"I mainly came here to play tennis. Hotel guests get a 10% discount on tennis lessons, but you need to book in advance, otherwise you might not get your preferred coach. There are 4 indoor and 2 outdoor courts, which was very convenient as my child had tennis lessons arranged. The gym looked great, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for both kids and adults to enjoy. Across the street from the hotel, there's a Michelin-starred Fujian noodle shop. We ate there every day, and the prices were very reasonable. The hotel's location is decent. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the shopping mall, but there are no massage places nearby. The closest 'Let's Relax' is almost 2km away, so you'd need a taxi for that. Overall, I think this place is great for sports and fitness, and it's also quite convenient to get around by taxi."

"The facilities are excellent. Stepping out of the hotel elevator, you're immediately greeted by an endless ocean view. That first glimpse alone makes it worth half the room rate, and it's still breathtaking every time I return to the hotel. Everything else is great too, with only one minor point: they don't have a private beach; you need to walk about 10 minutes to the nearby Kamala Beach. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, with a huge variety. My girlfriend and I stuffed ourselves every day. After breakfast, we'd grab a sun lounger by the pool in front of the breakfast area and soak up the sun – it was wonderful. The hotel provides a towel card which you can exchange for towels. You can take these towels to Kamala Beach, but you need to return them afterwards."

"I was a bit worried after seeing some other reviews, but my stay completely exceeded my expectations. First off, the infinity pool offers an amazing view and experience. After checking in, they upgraded us to a sea-view room, and the thoughtful design even allows you to see the ocean through the mirror while you're getting ready. The air conditioning was always on, so the room wasn't humid at all. They also provided freshly laundered, warm duvets that had a comforting milky scent. The hotel offers scheduled shuttle service to Patong Beach Center, and it's only about a 15-minute walk to nearby attractions. There's a 7-Eleven and restaurants right next to the hotel, which is super convenient. The only downsides are that the hotel feels a bit like a maze, requiring you to carry luggage up and down stairs, and the sea-view room was a bit noisy due to being near the street."

"When I checked into the Pullman Phuket, I booked a sea-view king room. I'd requested a high-floor, sea-view room in advance and reiterated it upon arrival. Initially, I was given a room on the 6th floor where the balcony was completely obscured by trees, blocking the sea view. I immediately went back to the front desk to request a change. After confirming availability, the staff personally showed me another room, and I successfully moved to a high-floor, sea-view room with a fantastic view. The whole process was very smooth. Check-in Tips: • A 4000 THB deposit is required upon check-in. Any on-site consumption will be deducted from this deposit upon check-out, with the remainder refunded or additional charges collected. • The high-floor balconies offer panoramic views of the entire Andaman Sea. The beach is just across the street, a short walk away. • The hotel grounds have peacocks and free-range chickens. • Breakfast is extensive, with two dining areas and a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. • You can also book a Thai SPA with the front desk. ⚠️ Important Reminder: When booking, make sure to check if it's for 'one person' or 'two people' as the room rate is charged per person. If you have a visitor, the front desk will notify you by phone, and you'll need to go downstairs to meet them."

"This hotel is nestled in the mountains, so while it's not the most convenient to get to, it offers a peaceful retreat. The staff are great, and the overall facilities are good. I highly recommend the Pad Thai at the Talay restaurant in the lobby – it was the best I had on this trip out of three different places! The sea view from the room is beautiful. My only minor complaints are that the AC can only be turned on or off, with no temperature control, which is a bit inconvenient as it gets too cold when on and too warm when off. Also, there's a slight issue with the shower's temperature control; it's almost impossible to find a middle ground between scorching hot and freezing cold, so I ended up having to angle the showerhead as high as it would go."

"Our first stop in Phuket was the Courtyard by Marriott Patong, where we stayed for two nights. The hotel is located on the southern end of Patong Beach, with a 7-Eleven right outside and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The back exit leads directly across the street to the beach. The hotel also boasts excellent recreational facilities. It's a bit of a walk from Bangla Road and the night market, which meant it was wonderfully quiet at night. We arrived quite late due to our flight schedule, but the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and communicative in basic English. They even accommodated our request for a non-street-facing room (in the main building), as arranged via email beforehand. The housekeeping staff were also fantastic, even folding our clothes neatly. Overall, the hotel's service gets a five-star rating. There are two breakfast restaurants; the one in the main building gets quite busy, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes."

