel in Florence is the most satisfactory. It has high cost performance, good service and environment, and beautiful and large rooms. The location is invincible. It is opposite LV and Cadier. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called ”Master Ba”. The room is cleaned twice a day and the towels are changed. We stayed for three nights, and they did this every day. The bed is made every night. If there is only one flaw, it may be that the breakfast is not very suitable for our taste, but this is not important. You can choose to go out for breakfast in a coffee shop. The pictures are all photos of the hotel I took. I have to mention that the flowers in the room are all fresh flowers...

The staff at the Anglo American Hotel deserves special praise. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive.
