"The National Museum is right outside the window, making it super convenient to walk to. Tahrir Square and its surroundings are well-policed and secure, so the area feels very safe. The staff are all incredibly kind and proactively offer assistance with everything. They even played games with my child while we waited for our car and reminded us not to forget anything. The hotel guests are mostly Europeans, and the overall service is excellent!"

"I stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a good experience. The location was very convenient, especially for getting around the city. Check-in took only a few minutes and the reception staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean, although some furniture showed normal signs of use. The bed was comfortable and I slept well because the area was quiet at night. The bathroom was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. Breakfast was simple but sufficient to start the day. The hotel offers good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again on a future visit."

"The hotel is located in the city center. We only stayed one night in the hotel and the front desk free upgraded us to a deluxe room. Though the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and had many choices."

"The front desk staff, Amr tried his best to give us an early check-in. I had booked the hotel very early and had requested for a high floor. We were given the 3rd floor (out of 6 floors) saying it was a high floor, it was the last, corner room, noisy at night with music till late at night from the park and also the door that was shared with the adjacent room was being rattled and woke us up. Instead of a huge double bed we got twin beds pushed together with a dent in the middle and separate duvets tucked under. The room was cold. No blanket, no bathrobe, no slippers, no toiletries other than soap and shampoo. We were forced to keep our luggage at reception for the porter to bring it to the room. This was delayed almost by half an hour, when we could have easily done it ourselves. The next day, the staff who cleaned the room, separated the beds again. She took away the dirty towels and didn’t replace them. The pillows the hotel provides are like huge square cushions. Breakfast had some variety and the chefs cook some tasty dishes. We chose this Accor hotel hoping to have a great anniversary experience, but instead it was ruined. The cost was very high and not worth it. On our last evening, we received 2 phone calls via the room phone interrupting our evening leisure. The calls were made about half hour apart and was from a female asking us if we enjoyed the breakfast. She said she was from housekeeping. We found this odd. We are very disappointed with this whole experience especially as I am an Accor member and for the price we paid. Our 28th wedding anniversary was ruined!"

"The location is convenient, and the hotel provides a 24-hour shuttle service that takes about 15 minutes. If you need a pickup from the airport, you can call the hotel driver to arrange it. I had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was good—tasty with a wide variety of options. It can get a bit crowded since many tour groups stay here. Dinner is served until 10 PM, but I arrived late and the staff kindly allowed me to eat even after closing time, which was very convenient. Overall, it’s a great option for those arriving late at night or needing to catch an early flight."

"The so-called ”pyramid side view” room actually only offers a city view. You can't see the pyramids from the room at all. To catch a glimpse, you have to lean out the window, and even then, you'll only see a tiny fraction of them. So, the hotel is dishonest and deceptive. If you want to see the pyramids, you'll have to go to the rooftop terrace. Definitely do NOT book the pyramid side view room! Furthermore, the area downstairs is quite unpleasant, and the Wi-Fi is poor, even cutting out at night. At 4 AM, you'll be jolted awake by very loud chanting from loudspeakers, so be prepared to be disturbed. The hotel clearly states check-out is before 12 PM, but the front desk insisted we leave by 11 AM! The only positive point is the excellent pyramid view from the terrace, and one young male server at breakfast provided outstanding service."

"The room is clean and the reception is cooperative but there was an annoying sound in room 3006 the sound of a motor I couldn't sleep for 3 nights I tried to shut everything down but the sound didn't stop I talked to the reception but they didn't have anything to do"

"The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area of Cairo. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It's convenient to reach other places in Cairo by taxi. It has a great view to the Nile. We were very pleased with the quality of the hotel's services. The room had some dusty corners, and some facilities in the room looked old (but functioned well). Over all it was a very nice stay here."
