"The hotel is conveniently located next to Liberation Square, just a 2-3 minute walk away. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, and the red chili peppers 🌶️ were wonderfully spicy. The room was just right for two people and two large suitcases. You can see the swimming pool from outside the room.
About 100 meters from the hotel, there's a wide main road. Cross the road, and you'll find the Old Egyptian Museum. Walking in the opposite direction leads you to Liberation Square, where there's an obelisk. "Exceptional! Absolutely excellent. The staff are cheerful, kind, highly respectful, and professional. Everyone treats you like family, as if you're the owner of the place. My greetings and thanks to my two honorable and respected daughters, Miss Aya and Miss Menna, and to Mr. Khaled, the restaurant manager, and to all the staff. The location is superb. The views from the back rooms towards Cairo Tower are no less wonderful and beautiful than the views from the front rooms overlooking the magnificent Nile. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied with appetizers, salads, fruits, pastries, natural juice, and a cappuccino machine, but there are few hot dishes. God willing, we will have future visits to this outstanding location."

"The hotel is very conveniently located near airport, making it a best choice for travelers who are on short visit to or transit via Cairo. The check in was made a little earlier and smoother via online check-in. The room is clean, well maintained and spacious for the price range. "We stayed at this hotel for three days to see the pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum, and Cairo. The hotel is perfectly suited for these purposes.
The hotel's location isn't a tourist area, but there's no crime in the neighborhood (ignoring the pushy touts for the bazaars). The streets are typically dusty, as is common in Eastern cities.
The hotel is on the top floor of a residential building, which conveniently has a chain grocery store and a spice/oil shop.
There's a beautiful view of the pyramids from the roof. We were given a parking spot for our car (75 pounds per night), although it was a parking spot only in the loosest sense.
The furniture in the hotel is dated, but overall the rooms are decent for a night's sleep and breakfast. Breakfast included snacks, an omelet, and instant coffee.
If you're a solo traveler and aren't expecting luxury for a modest price, this is a pretty good option for a 2-3 night stay to see the sights of Giza and Cairo before moving on."

"The hotel is in Tahrir, and there are many restaurants and clothing stores around it. It's also conveniently located near the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower. When I first arrived, I was surprised by how abandoned the hotel looked, but the room was quite good for the price. However, I stayed three nights, and although I left a tip when I left the first night, the room was left untouched. I asked for towels and water, but they didn't bring them for three days. That's disappointing."

"This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Egypt! Even the cars entering the hotel grounds are checked by staff and sniffer dogs, which made me feel incredibly safe. The hot water for showering was plentiful and the water pressure was excellent! That's really important, and the room was very clean.
The room also had two large balconies with beautiful views of the Nile. I highly recommend it to everyone."

Great
Tteachutube1We usually stay at Prime accommodations whenever we visit Egypt, but our usual property was fully booked, so we decided to try Prime Select Bavaria Town. We chose it because it offered a two-bedroom apartment and was conveniently located close to where we normally stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around Cairo.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had a great layout, was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and check-in was relatively smooth. It was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
We enjoyed our time there and would have happily extended our stay. Before leaving, we shared a few suggestions with management that we believe would make the experience even better. One recommendation was to check in with guests daily regarding housekeeping needs, rather than waiting for guests to request cleaning. We feel this small change would enhance the overall guest experience.
These were minor suggestions rather than major issues, and we're hopeful they'll be taken on board. With those few tweaks, we think Prime Select Bavaria Town has the potential to become one of our favourite Prime properties, and we'd certainly consider staying there again on a future visit.
IImpulsive TravellerThe location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated.
Suggestion for improvement:
1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request.
2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable.
3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.
GGuest UserThe room was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and there was a pleasant fragrance as soon as I entered, which was very comforting. We booked a two-bedroom room, and it even had two toilets and a super spacious courtyard! The kitchen and living room were also beautiful. The staff were incredibly nice, especially Bassel. On the day we checked out, we left our belongings at the hotel, and when we returned to retrieve them that evening, he provided all the necessary services, including bathroom amenities and drinking water. We really loved this hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's away from the noise and crowds of the old town. Using a taxi app was no problem at all; it only cost a little over 200 Egyptian pounds to get to the city center. I highly recommend staying here.
BBen 1-12-8-11This is my second stay here, and it's super convenient for visiting my clients; an Uber ride is always under 230 EGP. Every time I come back, the front desk staff helps me order food, and they are always incredibly patient and friendly. The room is very comfortable, with the window directly overlooking the pool on the ground floor. It's a shame I didn't have time to sunbathe by the pool since I was here for a business trip. I'm planning to come back and stay again in April!
GGuest UserOur stay at Ocean Blue Studies was really the landmark of our time in Egypt. Mr George was very helpful from the geginning. Mohammed Sallam from housekeeping was very friendly and took good care of our room.
We got the nicest room upgrade as well!
Thank you for such a lovely stay, and we will be back for sure.
YYipandamiFacilities: Excellent, the decor is very pleasing to the eye. Hygiene: Staff proactively ask daily if cleaning is needed. Environment: The room is tidy and clean, with thoughtful arrangements. Service: Always available when called, and luggage can be stored at the front desk.
DDave VoBasically, it's OK. It may be a problem of voice communication. Many people don't speak English very well. Generally speaking, the service attitude is very good and friendly. The location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere when you are bored. The hotel is a bit old, but you can see the antique shadows, with British colonial and Turkish styles. My room was OK on the first day, but I don't know why it smelled heavily of cigarettes at night on the second and third days. I don't smoke, and I don't know where it came from. It may be from the bedside.
HH manassibThe service was okay the stuff were all helpful and polite The whole Building needed taking care of from the entrance of the building to the lift is so dirty and very old and rusty then when you get into the studio it’s nice and decorated but very dusty, three days I had blockage of drains in the shower room. I had no hot water. Tv does not work doesn’t matter how many times you called them to fix it. It does not work believe that trip.com need to check the whole building not just the rooms the balcony was very dusty. I had to ask them to come and clean it. You can’t sit in there and relax too noisy because of so much traffic the only time I enjoyed myself is to go out of the Property. I only come and sleep..
CcalilopezzThis place was basically just good enough for a bed to sleep on. The shower and bathroom situation was pretty gross and the room itself only had 1/3 plugs working. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was desperate. The price was really cheap and unfortunately the amenities and state of the place reflected it. We had a 24 hour layover and didn’t sleep and showered as fast as we could just to survive until our flight. Do not stay for an extended time if you want a proper holiday in Cairo.
Location was really close to the Egyptian Museum and several places downtown to eat and enjoy.
