"I had a wonderful stay at Splash Beach Resort in Mai Khao as a couple. The resort is spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing away from the busy tourist areas. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a calm resort atmosphere that made our stay very enjoyable.Breakfast is served with various meals. One of the highlights is the beautiful Mai Khao Beach, just steps from the resort. The beach is quiet, natural, and perfect for long walks together, especially during sunset. A big bonus is the famous airplane photo spot near the beach, where planes fly very low as they land at Phuket Airport. It’s an amazing and unique experience, and the huge airplanes make incredible photos, not only for couples but also for families. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort facilities, including the pools and restaurants, were convenient and relaxing. Overall, Splash Beach Resort is a great choice for couples looking for a peaceful beachfront stay with a unique photo spot and memorable experiences. Highly recommended"

"Overall stay was fine, but definitely it’s not a real 5*, solid 4*. Rooms are big and clean, location is very Nai Yang central, everything is just few steps away. Staff is polite and helpful. This hotel is ok for couple of nights stay, but I wouldn’t spend here my full vacation. Hotel shape makes territory very narrow and boring. On negative side. Many small things are not convenient in this hotel. Beds are very hard and bed linen quality is for sure not a 5* level. Air condition in room is extremely strong, we both got sick after first night, sore throat, even I put 23-24° with low fan, but inside room was always extremely cold, I had to switch it off completely from time to time. Maybe because hotel is quite new and aircon system works well, I don’t know. Amenities are placed weird and not convenient at all, you have teapot inside small closet but no electricity socket around, so I had to bring it to bathroom to boil water. Luggage shelve and wardrobe in Deluxe rooms are located inside bathroom! Also big problem with water in shower, you have to wait for hot water and also water pressure is changing all time, can be weak with cold water and then suddenly strong and adding hot, so taking shower isn’t too comfortable. Pools are not convenient, small, almost no area for sun-beds, no trees. We were given a room facing a small side street with cafes and bars, loud music (with low bass) until 3 am from a bar didn’t let me sleep, because it was super loud and disturbing, windows are not good soundproof too. Next day we asked to change the room and staff helped with this and we were given upgrade in another building, room was much bigger. I saw another couple also moving same day, seems like because of same reason. Flooring material in rooms is also very cheap, first time in my life I saw linoleum in 5*. Also first time I saw they will charge you with fine for mangosteen in room, usually only durian. Breakfast is quite good, plenty of choices, good coffee machine, but no tea selection, just a common used teapot with black teabag inside. When I asked for one camomile tea bag for me (because they put it in the room too), I was told they don’t have and tea is only what is on table. Bakery is awful, cheap quality. Fruit choice was good. Even I support smoking free policy in hotel public areas, but they don’t allow to smoke on room balcony too, for me it is annoying and not customer friendly, they have few designated smoking areas on territory."

"Average stay at Wyndham, great location, but below average room, shower not warm enough, had to ask sugar, no milk, loud neighbours, could hear everyone walking across the door. No double glazing, being so close to airport, could hear every plane. Incorrect wifi password. Friendly and helpful staff, though had to wait 1 hour for ironing board. Ava at reception very helpful. Usual Breakfast, nothing different."

"We stayed at Emerald Phuket Beach Resort with our family and children, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The front office manager (the lady) was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire staff were so polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is fantastic for families with kids — my girls especially enjoyed the kids club, mini water park which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after our daily outings. Another big plus is the location — everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away, along with massage parlors and a pharmacy, which made things so convenient. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for a family-friendly, relaxing holiday in Phuket. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at Namaka Resort Kamala for 1 night but was a bit disappointed. The room was not as good as expected. It felt old and not well-maintained. The location is also quite far from the main area, so it’s not convenient if you don’t have your own transport. The staff were friendly, but overall, the stay was not what I hoped for."

"checkin very late night, don’t know why receptionist give the twin beds room to a solo traveler (She know I come alone) After change to the kingbed room, it is better. Room is huge and works great for me. The excellent location makes me explore easier in Phuket Town! I wouldn’t recommend to take the breakfast. I dont find the joy through breakfast. Phuket Town has lot of better food options!"
