Cairo Hotels with Pools

"The view of Pyramids on the roof of the hotel is amazing, the location of hotel is quite good, it is 10 minutes drive to either great Pyramids or Grand Egyptian Museum. From the exterior of hotel it didn't surprise customers but inside it is above the average level. There was issue with water heater which stopped working twice during my stay, the fix was quick but I think it should be checked before customers check in. The room itself is big enough and clean. The restaurant on the roof is good and price is a little bit expensive comparing with other places nearby, there was a mess in the morning as it looks like the staff is not ready for the customers to rush in when it is breakfast time. The service of excursion desk was terrible, that is the worst part. You need to double confirm, triple confirm if you booked anything, daily trip, airport drop off. The response was not in time, there was merely confirmation. On my first day after check-in, I was supposed to have a half day trip to Museum with guide, then the excursion desk told me 1 hour before the trip that the guide couldn't make it because one family member passed away, which I got to know later on it is a typical excuse that guide got another better offer to do. The excursion desk took no responsibility for the change, in the end agreed that to refund the guide part but no apology or anything, just like it happens always. When I checked in, I also paid to book the airport drop off two days after, because it would be early morning to the airport and I want to make sure the car and driver is prepared in advance. Then the night before the date we check out, I double checked with the excursion desk, found there was no booking made! I can't image what will happen if I didn't check with him and wait in the lobby in the early morning without a car coming. I asked the guy to book the car before my eyes and communicate the same to reception for the same. I will definitely not recommend the excursion desk here. And also anyhow the excursion service is outsourced, they will just ask another agent to deliver the service for you, it is common there."

"I had a conference in new cairo and also wanted to stay close to AUC. This hotel is very new and has all the amenities you need. Honestly i was very surprised by the quality of the furniture as its really good for Cairo standards. Bed is super comfortable, you have a microwave and really good television. Safe and place to place your luggage as well. i was on the 4th floor. very quiet too. it also has a gym and a pool which i didnt try but looks very well kept. I just hope that the cleanliness and standards maintain throughout the years as new hotels usually start well but later the quality goes down."

"Booking through Trip.com was excellent and reliable in securing exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this application. The Parmisa El Dokki Hotel itself is excellent, and the management team is wonderful. The location is superb, close to all amenities. A special shout-out to Ms. Seham for her dedication to guest comfort, and to Mr. Ahmed Ayad for his cooperation, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude. Many thanks also go to Mr. Mohamed Kamel for his excellent service and responsiveness. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The lady at the front desk of the hotel is very cute. The uncle who took our luggage to the room was very responsible. He also introduced us to places where we could have fun and where to buy souvenirs cheaply. He also said that there was a place not to go because the things were very expensive. I thought I had to tip him at first, but he walked away without looking back. He was absolutely serious and friendly. The road is being repaired at the door, so just walk a short distance inside. Be wary of illegal taxis around the hotel. Try to get a taxi in the room before going downstairs, otherwise the illegal taxi driver will keep harassing you. There is a computer on the first floor of the hotel for tourists to use. We used this computer to successfully book tickets on the train ticket booking website, and the Internet speed was also good."

"The hotel feels run-down overall, but the staff is quite welcoming. The room is large, especially the living room, but it's very old and run-down, having not been renovated in at least 20 years. The lamps are rusty, and the bathroom smells of an old house. While relatively clean, it doesn't make up for the outdated amenities. The sheets are relatively clean, but the bed is very soft; those with back problems shouldn't stay here. The breakfast is hardly Chinese-friendly; there's nothing to eat except boiled eggs. For a Four-Diamond hotel, omelets aren't available. Bring instant noodles. The staff is generally quite welcoming. Also, Ctrip's claim that the hotel will be renovated in 2023 is a complete lie; it's closer to 1998. It's close to the Nile River, and the view is decent."

"Decent hotel always very busy due to competitive pricing. Many rooms have lovely river views as its one of the very few hotels with no road inbetween. However, this location also leaves it a taxi rather than walk to anything around it, local shops, cafes, bars etc. Overall the place is comfortable with a good standard of service. Our biggest disapointment was the hotel food, average at best and USD20pp for a not great buffet breakfast, we only tried it once!"

"Wow, this place is really great and offers excellent value for money. The facilities are top-notch, and the other guests are very polite and respectful of personal space. The staff here are some of the best English speakers I've encountered in Egypt. They were incredibly caring and thoughtful when I asked them to help me communicate with locals. One lady even helped me loosely plan my itinerary for the next few days. I'd definitely love to come back and stay in one of their private rooms if I get the chance."

"Great hotel, definitely one of the best in Cairo , we got an upgrade and the staff in the club floor was very friendly and nice. Room is very clean, quiet , hotel resto has many to choose from. Quality of the breakfast is also great. Highly recommended to stay if in Cairo"

"I stayed at this hotel five times. Family for the location the fact that it has a swimming pool. Food here for breakfast was not too good because it upset my stomach. I like the staff the rooms are good but some of the views are just terrible. Views of Rocky vacant lots. If you can get a view of the Egyptian museum or the pool. The views can some time kind of depress me. this hotel has a swimming pool and a gym and after a day and Cairo you need to kind of decompress in a pool. I would stay here again this is my go-to hotel in Cairo. I paid $125 a night including taxes with breakfast. Not crazy about breakfast so be careful what you eat."

"I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！ 赶早班机去机场，简单吃了几口早餐去大厅等接送大巴到时后，发现不小心遗落护照包在餐厅包里有现金，不一会儿有工作人员帮忙送了过来很感谢，但是后来下飞机换钱的时候却发现里面的现金定丢失了现金纸币250💶。整个护照包埃及全程都在身边，就这一会儿丢了差不多十分钟，然后很遗憾得结束了埃及之旅。 已经给酒店留言调监控但是不知道有没有反馈，能不能找回来。目前人到突尼斯 玩了，付酒店的现金欧元都不够了，晕😵💫！"
