"Amazing Stay at Pyramid Front Hotel – Outstanding Service!
I had a wonderful experience at Pyramid Front Hotel, located just a short distance from the majestic pyramids – an unbeatable location if you're planning to explore the area.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. A special mention goes to Ossama, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His dedication, friendliness, and willingness to help with anything made a big difference in my stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him – he's a real asset to the hotel.
The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable – exactly what you need after a day of sightseeing. The interior felt fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed.
The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was a bit basic compared to the rest of the experience. However, the overall quality of service and comfort far outweighed this.
Overall, I highly recommend Pyramid Front Hotel to anyone visiting the pyramids. Great location, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere – I’ll definitely be back!"

"The lady at the front desk of the hotel is very cute. The uncle who took our luggage to the room was very responsible. He also introduced us to places where we could have fun and where to buy souvenirs cheaply. He also said that there was a place not to go because the things were very expensive. I thought I had to tip him at first, but he walked away without looking back. He was absolutely serious and friendly.
The road is being repaired at the door, so just walk a short distance inside. Be wary of illegal taxis around the hotel. Try to get a taxi in the room before going downstairs, otherwise the illegal taxi driver will keep harassing you.
There is a computer on the first floor of the hotel for tourists to use. We used this computer to successfully book tickets on the train ticket booking website, and the Internet speed was also good."

"Hotel is relatively clean and new. Bed and towels are normal. Location convenient: on the first floor a good Yemeni restaurant, next to a good cafe, subway is close. The main attractions of Cairo are equally far from the hotel.
From the air conditioning system, it is awful to carry cigarette smoke if there is a possibility - do not turn on the air conditioner.
Without ”bribes” they give rooms with windows on the highway. Require replacement!"

"I chose this hotel because it's right next to the Egyptian Museum, which was very convenient for my first day in Cairo when I was unfamiliar with the city. It's really close to the museum, and getting to Giza train station by metro to buy tickets was also easy. There were a lot of police cars around, so it felt very safe. The room itself was very new.
The only minor issue was that I had booked a pre-payment model, meaning I would pay upon checkout. This usually isn't a problem in my home country, but here, they unexpectedly required a $150 deposit. The platform was responsive and said they would follow up if the deposit wasn't returned later, and the hotel also informed us immediately after receiving the payment. It was just a small hiccup, nothing major. Overall, it was a very good stay! 👍"

"Everything here is great! The location is excellent, the interior decoration is very retro, and the most commendable thing is the rooftop! You can enjoy the beautiful view of Cairo city here. The owner and service staff are very friendly and they are happy to make friends. I spent a very memorable three nights here! Its location is very convenient, offering quick access to the airport via a sky bridge, which is why many flight attendants stay here. The facilities are comprehensive and spotlessly clean. However, the 1 PM closing time for both the Chinese and Lebanese restaurants wasn't ideal; it was quite awkward when I brought friends over, only to find both establishments already closed. Otherwise, a positive experience.

VVon30Stayed for 4 nights. Upon check-in I asked the man at the reception if anything else was needed as normally a deposit would be taken. Was told that everything was fine. On the 2nd night we decided to have dinner at the restaurant at the lobby. Food was not prepared as I requested as I ordered steak. The waiter insisted that I sliced through the middle to check it as I ordered medium rare. He agreed that it was overcooked. Took it back and said that they would prepare another order. However, 5minutes later he sent the same steak back to me and mentioned that they checked under proper lighting and it was cooked properly. It was very obvious that it was definitely overcooked and dry. I just accepted it and couldn’t be bothered. Mind you the fries that came with the steak was over fried and hard as rock. I didn’t even eat another piece after trying it. Halfway through chewing on the hard and dry steak. The waiter decided to come back again and ask if everything was fine and if I didn’t like it they could cook me another piece. This was just frustrating and I didn’t want to wait anymore as it was late and I was tired from a full day tour. Finally finished my dinner and asked for the bill. I signed it to the room. The waiter comes back and tells me that I didn’t put a deposit in the room so I had to pay. Mind you I brought no cards or cash since I expected that I could bill to the room. One of us ended up going back to the room to take money to pay for the meal which was embarrassing and unacceptable for our standards. We were staying for 4 nights. On our last night of stay, we came back to the hotel and we were locked out of the room. Had to go back to reception and found out that the person who checked us in didn’t put the correct number of nights. This was truly a disgrace on Waldorf and the receptionist. Obviously your staff at the check in need more training. I have stayed in many international hotels around the world and never face such lowly trained staff at reception that make such mistakes which spoils the image of the hotel.
However, I have to give a huge shoutout to a few people that made my days great. Menna and Apeeo from breakfast were wonderful. Impeccable service from them. However, male staffs showed poor knowledge and were quite lazy as they were more interested in chatting that serving customers. Bellman Sherif was wonderful helping us check out with our luggages and even waited with us for our transport.

KKharina97For the price we paid for three rooms at over US$100 a night and considering it was a Hilton we were extremely disappointed in the rooms. The lobby looked promising, and the staff was very nice. However, the rooms looked borderline ******* and did not feel super clean. There were weird hallways and random rooms that we had to walk into before going into the hotel room itself well the staff was amazing. I cannot say that it is Hilton standard or quality and was extremely disappointed. Considering Hilton is a worldwide brand.

AAce 123$$$What a legendary place! Located in the heart of Egypt, super close to the airport, it is an oasis in the desert. The buffets are delicious and reasonably priced, the two pools are amazing and the green grass soft underfoot. The staff are friendly, the gym is adequate and the rooms are clean. Loved my layover because of this gem of an hotel! Hopefully I'll be back soon!

CcalilopezzThis hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and is definitely one of the best mid-Price options in the area for a long layover or short stay. The location is NOT great if you want to see the pyramids or museums but great for being near the airport. The pool area is quite nice with a bar next to it and spaces to sunbathe.
The restaurants are decent quality and the flavors are a 7/10. We got the Cesar salad, mixed grill plate, and shrimp soup! The shrimp soup was awesome and everything else was just OK!
The wifi wasn’t strong unfortunately but if you sign up for the ALL benefits you can get faster wifi for free too.
There is a convenience store and souvenir shops in case you forgot a gift for someone too.

GGuest UserThe staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
