"Room was  big but lack sockets and no space to put kettle when in use .staff helpful. Paid lot more for deluxe room with pool access but pool was not clean as seen in photos. Water supply was low in early morning . Had to call reception but it was fixed. Breakfast not much tea option. At omelette counter, there was bits of ham in cheese. Not appropriate for halal choice. The Lee should be separate counters."

"Very good hotel, with excellent staff and impeccable cleanliness. However, the location is a bit far from the beach and not situated on the best beach in Phuket. The hotel does offer a shuttle to and from the beach, but it runs at limited times. Additionally, the hotel advertises free airport pickup, but they did not pick us up, claiming that it must be booked 48 hours in advance — and they didn’t offer any assistance with transportation either. Overall, I recommend the hotel if you can get a great deal. Otherwise, it’s not worth the full price."

"The hotel located near the airport and nai yang beach. Huge complex with lake and green area. The studio is clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The swimming pool is clean and good for swimming as well. Breakfast is good. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you."

Room service operates until 11 PM, with housekeeping available 24 hours - a thoughtful touch for families. One pleasant surprise was discovering the resort spans multiple buildings across different elevations. For guests who prefer not to walk extensively, the resort provides complimentary 24-hour shuttle service between buildings and to the reception area. Transportation to Patong Beach (1.5-2 km away) is conveniently provided via free shuttle service until 11 PM, with Bangla Road just another 200-300 meters beyond the beach. **Dining Experience** The resort offers decent food quality, though options lean toward local cuisine. While vegetarians seeking Indian dishes may find limited choices, both egg-eaters and non-vegetarians will find ample variety. We particularly enjoyed the chicken delight pizza, which had a charming homemade quality reminiscent of early Asian pizza establishments. **Physical Considerations** The hillside location naturally involves considerable walking and elevation changes. "We stayed at Emerald Phuket Beach Resort with our family and children, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The front office manager (the lady) was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire staff were so polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is fantastic for families with kids — my girls especially enjoyed the kids club, mini water park which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after our daily outings. Another big plus is the location — everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away, along with massage parlors and a pharmacy, which made things so convenient. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for a family-friendly, relaxing holiday in Phuket. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at Namaka Resort Kamala for 1 night but was a bit disappointed. The room was not as good as expected. It felt old and not well-maintained. The location is also quite far from the main area, so it’s not convenient if you don’t have your own transport. The staff were friendly, but overall, the stay was not what I hoped for."

"Good reception upon arrival, quick communication asking if ok to check in late. Given the most important info there and then (breakfast etc). Busboy / porter always on point yo help, same for reception and breakfast / bar staff. Room was ok, the shower had good pressure and temp, plenty of space to manage family stay or otherwise. Room clearly is a bit older as white spots that have been repainted easily seen, or sealant in shower weathered. Safe worked no issues. TV is a bit old but that's nitpicky, would be nice to cast too or screen mirror via usb. Housekeeping on point and no issues. Spa staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Pool area is well maintained, lobby singers every night. My one real pet peeve is maybe have a more varied playlist for the lobby. The amount of times 'The girl from Ipanema' was playing could arguably ruin it 😅 Overall I would stay here again, it is close to the heart of Phuket whilst simultaneously being quite quiet compared to the popular beach areas."

"Cleanliness can be improve better. Especially the outdoor jacuzzi. Location is ard 15min drive from Patong, there one nearby 7-11, walking distance ard 6-8min, but there no pedestrian path, you have to walk at the road side, quite dangerous. It will be the best if hotel can provide shuttle to go 7-11 for tourist to buy some snacks & beverages. Because of the location, so the area quite quiet and chill. Breakfast was good on certain day, a lot of choices. The villa is located at the hill, so will require buggy service everytime when u leave the villa or back to villa."

We loved the restaurant’s delicious dishes—every meal was a treat—and the swimming pool was just the cherry on top. Every member of the staff was so friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful—it made our stay even more special. Totally 100% satisfied and already dreaming of our next visit."
