"Overall stay was fine, but definitely it’s not a real 5*, solid 4*. Rooms are big and clean, location is very Nai Yang central, everything is just few steps away. Staff is polite and helpful. This hotel is ok for couple of nights stay, but I wouldn’t spend here my full vacation. Hotel shape makes territory very narrow and boring. On negative side. Many small things are not convenient in this hotel. Beds are very hard and bed linen quality is for sure not a 5* level. Air condition in room is extremely strong, we both got sick after first night, sore throat, even I put 23-24° with low fan, but inside room was always extremely cold, I had to switch it off completely from time to time. Maybe because hotel is quite new and aircon system works well, I don’t know. Amenities are placed weird and not convenient at all, you have teapot inside small closet but no electricity socket around, so I had to bring it to bathroom to boil water. Luggage shelve and wardrobe in Deluxe rooms are located inside bathroom! Also big problem with water in shower, you have to wait for hot water and also water pressure is changing all time, can be weak with cold water and then suddenly strong and adding hot, so taking shower isn’t too comfortable. Pools are not convenient, small, almost no area for sun-beds, no trees. We were given a room facing a small side street with cafes and bars, loud music (with low bass) until 3 am from a bar didn’t let me sleep, because it was super loud and disturbing, windows are not good soundproof too. Next day we asked to change the room and staff helped with this and we were given upgrade in another building, room was much bigger. I saw another couple also moving same day, seems like because of same reason. Flooring material in rooms is also very cheap, first time in my life I saw linoleum in 5*. Also first time I saw they will charge you with fine for mangosteen in room, usually only durian. Breakfast is quite good, plenty of choices, good coffee machine, but no tea selection, just a common used teapot with black teabag inside. When I asked for one camomile tea bag for me (because they put it in the room too), I was told they don’t have and tea is only what is on table. Bakery is awful, cheap quality. Fruit choice was good. Even I support smoking free policy in hotel public areas, but they don’t allow to smoke on room balcony too, for me it is annoying and not customer friendly, they have few designated smoking areas on territory."

Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable. I really enjoyed my stay and especially my room is seafront and unblock view , the room is literally directly in front of the ocean view. , can near the sound of the waves from your room, loving every minute of balcony view. Jacuzzi was a bonus and it made you feel so comfortable after a long day of walk . Elle has been exceptionally attentive and prompt in replying to all my emails. She handled every request efficiently and always provided thoughtful solutions. Her professionalism and problem-solving attitude gave me great confidence before and during my stay. Pa, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She was at the front desk during my check-in and also responded quickly to my live chat messages through the Zenmaya app. Every request I made was immediately attended to under her careful supervision. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are truly commendable. Puy, the Housekeeper, did a fantastic job maintaining my room. Everything was always tidy and neatly arranged. Initially, I noticed that small towels were missing, but after I made the request, she remembered and ensured they were placed in my room every day thereafter. Her consistency and care were much appreciated. Your staff are true gems — rare to find and a great credit to the hotel. Please continue the excellent work! I will definitely recommend Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket to my family, relatives, and friends, and I look forward to returning for another stay in the near future. Never regret booking this hotel"

"We stayed at Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa, and from the moment we walked in, we genuinely felt taken care of. The staff welcomed us so warmly, gave us an easy and smooth check-in, and even helped with our luggage right away. We were also surprised with a complimentary massage, such a thoughtful touch. One thing I truly appreciated was the candle they handed us upon check-in. It may seem small, but it made the whole experience feel so personal and meaningful. Breakfast was amazing, a good buffet with the option to customize additional à la carte dishes. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. But what really made our stay special were the people. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, warm, and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The reception was very much welcoming with a smiling face..buffet breakfast was well organised staff were very friendly,had many options of dishes and had live cooking counters. The bell boy was always available...The staff was always smiling..The overall experience was above expectations...The hospitality was extremely good..Had a great stay. "The hotel's distance from the airport is neither close nor far. It's quite tiring to walk with luggage, so you still need to pay for a taxi. The lack of a shuttle service to and from the airport is a drawback. You also have to wait for a shuttle to get from the main lobby to the actual apartment room, which isn't very convenient. And whoever designed the room curtains is a genius – they're too short at the top, letting light in, so I was woken up by the bright light before 6 AM. There's also construction happening nearby. It's full of Russians here, and the breakfast is just okay."

"I booked this hotel mainly for my daughter’s birthday, drawn by the kids’ splash pool — but it was closed the entire week without any prior notice, explanation, or alternatives. This was a big letdown, as the pool was the main reason for choosing this hotel. On arrival, the lobby felt temporary and cheap, but it didn’t affect our stay. Our first room had a strong smoke smell despite a non-smoking request, though we were later moved to another clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Service and communication need improvement. The TV promoted spa services, but no one answered the phone. I went down personally, only to be sent to a closed spa. The service was eventually found in a guest room with just one masseur. Housekeeping was slow — an iron took over an hour — and room service also had long waits. We requested birthday decorations (not fulfilled), though a birthday cake was provided. Staff were friendly overall, especially at the restaurant. Despite these downsides, we still loved and enjoyed our stay — the room was very comfortable and made up for many of the disappointments."

"The hotel is definitely a gem, located at Kamala beach with a stunning view when the lift door opened at lobby. Reception staff is friendly and professional, welcome drink and cold tower for refreshment while waiting for the check in procedure. Room is spacious, clean and a great view. Hotel located with some distance from the attraction locations, so while it’s a bit inconvenient, but you get a more peaceful environment. The breakfast is varied and delicious."

"We booked a two-bedroom suite with a private pool. The room was on the third floor, and the pool felt very secluded. The room itself was spacious, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and electric stove, allowing us to cook. Both bedrooms were great. The hotel grounds are extensive with many swimming pools, and it was quiet during our stay with not many people around. However, it's quite a distance from the beach, making it more suitable for guests with a rental car. The breakfast selection was also relatively limited."

"We stayed at Emerald Phuket Beach Resort with our family and children, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The front office manager (the lady) was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire staff were so polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is fantastic for families with kids — my girls especially enjoyed the kids club, mini water park which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after our daily outings. Another big plus is the location — everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away, along with massage parlors and a pharmacy, which made things so convenient. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for a family-friendly, relaxing holiday in Phuket. Highly recommended!"
