"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!"

The river channel downstairs was renovated and built, so I had to endure it without the river view. Construction started at 7:30 on the first day of the holiday. I was awakened by the noise of the excavator or some large equipment downstairs. It was possible to work overtime during the holiday. Speechless! I went shopping and returned to the hotel at 3pm to take a rest. As a result, an old man in the community opposite sang on the big speaker in the small square, and five speakers were playing together. After the lobby manager communicated with the old man, the music noise disappeared. The hotel urgently purchased earplugs and provided them to guests. The construction started at 7 am on the second morning of the holiday. There was no hope of sleeping in! I got up, had breakfast, checked out and left! The swimming pool on the 25th floor of the hotel was not open, and the guests were informed on Ctrip! Since the hotel knew that the river in front of the building was under construction, it should also inform the guests on the website and fulfill the obligation to inform! The hotel did not inform the guests, so it is a bad review! ! ! The video was shot in the room on the 12th floor of the hotel with the windows closed!"
