"The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center, with all major attractions easily reachable on foot. However, the hotel is showing its age, and unfortunately, one of our rooms had a strong unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom. On a positive note, the decor had a lovely Florentine style. While the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, other services, such as room cleaning, were not always prompt. A particular point of disappointment was that for such a high-end hotel, only two complimentary bottles of water were provided, with additional bottles costing 4 Euros each. This felt quite ungenerous. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement."