"I had an overall good stay at Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay. The location is excellent — peaceful and slightly away from the busy areas, yet still very convenient to reach Patong and nearby attractions. When I first checked in, I wasn’t happy with the ocean view from the room I was allocated. Thankfully, the staff were very understanding and quickly arranged a room change, which I really appreciated. Their responsiveness made a big difference to my experience. One thing I really liked was their hotel app. It’s very convenient — you can request the shuttle, order food, and even request medicine directly through the app. It made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only downside for me was the breakfast selection. While the quality was decent, I wish there were more options and variety. Overall, a good stay with a great location and helpful service. I would consider staying again."

"A great hotel. They call themselves ‘The Oasis of Patong’ and they’re not wrong. Close enough to the madness so it’s within a 15 minute walk to Bangla Rd but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet to make a relaxing stay. The pool area is great for relaxing and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and will be back."

"Overall stay was fine, but definitely it’s not a real 5*, solid 4*. Rooms are big and clean, location is very Nai Yang central, everything is just few steps away. Staff is polite and helpful. This hotel is ok for couple of nights stay, but I wouldn’t spend here my full vacation. Hotel shape makes territory very narrow and boring. On negative side. Many small things are not convenient in this hotel. Beds are very hard and bed linen quality is for sure not a 5* level. Air condition in room is extremely strong, we both got sick after first night, sore throat, even I put 23-24° with low fan, but inside room was always extremely cold, I had to switch it off completely from time to time. Maybe because hotel is quite new and aircon system works well, I don’t know. Amenities are placed weird and not convenient at all, you have teapot inside small closet but no electricity socket around, so I had to bring it to bathroom to boil water. Luggage shelve and wardrobe in Deluxe rooms are located inside bathroom! Also big problem with water in shower, you have to wait for hot water and also water pressure is changing all time, can be weak with cold water and then suddenly strong and adding hot, so taking shower isn’t too comfortable. Pools are not convenient, small, almost no area for sun-beds, no trees. We were given a room facing a small side street with cafes and bars, loud music (with low bass) until 3 am from a bar didn’t let me sleep, because it was super loud and disturbing, windows are not good soundproof too. Next day we asked to change the room and staff helped with this and we were given upgrade in another building, room was much bigger. I saw another couple also moving same day, seems like because of same reason. Flooring material in rooms is also very cheap, first time in my life I saw linoleum in 5*. Also first time I saw they will charge you with fine for mangosteen in room, usually only durian. Breakfast is quite good, plenty of choices, good coffee machine, but no tea selection, just a common used teapot with black teabag inside. When I asked for one camomile tea bag for me (because they put it in the room too), I was told they don’t have and tea is only what is on table. Bakery is awful, cheap quality. Fruit choice was good. Even I support smoking free policy in hotel public areas, but they don’t allow to smoke on room balcony too, for me it is annoying and not customer friendly, they have few designated smoking areas on territory."

"Facilities: The hotel has a large bathtub and a big balcony, perfect for drying clothes after swimming every day. Cleanliness: It was clean and tidy. Service: We emailed them beforehand to let them know it was our first family trip to Phuket. We booked a twin room, and adding an extra bed usually costs more. However, when we arrived, the front desk told us they had prepared a rollaway bed for our child, free of charge! Thumbs up for that! The Caucasian manager in the breakfast hall was also very friendly and humorous. He proactively introduced the hotel's free children's activities and invited us to participate. Environment: The infinity pool is beautiful and very photogenic. The sunset at CASA HOBO is stunning, but you need to book your spot early. The Hyatt is perfect for relaxing and staying in the hotel. Overall, I recommend it! (Everything was great except for the lack of shopping centers and convenience stores nearby.)"
